The invention provides an automatic spraying pesticide applying vehicle for preventing and treating crop diseases and insect pests, which can effectively solve the problems that most of the automatic spraying pesticide applying vehicles in the current market need electric power control, an electric control spraying pesticide applying device has strong dependence on electric power, is difficult to continue to work after power supply is lost, has higher maintenance and repair cost, and the existing automatic spraying pesticide applying vehicle can not effectively adjust the height of a vehicle body, and when crops growing on a ridge platform grow high, the condition that the vehicle body collides with the crops is easy to occur, so that branches and leaves of the crops fall off and the growth of the crops is influenced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an automatic spraying pesticide application vehicle for crop pest control comprises a loading plate, wherein fixed blocks are symmetrically arranged at the top ends of the loading plate, first mounting seats are respectively arranged at the top ends of the fixed blocks, a worm is rotatably connected between the first mounting seats, mounting plates are respectively arranged at the middle part and the edge part of the top end of the loading plate, and a spraying assembly is arranged in the middle of each mounting plate in a penetrating manner;
the spraying assembly comprises a liquid storage tank, a liquid inlet, a liquid guide pipe, an atomizing nozzle, a liquid pushing screw rod, a piston, a crank, a worm wheel, a limiting plate and a through hole;
liquid storage tanks are arranged in the middle of the mounting plate in a penetrating mode at equal intervals, liquid inlets are arranged at the top ends of the liquid storage tanks, liquid guide pipes are arranged at the center of one end of each liquid storage tank, atomizing nozzles are arranged at one ends of the liquid guide pipes, liquid pushing screws are connected at the center of the other ends of the liquid storage tanks in a meshed mode through threads, pistons are arranged at one ends of the liquid pushing screws through bearings, and cranks are arranged at the other ends of the liquid;
the liquid pushing screw rod is connected with a worm wheel through thread meshing at the position corresponding to the worm, the worm wheel is connected with the worm through tooth meshing transmission, limiting plates are welded at the positions, corresponding to the two sides of the worm wheel, of the top end of the carrying plate, and a through hole is formed in the top of each limiting plate.
