Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of overhauling of steam generators in nuclear power plants, in particular relates to a video inspection guiding tool and a video inspection method for a first supporting plate of a steam generator, and aims to provide the video inspection guiding tool for the first supporting plate of the steam generator, which is compact in size, firm in structure and convenient to operate, aiming at the video inspection requirement of the first supporting plate of the steam generator in the nuclear power plant, and aims to fill up the blind area of secondary side inspection of the existing steam generator and realize the video inspection of the cleanliness of the first supporting plate of the steam generator. The device is characterized by comprising a supporting guide rail and a guiding bracket; the two ends of the supporting guide rail are respectively fixed on the hand hole of the steam generator and the first supporting plate and are used for providing support and sliding rails for the guiding bracket; the guide bracket is arranged on the support guide rail and is in sliding connection with the support guide rail, and the upper end of the guide bracket extends out of the first support plate water flow hole and is used for carrying out video inspection on the region between the inner pipes of the steam generator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of overhauling of steam generators of nuclear power plants, and particularly relates to a video inspection guiding tool and a video inspection method for a first supporting plate of a steam generator.
Background
During the operation of a pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant, surface dirt and harmful impurity ions (such as Cl) in gaps of a limited area of a secondary side flow of a steam generator - ,SO4 2- ,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ ,Al 3+ Etc.) local concentration occurs due to evaporation of water. Most of the solid surfaces can participate in forming sludge accumulation layers on the inner part of the secondary side of the steam generator, such as the surfaces of the secondary side pipe plates, the flow distribution plate, the surfaces of the support plates, the outer surfaces of the heat transfer pipes and the like. The risk of blocking the plum blossom holes is deposited in the mud residue of the supporting plate, and further results such as unstable power of the nuclear power station and even power-down operation of the nuclear power station are caused, so that the cleanliness condition of the mud residue of the supporting plate needs to be checked regularly, and a targeted cleaning scheme is formulated.
At present, each domestic nuclear power unit can carry out video inspection on the cleanliness condition of a secondary side tube plate of a steam generator during the refueling overhaul period. However, due to the secondary side structure of the steam generator, it is difficult for the existing video inspection apparatus to reach the support plate area.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the video inspection requirement of the first support plate of the steam generator of the nuclear power plant, the invention provides a video inspection guiding tool of the first support plate of the steam generator, which has compact size, firm structure and convenient operation, and aims to fill the blind area of the secondary side inspection of the existing steam generator and realize the video inspection of the cleanliness of the first support plate of the steam generator.
The invention is realized in the following way:
a video inspection guiding tool for a first supporting plate of a steam generator comprises a supporting guide rail and a guiding bracket; the two ends of the supporting guide rail are respectively fixed on the hand hole of the steam generator and the first supporting plate and are used for providing support and sliding rails for the guiding bracket; the guide bracket is arranged on the support guide rail and is in sliding connection with the support guide rail, and the upper end of the guide bracket extends out of the first support plate water flow hole and is used for carrying out video inspection on the region between the inner pipes of the steam generator.
The whole support guide rail is L-shaped, the left part is horizontal, the right part extends upwards, and the two ends of the support guide rail are respectively fixedly connected with a positioning clamp, a fixing lug and the like; the positioning clamp is clamped on the first support plate after passing through the water flowing hole of the first support plate, so that a distal end fixing point of the guiding tool is formed; the fixing lug is fixed on a flange bolt hole of a hand hole of the steam generator through a bolt to form a near-end fixing point of the guiding tool; the support rail is used for fixing and supporting the guiding tool.
The upper end face of the support guide rail is provided with a sliding rail along the length direction and is used for being matched with the guide bracket to realize the sliding of the guide bracket relative to the support guide rail.
The whole support rail is made of stainless steel materials.
And a plurality of round or other hollow-out parts are arranged on the support guide rail and used for reducing the weight of the guide tool.
The guide bracket is of a hollow L-shaped structure as a whole, and the shape of the guide bracket is matched with that of the support guide rail; the front end of the guide bracket is a guide elbow, the upper end of the guide elbow extends out of the water flow hole of the first support plate, and the lower end of the guide elbow is connected with the main body of the guide bracket through a rotary joint; the guide support is used for realizing the guide function of the video probe.
Two groups of sliding blocks are arranged on the lower side of the guide bracket and are coupled with the sliding rail of the upper end face of the support guide rail, so that the guide bracket can freely slide relative to the support guide rail.
The outside of the steam generator is provided with a manual box, the manual box is connected with the rotary joint through two steel wire ropes, and the steering control of the guide elbow is realized through the operation of the manual box.
The guide bracket 7 as described above is entirely made of stainless steel material.
The supporting guide rail and the guiding bracket are of multi-section structures, and the sections of structures are coupled through bolts or pins.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the structure is compact, the operation is convenient, and the video inspection of the first supporting plate of the steam generator can be realized;
2. the video inspection of the inter-tube regions of the cold side and the hot side of the first support plate can be respectively realized by controlling the rotation angle of the guide elbow;
3. the video inspection of the areas among different pipes can be realized through the relative sliding of the guide bracket and the support guide rail;
4. firm in structure, difficult wearing and tearing.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, a first support plate video inspection guide tool of a steam generator comprises a support rail 6 and a guide bracket 7. The support rail 6 is fixed at both ends thereof to the steam generator hand hole 11 and the first support plate 13, respectively, for providing support and sliding rails for the guide bracket 7. The guide bracket 7 is arranged on the support guide rail 6 and is in sliding connection with the support guide rail 6, and the upper end of the guide bracket 7 extends out of the first support plate water flow hole 14 for carrying out video inspection on the inter-tube area inside the steam generator 10.
The whole support guide rail 6 is L-shaped, the left part is horizontal, the right part extends upwards, and the two ends are respectively fixedly connected with a positioning card 1, a fixing lug 8 and the like. The positioning clamp 1 is clamped on the first support plate 13 after passing through the first support plate water flowing hole 14, so as to form a distal end fixing point of the guiding tool. The fixing lug 8 is fixed on the flange bolt hole of the hand hole 11 of the steam generator through a bolt to form a proximal end fixing point of the guiding tool. The support rail 6 serves for fixing and supporting the guiding tool.
The upper end face of the support guide rail 6 is provided with a slide rail along the length direction, and the slide rail is used for being matched with the guide bracket 7 to realize the sliding of the guide bracket 7 relative to the support guide rail 6.
The whole supporting guide rail 6 is made of stainless steel materials.
A plurality of round or other hollow-out parts are arranged on the support guide rail 6 for reducing the weight of the guiding tool.
The whole guide bracket 7 is of a hollow L-shaped structure, and the shape of the guide bracket is matched with that of the support guide rail 6. The front end of the guide bracket 7 is provided with a guide elbow 3, the upper end of the guide elbow 3 extends out of the water flowing hole 14 of the first support plate, and the lower end of the guide elbow is connected with the main body of the guide bracket 7 through the rotary joint 2. The guide bracket 7 is used for realizing the guide function of the video probe.
Two groups of sliding blocks 5 are arranged on the lower side of the guide bracket 7, and the sliding blocks 5 are coupled with the sliding rail of the upper end face of the support guide rail 6, so that the guide bracket 7 can freely slide relative to the support guide rail 6.
A manual box is arranged outside the steam generator 10, the manual box is connected with the rotary joint 2 through two steel wires, and the steering control of the guide elbow 3 is realized through the operation of the manual box.
The whole guide bracket 7 is made of stainless steel materials.
Because the space near the hand hole 11 of the steam generator is limited, the supporting guide rail 6 and the guiding bracket 7 are of multi-section structures, and the sections of structures are coupled through bolts or pins.
The application method of the invention is as follows:
step one: the support rail 6 is fed obliquely downward together with the front part of the guide bracket 7 into the hand hole above the flow distribution plate 16 while being fed, and lifted upward until the front end enters the first support plate water flow hole 14, as shown in fig. 2.
Step two: the support rail positioning clamp 1 is clamped on the first support plate 13, and the fixing lug 8 is fixed on the flange of the hand hole 11 of the steam generator, as shown in fig. 3, and at the moment, the position of the support rail 6 is fixed.
Step three: the manual operation box is operated to control the guide elbow 3 to rotate 90 degrees, the front end of the guide elbow 3 points to the direction between the heat transfer pipes on one side to be inspected, and the video probe 4 is sent along the guide bracket 7 until reaching the detection position. The guide brackets 7 are pulled outwards horizontally along the support guide rails 6, and video inspection of the area between the pipes at one side of the water flow hole is completed one by one.
Step four: the manual operation box is operated to control the guide elbow 3 to rotate 180 degrees, the front end of the guide elbow 3 points to the direction between the heat transfer pipes at the other side to be inspected, and the guide bracket 7 is pushed forward along the support guide rail 6, so that the video inspection of the area between the pipes at the other side is completed, as shown in fig. 4.
Step five: the fixing lugs 8 are loosened, and the whole guiding tool is pulled outwards. The locator card 1 is now disengaged from the first support plate 13. The front end of the control guide tool slowly sags and is separated from the water flowing hole 14 of the first support plate.
Step six: the whole guiding tool is horizontally moved to reach the position below the other first supporting plate water flowing hole 14, the front end of the guiding tool is lifted up into the first supporting plate water flowing hole 14, and the supporting guide rail 6 is fixed.
Step seven: and repeating the third step and the fourth step to finish the inspection, as shown in fig. 5.
Step eight: after finishing the video inspection of the three first support plate water flow holes 14 on one side of the steam generator 10, transferring the entire guiding tool to the opposite side steam generator hand hole 11, repeating the steps one to seven, and finishing the video inspection of the opposite side first support plate 13.

The invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically described in the specification.

A first backup pad video inspection direction instrument of steam generator, its characterized in that: it comprises a supporting guide rail (6) and a guiding bracket (7); the two ends of the supporting guide rail (6) are respectively fixed on the hand hole (11) of the steam generator and the first supporting plate (13) and are used for providing support and sliding rails for the guiding bracket (7); the guide bracket (7) is arranged on the support guide rail (6) and is in sliding connection with the support guide rail (6), and the upper end of the guide bracket (7) extends out of the first support plate water flowing hole (14) and is used for carrying out video inspection on the region between the inner pipes of the steam generator (10); the whole supporting guide rail (6) is L-shaped, the left part is horizontal, the right part extends upwards, and the two ends of the supporting guide rail are fixedly connected with a positioning clamp (1) and a fixing lug (8) respectively; the positioning clamp (1) is clamped on the first support plate (13) after passing through the first support plate water flowing hole (14) to form a far-end fixing point of the guiding tool; the fixing lug (8) is fixed on a flange bolt hole of a hand hole (11) of the steam generator through a bolt to form a near-end fixing point of the guiding tool; the support guide rail (6) is used for fixing and supporting the guide tool; the upper end face of the support guide rail (6) is provided with a sliding rail along the length direction, the lower side of the guide bracket (7) is provided with two groups of sliding blocks (5), and the sliding blocks (5) are coupled with the sliding rail of the upper end face of the support guide rail (6) so that the guide bracket (7) can freely slide relative to the support guide rail (6); the whole guide bracket (7) is of a hollow L-shaped structure, and the shape of the guide bracket is matched with that of the support guide rail (6); the front end of the guide bracket (7) is provided with a guide elbow (3), the upper end of the guide elbow (3) extends out of the first support plate water flow hole (14), and the lower end of the guide elbow is connected with the main body of the guide bracket (7) through the rotary joint (2); the guide bracket (7) is used for realizing the guide function of the video probe.
