Abstract

本发明公开了一种径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承,包括有径向轴承组件和轴向轴承组件;所述径向轴承组件包括有外圈、内圈以及滚动安装在外圈和内圈之间的径向滚子组,所述径向滚子组安装在一个径向保持架上;所述的轴向轴承组件包括有轴圈、座圈以及滚动连接在轴圈和座圈之间的轴向滚子组,所述轴向滚子组安装在一个轴向保持架上;所述轴圈与所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端相抵。该轴承轴向承载力得到很大提升;该轴承安装方便,降低安装损坏率,提高轴承使用寿命;轴向轴承轴圈同时作为径向轴承的内挡圈,如此设计可缩减空间,节约成本,提高寿命;结构紧凑,提高了同轴度,运转更稳定,降低噪声。

技术领域
本发明属于轴承结构领域,具体涉及一种能同时承受径向和较大轴向联合负荷的径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承,主要用于汽车变速箱、工业变速箱等领域。
背景技术
轴承是一种应用在转动机构上,用来支撑,减少摩擦以及承受负载的部件。该产品主要为用于汽车变速箱等机械而设计,由于可以同时承受径向载荷和轴向载荷,尤其是较大轴向负荷,装拆简单,承载能力很强,且外圈带O型圈设计可防止运转打滑。因而适用于径向载荷和较大轴向载荷的汽车变速箱等机械。目前国内主要采用一套NUP结构的圆柱滚子轴承来满足工况需求,但轴向载荷很难达到要求,且安装时容易损伤滚子,轴承运转升温时外圈容易出现打滑现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种轴向承载力高、装拆方便、预防打滑、较高寿命的径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承。
为实现本发明之目的,采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承,包括有径向轴承组件和轴向轴承组件;所述径向轴承组件包括有外圈、内圈以及滚动安装在外圈和内圈之间的径向滚子组,所述径向滚子组安装在一个径向保持架上;
所述外圈内壁成型有外滚道面,所述外圈的一端成型有外圈挡壁,所述外圈的另一端成型有锥面,所述外圈内壁与外圈挡壁连接处成型有外圈油槽;
所述内圈外壁成型有内滚道面,所述内圈远离外圈挡壁的一端成型有内圈挡壁,所述内圈外壁与内圈挡壁连接处成型有内圈油槽;
所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端端面与所述外圈挡壁的内表面平齐;
所述的轴向轴承组件包括有轴圈、座圈以及滚动连接在轴圈和座圈之间的轴向滚子组,所述轴向滚子组安装在一个轴向保持架上;
所述轴圈与所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端相抵。
作为优选方案:所述径向保持架沿周向均匀地成型有多个兜孔,径向保持架上位于两相邻兜孔之间为连接梁,径向保持架外周位于每个所述连接梁的位置成型有凹槽;所述径向保持架上位于连接梁的端部位置成型有储油槽,所述连接梁朝向兜孔的每个侧壁成型有两个接触头。
作为优选方案:所述外圈外壁成型有O型圈槽,所述O型圈槽上套设有O型密封圈。
作为优选方案:所述径向保持架采用玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺46材料一体注塑成型加工。
与现有技术相比较,本发明的有益效果是:①轴承轴向承载力得到很大提升;②轴承完全分体式,安装方便,降低安装损坏率,提高轴承使用寿命;③在结构上,轴向轴承轴圈同时作为径向轴承的内挡圈,如此设计可缩减空间,节约成本,提高寿命;④结构紧凑,提高了同轴度,运转更稳定,降低噪声。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本发明的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
根据图1至图6所示,本实施例所述的一种径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承,包括有径向轴承组件和轴向轴承组件;所述径向轴承组件包括有外圈1、内圈2以及滚动安装在外圈和内圈之间的径向滚子组3,所述径向滚子组安装在一个径向保持架4上。
所述外圈内壁成型有外滚道面,所述外圈的一端成型有外圈挡壁10,所述外圈的另一端成型有锥面12,所述锥面的锥角为22-24°,锥面12用以引导径向滚子组顺利进入外圈滚道面13。。所述外圈内壁与外圈挡壁连接处成型有外圈油槽14。
所述内圈2外壁成型有内滚道面21,所述内圈远离外圈挡壁的一端成型有内圈挡壁20,所述内圈外壁与内圈挡壁连接处成型有内圈油槽22。
所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端端面与所述外圈挡壁的内表面平齐。
所述的轴向轴承组件包括有轴圈6、座圈以及滚动连接在轴圈和座圈之间的轴向滚子组8,所述轴向滚子组安装在一个轴向保持架9上;
所述轴圈与所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端相抵。
所述径向保持架4沿周向均匀地成型有多个兜孔41,径向保持架上位于两相邻兜孔之间为连接梁40,径向保持架外周位于每个所述连接梁的位置成型有凹槽42;所述径向保持架上位于连接梁的端部位置成型有储油槽43,所述连接梁朝向兜孔的每个侧壁成型有两个接触头44。所述径向保持架采用玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺46材料一体注塑成型加工。所述兜孔与径向滚子组接触为四点接触型,四个接触头44实为四小段凸点,四个接触头将滚子组保持在保持架兜孔内;所述凹槽42用以储油及增加保持架安装弹性,利于径向滚子的拆装,而且保持架的重量有所降低,节约了成本,体现出了经济效益。所述径向保持架由PA46-GF25(玻璃纤维增强聚酰胺46)材料一体注塑成型加工,正产加工及轴承装配均很方便,效率较高。PA46-GF30材料可提高轴承耐热温度。
所述外圈外壁成型有O型圈槽,所述O型圈槽上套设有O型密封圈。可预防在轴承运转发热时因为轴承外圈与外壳材料涨缩不同而造成外圈打滑的现象发生,提高寿命,降低机械故障率。
该径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承装配时,先将O型圈5套在外圈上,径向滚子组3一颗颗手工装入径向保持架4的兜孔中,然后将内圈套入已装好保持架的滚子组内径中,使滚子组置于内滚道面21上,内圈有内圈挡壁的一面朝下平放,之后将外圈锥面朝下套在内圈与滚子组的组合件外,使径向滚子组外径外接于外圈滚道面13,测量该径向轴承的径向游隙值。然后,将轴向滚子组8一颗颗手工装入轴向保持架9的兜孔中,使各轴向滚子与轴向保持架成一组合,将轴圈外端面与内圈2无内圈挡壁一端面贴合放置,轴向滚子组置于轴圈内端面与座圈内端面之间。为防止散开,可用尼龙绑扎带将所有零件由内而外绑在一起。至此,一套径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承装配完毕。

1.一种径轴向复合圆柱滚子轴承,其特征在于:包括有径向轴承组件和轴向轴承组件;所述径向轴承组件包括有外圈、内圈以及滚动安装在外圈和内圈之间的径向滚子组,所述径向滚子组安装在一个径向保持架上;
所述外圈内壁成型有外滚道面,所述外圈的一端成型有外圈挡壁,所述外圈的另一端成型有锥面,所述外圈内壁与外圈挡壁连接处成型有外圈油槽;
所述内圈外壁成型有内滚道面,所述内圈远离外圈挡壁的一端成型有内圈挡壁,所述内圈外壁与内圈挡壁连接处成型有内圈油槽;
所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端端面与所述外圈挡壁的内表面平齐;
所述的轴向轴承组件包括有轴圈、座圈以及滚动连接在轴圈和座圈之间的轴向滚子组,所述轴向滚子组安装在一个轴向保持架上;
所述轴圈与所述内圈异于内圈挡壁的一端相抵;
