Referring to fig. 18, and with reference to the direction in fig. 18, when the male plug-in unit 200 is inserted into the female plug-in unit 100 from right to left, the first-stage locking member 220 first contacts with the bottom of the rightmost end of the female plug-in elastic sheet 120, so the right end of the female plug-in elastic sheet 120 is pushed up by the first-stage locking member 220, the stop member 140 tilts up and abuts against the push member 350, when the male plug-in unit 200 is inserted into the left, the stop member 140 pushes the push member 350 to the right to drive the guide locking member 300 to move to the right, the reset member 400 is compressed therewith, the male plug-in unit 200 is inserted into the left until the first-stage locking groove 121 is aligned with the first-stage locking member 220, the first-stage locking member 220 is clamped into the first-stage locking groove 121, the right end of the female plug-in unit 100 falls back therewith. After the plugging is finished, the spring applies force towards the direction of the female plug-in 100 to the guide locking piece 300 in real time, so that the guide locking piece 300 is prevented from moving back to the right, and the plugging reliability of the male plug-in 200 and the female plug-in 100 is ensured.
As can be seen from the above process, the automotive wiring harness plug-in provided by the embodiment of the invention has a double-layer clamping structure, so that the reliability of the plug-in connection of the male plug-in 200 and the female plug-in 100 is improved; under the cooperation of the stop part 140 and the jacking part 350, automatic clamping locking is realized, clamping is effectively prevented from not being in place, the installation is labor-saving, and the assembly efficiency is obviously improved.
Referring to fig. 4, the guide locking groove 210 has first-stage guide grooves 211 formed on both sides thereof; with reference to fig. 13, the guiding locking member 300 further includes two first-stage guiding members 330, one ends of the two first-stage guiding members 330 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the handle frame 310, the other ends of the two first-stage guiding members 330 extend along the inserting direction, and the two first-stage guiding members 330 are respectively and slidably inserted into the two first-stage guiding grooves 211. When the guide locking member 300 moves in the guide locking groove 210, the primary guide member 330 slides in the primary guide groove 211 to guide the movement of the left end of the guide locking member 300, thereby ensuring the smooth movement of the guide locking member 300, avoiding the movement dislocation of the guide locking member 300, and further avoiding the situation that the male plug-in unit 200 and the female plug-in unit 100 cannot be inserted in place. Preferably, the primary guide 330 has a long strip plate shape.
Further, with reference to fig. 13, the guiding locking member 300 further includes two secondary guiding members 340, the two secondary guiding members 340 are respectively fixed on two sides of the handle frame 310; with continued reference to fig. 4, two secondary guide slots 212 are disposed on both sides of the guide lock slot 210; the two secondary guide members 340 are slidably inserted into the two secondary guide grooves 212, respectively. The secondary guide member 340 is matched with the secondary guide groove 212 to guide the sliding of the right end of the guide locking member 300, so that the sliding stability and the accuracy of the moving position of the guide locking member 300 are further ensured, and the locking and inserting reliability of the male plug-in unit 200 and the female plug-in unit 100 is improved. As can be seen from the above, the guide locking member 300 has a double guide structure to ensure smooth sliding and reliable movement during sliding, so as to better ensure that the male plug-in unit 200 and the female plug-in unit 100 are effectively locked. Preferably, the secondary guide 340 is a circular rod shape.
Referring to fig. 13, one end of the first-stage guiding element 330 away from the handle frame 310 is provided with a first-stage limiting groove 331; preferably, the primary limiting groove 331 is formed by combining a circular hole and a splayed opening. Referring to fig. 17, the female plug-in unit 100 further includes two first-stage limiting members 150, one ends of the two first-stage limiting members 150 are respectively and fixedly connected to two sides of the female plug-in unit 110, the other ends of the two first-stage limiting members 150 extend along a direction perpendicular to the plugging direction, and the first-stage limiting members 150 are fixedly plugged into the first-stage limiting grooves 331. Referring to fig. 18, it can be seen that when the male plug 200 is inserted into the female plug 100, the first-stage limiting member 150 enters into the circular hole along the splayed opening of the first-stage limiting groove 331, so as to limit the guiding locking member 300, and avoid the problem that the guiding locking member 300 is loosened, so that the male plug 200 and the female plug 100 fall off. The first-stage limiting member 150 and the first-stage limiting groove 331 form a first-stage limiting structure for limiting the left and right directions of the guide locking member 300.
Referring to fig. 18, when the male plug-in unit 200 and the female plug-in unit 100 are inserted, the pressing member 350 presses against the stop member 140, and the pressing member 350 and the stop member 140 form a two-stage limiting structure for limiting the up-and-down direction of the female plug-in spring 120. Female grafting shell fragment 120 all carries on spacingly about from top to bottom, can avoid direction locking piece 300 to take place to drop at the car in-process that rocks. Preferably, the pressing member 350 is plate-shaped, and the stopper 140 is a triangular boss.
With continued reference to fig. 19, to facilitate the removal of the male and female inserts 200, 100, a removal auxiliary slot 2111 extends upward from the sidewall of the primary guide slot 211; the primary stopper 150 is movable in the disassembly assisting groove 2111; the auxiliary detaching member 360 may be used not only to detect the locking condition of the terminal, but also to push the female plug-in dome 120 to be lifted when detaching the male plug-in unit 200 and the female plug-in unit 100. Preferably, the removal auxiliary groove 2111 is small inside and large outside, and is flared to communicate with the primary guide groove 211.
Referring to fig. 19, and with reference to the direction in fig. 19, when the female connector 100 and the male connector 200 are disassembled, the handle frame 310 is pulled to rotate clockwise, and the handle frame 310 drives the first-stage limiting member 150 to move to be separated from the first-stage limiting groove 331 and move upward to the disassembly auxiliary groove 2111; meanwhile, the auxiliary detaching member 360 rotates clockwise and moves to the lower left, and in the moving process, the female insertion spring 120 is pushed to move leftward, so that the female plug-in unit 100 is pushed out of the male plug-in unit 200, and an operator can simultaneously hold the operating portion 123 to rapidly and efficiently separate the male plug-in unit 200 from the female plug-in unit 100, preferably, the operating portion 123 is disposed at the second end of the female insertion spring 120, and when the male plug-in unit 200 is inserted into the female plug-in unit 100, the operating portion 123 is exposed to the outside. The operation part 123 is exposed to the outside, which is convenient for the operator to operate. The removal auxiliary slot 2111 provides a moving space for the first-stage stopper 150, so as to facilitate the removal operation, and the auxiliary removing member 360 facilitates the female connector 100 to be quickly pushed out from the male connector 200, thereby improving the removal efficiency.
Preferably, a sliding groove is formed in the male plug-in unit 200, and a sliding strip is arranged on the female body plug-in unit 110, and the sliding strip is slidably inserted into the sliding groove. More preferably, the sliding groove is opened on the end surface of the male plug 200 facing away from the guiding and locking groove 210, and the sliding strip is arranged on the end surface of the female body plug 110 facing away from the female plug spring 120.
The construction, features and functions of the present invention have been described in detail for the purpose of illustration and description, but the invention is not limited to the details of construction and operation, and is capable of other embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
