A railway signal test multifunctional power supply device is characterized in that: the power supply device comprises a box body, wherein a control panel is attached to the surface of the box body, and electrical equipment is attached to the box body, and comprises a direct-current 220V turnout power supply module, a 25HZ track circuit power supply module, a direct-current 24V relay power supply module, a 220V-to-380V inverter module and a transformer, wherein the input of the transformer is 220V alternating current, and the output of the transformer is 110V alternating current and 220V alternating current; eight groups of circuit breakers, five connecting terminal blocks, one to five ship-shaped switches, one to four power supply switching toggle switches, two AC220V connecting terminal columns, one cooling fan, one to three digital display indicating lamps, one to three digital display ammeter, one digital display voltmeter, one three-phase alternating current power supply starting button, one power supply input three-core aviation plug, one 25HZ track circuit phase tester, one to four toggle switches, one to four 4-hole track connecting terminals and two; the eight groups of circuit breakers comprise a group of 3P circuit breakers, a group of 1P+N circuit breakers and six groups of 1P circuit breakers; the AC220V power supply is used as an input power supply to be connected with the power supply input three-core aviation plug, and the power supply input three-core aviation plug is connected with the 1P+N circuit breaker and then is respectively connected with the voltage input ends of the direct current 220V turnout power supply module, the 25HZ track circuit power supply module, the direct current 24V relay power supply module and the 220V-to-380V inverter module, and a digital display ammeter and a digital display voltmeter are also connected at the input voltage; the voltage input and output ends of the direct current 220V turnout power supply module are respectively connected with a group of 1P circuit breakers serving as a road power supply circuit breaker and a road power-out circuit breaker, the voltage output end of the direct current 220V turnout power supply module is also connected with a digital display indicator lamp I and a ship-shaped switch I, and the output end of the ship-shaped switch I is connected with a wiring terminal block; the voltage input and output ends of the 25HZ track circuit power supply module are respectively connected with a group of 1P circuit breakers serving as a track supply circuit breaker and a track output circuit breaker, the voltage input end of the 25HZ track circuit power supply module is also connected with the transformer, the voltage output end of the 25HZ track circuit power supply module is also connected with a digital display indicator lamp II, a ship-shaped switch II and a ship-shaped switch III, the input ends of the ship-shaped switch II and the ship-shaped switch III are respectively connected with a button switch I, and the output ends of the ship-shaped switch II and the ship-shaped switch III are respectively connected with a wiring terminal block II and a wiring terminal block III; the output end of the toggle switch I is connected with the power supply voltage input end of the 25HZ track circuit phase tester and the 4-hole track wiring terminal I, the three test voltage input ends of the 25HZ track circuit phase tester are connected with the toggle switches II, III and IV, and the input ends of the toggle switches II, III and IV are respectively connected with the 4-hole track wiring terminal I, the 4-hole track wiring terminal II and the 4-hole track wiring terminal II; the voltage input end and the voltage output end of the direct current 24V relay power supply module are respectively connected with a group of 1P circuit breakers serving as relay supply circuit breakers and relay discharge circuit breakers, the voltage output end of the direct current 24V relay power supply module is also connected with a digital display indicator lamp III, a heat dissipation fan and a ship-shaped switch IV, and the output end of the ship-shaped switch IV is connected with a wiring terminal block IV; the voltage input end of the 220V-to-380V inverter module is connected with one output end of a power supply switching toggle switch, the other output end of the power supply switching toggle switch is connected with two AC220V wiring terminal posts, the voltage output end of the 220V-to-380V inverter module is connected with a group of 3P circuit breakers, the 220V-to-380V inverter module is also connected with a three-phase alternating current power supply starting button, and the output end of the 3P circuit breaker is connected with a wiring terminal block five;
the first wiring terminal block outputs DC220V voltage for controlling a turnout starting power supply, the second wiring terminal block outputs AC220V voltage for controlling a 97 type 25HZ track circuit alternating current 220V track power supply, the third wiring terminal block outputs AC110V voltage for controlling a 97 type 25HZ track circuit alternating current 110V local power supply, the fourth wiring terminal block outputs DC24V voltage for controlling a direct current 24V relay excitation power supply, and the fifth wiring terminal block outputs AC380V voltage for controlling a three-phase alternating current 380V power supply or a lighting power supply of a signal machine;
the digital display ammeter and the digital display voltmeter on the control panel can be used as a total power supply indicator lamp and a total current indicator lamp simultaneously; the three digital display indicator lamps one to three are a direct current 220V power indicator lamp, a track frequency digital display indicator lamp and a 24V power indicator lamp respectively.
2. The railway signal testing multifunctional power supply device according to claim 1, wherein: the five connecting terminal blocks one to five are spring connecting terminals; the four ship-shaped switches are one to four of 2-bit ship-shaped switches with indicator lamps.
3. The railway signal testing multifunctional power supply device according to claim 1, wherein: the power supply switching toggle switch on the control panel is a 220/380V power supply switching toggle switch.
4. The railway signal testing multifunctional power supply device according to claim 1, wherein: the 25HZ track circuit phase tester on the control panel is a phase tester for testing the voltage and the phase of the 97 type 25HZ track circuit.

The railway signal testing multifunctional power supply device according to claim 1, wherein: the four toggle switches I to four on the control panel comprise 3 tester toggle switches II to four of the input voltage and the phase angle of the outdoor receipt of the test 97 type 25HZ track circuit and 1 phase tester local power supply toggle switch I.

The railway signal testing multifunctional power supply device according to claim 1, wherein: the first and second 4-hole track connecting terminals on the control panel comprise 6 bits of an outdoor receipt voltage connecting terminal of a test 97 type 25HZ track circuit and 2 bits of an output voltage connecting terminal of the test 97 type 25HZ track circuit.
7. The railway signal testing multifunctional power supply device according to claim 1, wherein: the control panel is also provided with two expansion terminal posts.
