Detailed Description
The invention will now be described in detail with reference to the drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a feeding device of the present invention includes a conveyor belt 1, a push plate 4, and a guide bar 6. The conveyer belt 1 below is provided with slide carriage 2, in this embodiment, conveyer belt 1 and slide carriage 2 all upwards put to one side from left end to right end, and conveyer belt 1 and slide carriage 2 parallel arrangement. The upper left end of the conveyer belt 1 is provided with a feed hopper 8, the other end is provided with a material output end, the material falls into a corresponding storage bin or stirring bin from the other end, and the conveyer belt 1 is driven by a motor to convey the material from the upper left end to the upper right end. Be provided with the scraper blade 3 that is used for scraping conveyer belt 1 surface residue to conveyer belt 2 between conveyer belt 12, specifically, scraper blade 3 sets up in the left end position of conveyer belt 2, and scraper blade 3 upper end and conveyer belt 1 contact, and scraper blade 3 lower extreme fixed connection is at conveyer belt 2 upper end edge, and during conveyer belt 1 operation, scraper blade 3 can scrape conveyer belt 1 surface residue material and fall to in the conveyer belt 2 of below.
The guide rod 6 is arranged along the extending direction of the slide carriage 2, the guide rod 6 is parallel to the slide carriage 2, and the pushing plate 4 is matched with the contour of the inner wall of the slide carriage 2. Specifically, slide carriage 2 is the ascending V-arrangement board of opening and both sides are provided with the safe edge, and the material is concentrated in its bottom to the V-arrangement structure of slide carriage 2, and push pedal 4 is provided with the V-arrangement closed angle that matches with the V-arrangement structure of slide carriage 2. The push plate 4 is arranged on the guide rod 6 and can slide along the guide rod 6, the push plate 4 is provided with a hole matched with the guide rod 6 and is sleeved on the guide rod 6, and the push plate 4 is connected with a driving mechanism 5 which can drive the push plate 4 to slide and push out residues on the slide carriage 2. The driving mechanism 5, the conveyer belt 1 and the slide carriage 2 are all supported by a supporting frame arranged on the ground.
Specifically, the driving mechanism 5 is a motor, the output end of the motor is connected with a screw rod 51, the screw rod 51 is parallel to the guide rod 6, and the screw rod 51 is in threaded connection with the push plate 4 to realize spiral transmission. The rotation of the motor drives the screw rod 51 to rotate and pushes the push plate 4 to scrape off the residual materials on the slide carriage 2 through spiral transmission.
In order to prevent the push plate 4 from being completely pushed out of the slide carriage 2, a residue pushing end (left end shown in the figure) of the slide carriage 2 is provided with a stop block 21 for blocking the push plate 4, and the stop block 21 is arranged at the end, so that the push plate 4 can be limited not to be completely pushed out, and the travel of the push plate 4 can push out the residue.
Preferably, the slide carriage 2 is provided with a connecting plate 22 at one end far away from the stop 21, and the guide rod 6 is fixed on the connecting plate 22. The connection plate 22 not only plays a role of connecting the guide rod 6, but also can limit the push plate 4 to separate from the slide carriage 2 from the right end, in addition, if a certain excess material is accumulated at the bottom of the slide carriage 2 when the push plate 4 is pushed out for return stroke, the push plate 4 can be prevented from working, so that a gap exists between the connection plate 22 and the bottom of the slide carriage 2. The gap can push the residual material out of the gap when the push plate 4 is in return, so as not to influence the movement of the push plate 4. For easy collection, a collection box may be provided below the right end of the carriage 2 to collect the portion of the residual material. In addition, most of the material is pushed out from the left end of the slide carriage 2, so that a collecting device 7 is usually arranged below the left end of the slide carriage 2 to collect the residual material.
In an ideal situation, the materials on the conveyor belt 1 are all sent out, and even if some materials stay on the surface, the materials fall into the slide carriage 2 under the action of gravity, and the materials slide out of the slide carriage 2 under the action of gravity. However, in practice, some moisture may exist in the material, which is condensed into blocks on the surface of the conveyor belt 1 and in the slide carriage 2, so that the conveying efficiency of the conveyor belt 1 is affected, and when the amount of the moisture is too large, the running load of the conveyor belt 1 is increased, and if the moisture is condensed in the slide carriage 2, the moisture may be accumulated in the slide carriage 2, so that the normal running out is affected. So this design scrapes the apron 2 with the residual material on conveyer belt 1 surface through scraper blade 3, and push pedal 4 is followed guide arm 6 and is moved left below from the upper right-hand member under the drive of actuating mechanism 5, scrapes the material in the apron 2 and release from the apron 2 left end. And then resetting, and cleaning after the residual materials in the slide carriage 2 are accumulated. The residual materials in the conveyer belt 1 and the slide carriage 2 can be effectively prevented from being coagulated into blocks.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting the same, and any modifications or equivalent substitutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be covered in the scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
