Description

Ternary herbicidal composition containing trifludimoxazin and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a triflumimoxazin-containing ternary weeding composition and application thereof.
Background
Chemical weeding is the most economic and effective means in preventing and removing weeds in farmlands, but the problems of drug resistance and resistance evolution of weeds and the like are easily caused by using a single variety or a single action mode of chemical herbicide continuously at a high dose for a long time.
the chemical name of trifludimoxazin is as follows: 1, 5-dimethyl-6-sulfo-3- (2,2, 7-trifluoro-3, 4-dihydro-3-oxo-4-prop-2-alkynyl-2H-1, 4-benzoxazine-6-yl) -1,3, 5-triazinane-2, 4-diketone with the chemical structural formula

Is a novel herbicide, can be used for a plurality of crops, and can control PPO resistant weeds, including Amaranthus spp (Amaranthus spp.), ragweed spp (Ambrosia spp), and the like.
The reasonable compounding or mixing of the herbicide compound has the advantages of expanding the weed spectrum, improving the control effect, delaying the occurrence and development of drug resistance and drug resistance of weeds and the like, and is one of the most effective methods for solving the problems. Therefore, the development of a weeding composition variety which has high safety and wide weed control spectrum, can produce synergistic effect and solve the problem of resistant weeds is urgently needed in production.

In short, the compositions of the present invention may be mixed with solid and liquid additives conventionally used in prior art formulations.
The invention also provides application of the ternary weeding composition in controlling weeds in crops; and to provide a method of controlling unwanted plant growth comprising applying the ternary herbicidal composition to plants, parts of plants, plant seeds or areas where plants grow, preferably for the selective control of weeds in crops.
In addition, the compositions according to the invention can be applied by spraying to the foliage of the plants to be treated, i.e. to the weeds, in particular to surfaces which are harmful or susceptible to infestation by weeds which are harmful to the growth of the crop.
When the herbicidal compositions of the present invention are applied, unexpected synergistic effects are obtained and the herbicidal activity is more pronounced than the expected sum of the activities using the individual herbicides and the activity of either individually or in combination of any two of the herbicides. The synergistic effect is manifested by reduced application rates, a broader spectrum of weed control, and a faster and longer lasting herbicidal action, which are desirable in the practice of weed control. These new compositions are clearly superior to existing herbicides in terms of the properties described, achieving reduced use and being more environmentally friendly.
The synergistic herbicidal composition of the invention also has the following advantages:
(1) the composition is environment-friendly, is easy to degrade in the environment, and is suitable for various crop fields.
(2) The weeding composition has low cost and convenient use, and has great economic and social benefits when being popularized and applied.

The investigation was carried out 15 days after the treatment, and was carried out 1 time in total.
4.3), statistical analysis of data
The combination action type of any two or the mixture of the two and the three on the weeds is evaluated by a Colby method.
And (5) cutting green tissues on each treatment ground in 15 days, weighing by adopting an electronic balance, and calculating the actual survival rate: e (%) × 100 (fresh weight of weeds in treatment area/fresh weight of weeds in control area) × 100
The theoretical weed survival rate calculation formula is as follows: e0 (%) ═ X Y/100 (binary mixed use)
Wherein X represents the survival rate of weeds A at a dose of P, Y represents the survival rate of weeds B at a dose of Q, E0 represents the theoretical survival rate of weeds A + B at a dose of (P + Q), and E represents the actual survival rate of weeds for each treatment.
E0(%)=X×Y×Z×…×N/100(n-1)(use of three or more elements)
X, Y, Z, N in the formula respectively represents the actual survival rates of n single agents, and n is the number of varieties of the compound herbicide.
When E0-E is more than 10%, the synergistic effect is generated; when E0-E < -10%, antagonism is indicated; when E0-E is within. + -. 10%, it is indicated that an additive effect is produced.
The evaluation statistical results of the actual control effect and the combined action of the mixed components on weeds are shown in tables 1-20.

The herbicidal compositions prepared in examples 1) to 20) were used for field weed effect tests.
Examples 1) -20) exemplary promotional tests were performed at the Xuyi Jiangsu test point in 2017. The weeds in the field are mainly: crab grass, barnyard grass, green dog tail, moleplant seed, acalypha australis, chenopodium album, amaranthus retroflexus and the like.
The test method comprises the following steps: in the 2-3 leaf stage of the weeds, a manual sprayer is used, and the water adding amount is 30 kg/667 m2The stem and leaf spray is adopted. The specific test agents and dosages are detailed in table 21, with a cell area of 50 square meters, repeated 4 times per treatment. The control effect was examined 45 days after the application of the composition, as shown in Table 21.

Through a large number of tests and explorations, the invention unexpectedly discovers that the composition has a surprising and unexpected synergistic effect when used for preventing and killing barnyard grass, stranguria, green bristlegrass, barnyard grass, crab grass, cardamine, caraway, semen euphorbiae, acalypha australis, chenopodium quinoa and amaranthus retroflexus, the synergistic effect is more obvious under low dosage, the dosage can be reduced, the pollution to the environment is reduced, the reasonable compounding reduces the agricultural cost, the composition is efficient to ALS and ACCase inhibitor resistant weeds, and the composition has a good application prospect. Meanwhile, the herbicide composition shows good selectivity and excellent synergistic effect on lawns and crops such as wheat fields, corn fields, paddy fields, peanuts, sugarcane, sorghum, millet, potatoes, rapes, soybeans, cotton, vegetables, bluegrass, tall fescue, zoysia japonica and the like of conventional varieties and gene editing varieties through testing, and can be developed into herbicide mixtures with wide market values.
