Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of energy conservation and engine idling, and particularly relates to an engine idling control method and system and a vehicle.
Background
Along with the consumption of petroleum resources and the increasing importance of energy-saving technology of vehicles, the engine is used as a main energy consumption device of the vehicle, and the improvement of the working performance of the engine directly influences the economic performance of the vehicle. At present, when an air conditioner is used in a vehicle, the idling speed of an engine is generally directly increased, and the increase of the idling speed of the engine directly causes the increase of energy consumption, so that when the air conditioner is started, the energy consumption of the vehicle can be reduced by reasonably controlling the rotating speed of the engine.
The idle state refers to an operating condition in which the engine is idling. In actual life, the phenomenon of flameout occurs when the engine is stopped temporarily (for example, when the vehicle is stopped at a red light, the vehicle turns and decelerates) due to too low idle speed; if the idling speed of the engine is too high, the fuel consumption is increased, the working temperature of the engine is increased, the abrasion of the engine is accelerated, and large impact occurs during speed changing and gear shifting, so that the automobile is greatly damaged. Therefore, the idle speed must be adjusted to a proper range to ensure smooth operation of the vehicle and to extend the operating life of the engine.
For example, in chinese patent publication No. CN104895688A entitled "method and system for controlling idle speed of passenger car engine", when the engine is in idle state, the generated voltage or generated current of the generator is detected in real time by the meter bus system, and compared with the charging voltage of the battery or the total current required by each electric device by the microprocessor, so as to determine whether the idle speed of the engine is too high or too low. The microprocessor transmits the instruction to the engine ECU through the CAN bus, and the engine ECU adjusts the idling speed of the engine correspondingly. This patent can carry out real-time adjustment to engine idle speed, makes engine idle speed be in suitable state under the prerequisite of guaranteeing the whole power supply volume of passenger train. However, the patent only adjusts the rotation speed of the engine at idle according to the judgment condition, and does not consider whether the temperature in the vehicle affects the comfort of passengers.
In addition, the current electric quantity and the voltage/current of the generator are used as main judgment standards for judging whether to increase the idling speed of the engine, and the current electric quantity and the voltage/current of the generator cannot correctly reflect the real working state of the generator and the requirement change of the whole vehicle due to the fact that the whole working process of the generator is in a transient working condition.

Further, when the idle speed of the engine is controlled to be the first set value, the second set value, the third set value and the fourth set value, the engine needs to be continuously operated for a set time according to the corresponding idle speed.
