Background
The drying kiln car is a large-scale drying device used in industrial production, and has wide application in the production of cement industry, metallurgical industry, wood drying, brick and tile drying and the like. The existing drying kiln car has the defects of heavy weight, high manufacturing cost and the like. At present, a loading and unloading mechanism which can be matched with a drying kiln car for use does not exist in the market, the manual operation is very troublesome, the time and the labor are wasted, the production efficiency is low, and the cost is high.
Therefore, based on the defects of the conventional automatic loading and unloading mechanism for the drying kiln car, the conventional automatic loading and unloading mechanism for the drying kiln car needs to be improved.

The invention aims to provide an automatic loading and unloading mechanism for a drying kiln car, which solves the problems of the existing drying kiln car: the manual operation is very troublesome, time-consuming and labor-consuming, the production efficiency is low, the cost is high, and the like.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an automatic loading and unloading mechanism of a drying kiln car comprises a fixed frame, a lifting power device, a lifting rack and a trolley device; a lifting power device is arranged at one side of the bottom of the fixed frame, and the lifting frame is positioned at the inner side of the fixed frame and driven by the lifting power device; the trolley device is horizontally arranged on the lifting frame.
The lifting power device is characterized in that a driving shaft is arranged at one end of the bottom of the fixed frame, the lifting power device drives the driving shaft, a driving sprocket is arranged on the driving shaft, a driven sprocket is arranged at the top of the fixed frame, and an adjusting screw rod is arranged on the lifting frame.
The T-shaped sliding rail is arranged on the inner side surface of the fixed frame, and the two sides of the lifting frame lift along the T-shaped sliding rail.
The lifting frame comprises a horizontal frame and a vertical frame, a sliding block is arranged on the horizontal frame, and a sliding rail matched with the sliding block is arranged on the side face of the trolley device.
The lifting frame is provided with an upper adjusting screw rod and a lower adjusting screw rod which correspond to each other, one end of the chain is connected with the adjusting screw rod below, and the other end of the chain is connected with the adjusting screw rod above after passing through the driving chain wheel and the driven chain wheel.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the lifting mechanism can drive the trolley device to lift together, can play the role of automatic matching loading and unloading, and has high production efficiency.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the automatic loading and unloading mechanism of the drying kiln car of the invention comprises: a fixed frame 1, a lifting power device 2, a buffer device 3, a lifting frame 4 and a trolley device 5. The bottom side of the fixed frame 1 has a driving motor fixing plate. The lifting power device 2 is arranged on a fixed plate of the driving motor and can drive the lifting frame 4 to lift relative to the fixed frame 1, the buffer device 3 is arranged on a blocking plate of the trolley device 5, the lifting mechanism 4 is arranged on the fixed frame 1, the trolley device 5 is arranged on the lifting frame 4, and the trolley device 5 lifts along with the lifting mechanism 4.
In this embodiment, the lifting power device 2 is preferably a motor, and in other embodiments, the lifting power device 2 may be other power devices. The lifting power device 2 drives the lifting mechanism 4 to lift through a chain.
The trolley devices 5 are plural, and the trolley devices 5 are transversely mounted on the lifting mechanism 4.
Preferably, the fixed frame 1 is square, each side of the fixed frame 1 is provided with a pair of rectangular pipes 13, and a short square pipe 17 is connected between the corresponding rectangular pipes 13. The driven riding wheels 16 are arranged on the short square tubes 17 at the bottom and the top of the fixed frame 1.
Preferably, the lifting frame 4 comprises a horizontal frame and two vertical frames, wherein the two vertical frames are respectively arranged at two ends of the horizontal frame, the vertical frames comprise vertical tubes 42, the vertical tubes 42 are fixedly provided with slide block connecting plates 41, the slide block connecting plates 41 are fixedly provided with slide blocks 43, and the slide blocks 43 are matched with the trolley device 5.
The horizontal frame comprises a rectangular pipe 45, the vertical frame comprises a vertical pipe 42, a connecting plate 44 is fixed between the rectangular pipe 45 and the vertical pipe 42, the vertical frame is provided with an upper adjusting screw 47 and a lower adjusting screw 47 which are opposite, one end of the chain is connected with the lower adjusting screw 47, and the other end of the chain is connected with the upper adjusting screw 47 after passing through a driving chain wheel and a driven chain wheel 18. The lifting power device 2 drives the driving shaft 11, and then pulls the lifting frame 4 to lift.
The transverse square tube 48 is provided with a T-shaped sliding block fixing plate 49 on the top transverse square tube 48 of the vertical frame.
Preferably, the trolley device 5 comprises a plurality of supporting roller side fixing plates 51, the supporting roller side fixing plates 51 are arranged on the aluminum profile 52, supporting roller rotating shafts 55 are arranged on the supporting roller side fixing plates 51, supporting rollers 56 are matched with the supporting roller rotating shafts 55, sliding rail fixing plates 53 are arranged on the side faces of the trolley device 5, sliding rails 54 are arranged on the side faces of the sliding rail fixing plates 53, and trolley sealing plates 57 are arranged at the upper ends of the supporting roller side fixing plates 51.

The slide 43 of the elevator frame 4 is embedded in the slide rail 54 of the trolley device 5. The horizontal frame of the lifting frame 4 is provided with a plurality of slider connecting plates 41 and a plurality of sliders 43 for cooperating with the plurality of carriage devices 5.

The lifting power device 2 is a table top motor, and can effectively realize the rapid and stable lifting of the trolley device 5 under the synchronous linkage action of the lifting frame 4; the buffer device 3 is arranged to play a role in buffering, so that collision between the product and the edge of the trolley device 5 is avoided. In addition, the invention has compact integral structure, easy production and manufacture and low cost, and is beneficial to wide popularization and application.
The loading and unloading mechanism is mainly applied to loading and unloading products in batches on a production line, and simultaneously dries the products.
