本发明的名称为一种双列圆锥轴承单元。属于滚动轴承技术领域。它主要是解决因外座孔中的环状台阶被取消而存在润滑油无法进入轴承内部的问题。它的主要特征是:包括两个轴承外圈、两个轴承内组件和一个内隔圈;所述轴承内组件包括内圈、滚子组和保持架;所述内隔圈位于两个内圈之间;所述轴承外圈大端面上分布有多条从外圈外径处延伸至外圈内径处的油槽;两个轴承外圈和两个轴承内组件构成两个结构相同的圆锥滚子轴承,该两个圆锥滚子轴承通过内隔圈达到轴向游隙的配对,以背对背方式组合成双列圆锥轴承单元。本发明具有使来自外座中部油孔的润滑油进入轴承内部形成润滑作用的特点,主要用于中重型车主动锥齿轮部位的转动支撑。

一种双列圆锥轴承单元
技术领域
本发明属于滚动轴承技术领域。具体涉及一种新型双列圆锥轴承组合单元结构,应用于中重型车主动锥齿轮部位。
背景技术
目前,中重型车主动锥齿轮部位支撑常采用两个圆锥滚子轴承“背靠背"安装方式实现。如图1所示,两圆锥滚子轴承从外座孔两侧安装到外座1的外座孔中,外座1在两圆锥滚子轴承外圈中间部位加工有环状台阶,对轴承起到轴向定位和隔离作用;此环状台阶中间加工有油孔2,与外座1中的油路相通,润滑油通过此油孔进入两圆锥滚子轴承之间的空隙,并从轴承内部滚子之间流出到轴承外,形成润滑回路,起到润滑作用。
随着汽车工业的发展,主动锥齿轮支撑采用新的双列圆锥轴承单元结构,外座孔中部的环状台阶被取消,此时两轴承之间外圈将直接接触而不存在空隙,导致润滑油无法进入轴承内部。故圆锥轴承单元外圈或其组件需设置油路保持来自外座的供油能够可靠进入轴承内部形成润滑作用。本发明即为达到此具有润滑油路功能而开发的一种新型双列圆锥滚子轴承组合单元。
发明内容
本发明开发一种新型双列圆锥滚子轴承组合单元。具有在主锥外座内孔没有中部环状台阶、两轴承外圈直接接触的情况下,通过轴承单元外圈组件上设置的油路结构,使来自外座中部油孔的润滑油进入轴承内部形成润滑作用。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种双列圆锥轴承单元,包括两个轴承外圈、两个轴承内组件和一个内隔圈;所述轴承内组件包括内圈、滚子组和保持架;所述内隔圈位于两个内圈之间;其特征在于:所述轴承外圈大端面上分布有多条从外圈外径处延伸至外圈内径处的油槽;两个轴承外圈和两个轴承内组件构成两个结构相同的圆锥滚子轴承,该两个圆锥滚子轴承通过内隔圈达到轴向游隙的配对,以背对背方式组合成双列圆锥轴承单元。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的双列圆锥轴承单元的两个轴承外圈在安装使用时大端面相对接触处于单元的中部。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的油槽与主动锥齿轮外座中部的油孔相配合。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的油槽是均匀分布在轴承外圈大端面上的半圆弧槽。
本发明的技术解决方案中所述的油槽共有4个、6个或8个。
本发明具有以下积极效果:
当主动锥齿轮外座孔中部没有对两个圆锥滚子轴承起隔离、润滑作用的环状台阶时,在两个圆锥滚子轴承的轴承外圈直接接触的情况下,润滑油可通过外座孔中部的油孔,经由轴承外圈大端面上设置的油槽,可靠进入单元轴承内部形成润滑作用。
本发明具有使来自外座中部油孔的润滑油进入轴承内部形成润滑作用的特点。本发明主要用于中重型车主动锥齿轮部位的转动支撑。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图2至图4所示。本发明双列圆锥轴承单元,由两个结构相同的圆锥滚子轴承通过内隔圈达到轴向游隙的精密配对,以背对背方式组合而成。圆锥滚子轴承包括两个轴承外圈、两个轴承内组件和一个内隔圈。轴承内组件包括内圈、滚子组和保持架。内隔圈位于两个内圈之间。轴承外圈大端面上分布有8条从外圈外径处延伸至外圈内径处的油槽5,油槽5位于外圈外径处设有喇叭状端口,油槽5为半圆弧形槽。当两个轴承外圈大端面合拢、且油槽5正对时,便形成8个油孔,且与外座3外座孔中部的8个油孔4对应配合,喇叭状端口便于润滑油通过外座孔中部的油孔流入。使用时双列圆锥轴承单元的两个轴承外圈在安装使用时大端面相对接触处于单元的中部。安装后可使来自外座3中部的润滑油进入单元轴承内部起到润滑作用。
安装过程:
本发明双列圆锥轴承单元内径与轴过盈配合,外径与外座孔小间隙配合,安装时先用压力机将两圆锥滚子轴承的组合单元整体压装到轴上,旋紧螺母;之后以小压力或用锤子敲击方式将此组合体装入外座孔中。

Claims (5)

1.一种双列圆锥轴承单元,包括两个轴承外圈、两个轴承内组件和一个内隔圈;所述轴承内组件包括内圈、滚子组和保持架;所述内隔圈位于两个内圈之间;其特征在于:所述轴承外圈大端面上分布有多条从外圈外径处延伸至外圈内径处的油槽(5);两个轴承外圈和两个轴承内组件构成两个结构相同的圆锥滚子轴承,该两个圆锥滚子轴承通过内隔圈达到轴向游隙的配对,以背对背方式组合成双列圆锥轴承单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双列圆锥轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的双列圆锥轴承单元的两个轴承外圈在安装使用时大端面相对接触处于单元的中部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双列圆锥轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的油槽(5)与主动锥齿轮外座(3)中部的油孔(4)相配合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双列圆锥轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的油槽(5)是均匀分布在轴承外圈大端面上的半圆弧槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种双列圆锥轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的油槽(5)共有4个、6个或8个。
