The current liquid level detection method internationally and generally uses a self-recording water level meter, and the mode of sensing the water level can be divided into: one is contact type, which mainly comprises a float type and a pressure type; one is non-contact, mainly including ultrasonic, radar, etc.
Most no data teletransmission function of traditional level gauge can't combine together liquid level detection function and real-time video observation, and different level gauges have the requirement to the environment of use, and the level gauge equipment cost who uses in some environment is high.

c. and (4) analyzing the reasonability of results: aiming at two groups of results obtained in the liquid level characteristic detection stage, comparing reliability parameters of the two groups of results, and combining the last prediction to obtain an optimal result;
d. prediction of the next outcome: considering that no sudden change occurs in the continuous real-time video liquid level detection, the speed of liquid level change can be obtained through historical results, and the prediction of the next result can be made.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention has novel structural design, enables a user to observe the surrounding state of the detected object through the real-time video, detects the liquid level through an image processing algorithm and provides accurate liquid level data for the user. The liquid level instrument equipment based on image recognition expands the types of the liquid level instrument equipment, expands the environment range suitable for the liquid level instrument and provides more choices for users. The invention liberates the tedious work of observing the liquid level position by human eyes to a certain extent, and the embedded liquid level detection algorithm adopts the process of identifying the liquid level by simulating human eyes, thereby having the characteristics of high reliability and strong anti-interference capability.

The using method of the invention comprises the following steps:
A. the camera module collects the pictures of the liquid level meter and provides the pictures to the algorithm module and the video coding module in the main control unit;
B. the algorithm module analyzes the picture to obtain a liquid level result of the liquid level meter, the liquid level result is output to the interface board through the serial port unit, and the interface board is output to the user equipment through the RS485 and the current loop;
