It should be noted that, if the driving member 41 is a tubular structure with an inner cavity, the sliding member 42 may also be disposed in the inner cavity of the driving member 41 and simultaneously be in abutting engagement with the driving member 41 and the portion of the descaling rack 3 in the inner cavity of the driving member 41, so that the transmission effect required by the technical scheme can be achieved, and the two inclined surfaces on the sliding member 42 may be disposed opposite to each other, so that, referring to fig. 9 to 11, fig. 9 to 11 show three structural diagrams of the three manners of engaging the sliding member 42, the driving member 41 and the descaling rack 3 in the embodiment of the present invention, and the direct positional relationship between the sliding member 42, the driving member 41 and the descaling rack 3 is not limited to the structure given by the embodiment.
In this embodiment, in the water-off state, the scale removing rack 3 can reliably reset and remove scale under the action of its own gravity, preferably, in order to further ensure that the scale removing rack 3 can reliably reset, in this embodiment, a first reset member acting on the scale removing rack 3 is provided to drive the scale removing rack 3 to reset in the water-off state of the scale removing shower head, specifically, the first reset member 43 is abutted between the body 1 and the scale removing rack 3 to abut against the scale removing rack 3 in the water-off state, and the scale removing rack 3 keeps the state that the scale removing needle 31 is inserted into the water outlet hole 20; preferably, a cylinder is convexly arranged on one side of the water outlet surface cover 2 in the water outlet cavity, the first reset piece 43 is a spring, and the first reset piece 43 is sleeved on the cylinder so as to improve the stability of the structure.
The second resetting piece 44 is abutted between the driving piece 41 and the water outlet cover 2, so as to drive the driving piece 41 to reset in a water closing state, and further improve the reliability of resetting the driving piece 41.
Specifically, the second restoring member 44 is a spring, one end of the spring is sleeved on the positioning column 22 of the water outlet cover 2, and the other end of the spring is placed in the column hole 411 of the driving member 41, so that the structural stability of the second restoring member 44 is strong, and the energy storage function of the second restoring member 44 is prevented from being invalid.
It should be understood that, in the case of only the first reset member 43, when the descaling shower is in the water-off state, the driving member 41 is not stressed, at this time, the first reset member 43 abuts against the descaling rack 3 to move toward the side where the water outlet 20 is located until each descaling needle 31 thereon is inserted into each water outlet 20 correspondingly, and then the movement is stopped, and the sliding member 42 moves reversely under the abutting action of the descaling rack 3 with the inclined surface matched with the descaling rack 3 as a guide until the sliding member 42 returns, and meanwhile, the sliding member 42 abuts against the driving member 41 and drives the driving member 41 to reversely reset, so that the descaling structure is simple, and the descaling function of the descaling rack 3 and the reset function of the sliding member 42 and the driving member 41 are reliable. In the case where the first restoring member 43 and the second restoring member 44 are present at the same time, the urging action of the second restoring member 44 is also applied to the driving member 41 in the process of being urged by the slider 42 to return to the original position, so that the reliable return is further realized.
When the descaling shower needs to discharge water in actual use, a user opens a main valve of the shower, at this time, bath water is introduced from the water inlet channel 110 of the body 1, the driving member 41 is impacted by the water flow of the water inlet to move towards the water outlet 20, so that the driving member 41 overcomes the elastic action of the second resetting member 44 and pushes against the inclined surface on the sliding member 42, the driving member 41 is separated from sealing contact with the water inlet channel 110, the water inlet channel 110 is opened and water for bath is input into the water outlet cavity, meanwhile, the driving member 41 enables the sliding member 42 to move towards the side of the second abutting part 412 far away from the driving member 41 along the direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the driving member 41, and in the moving process, the inclined surface on the sliding member 42 pushes against the first abutting part 33 on the descaling frame 3 and drives the descaling frame 3 to move away from the side of the water outlet 20 until the descaling needle 31 on the driving member is separated from the water outlet 20 on the water outlet cover 2, and the descaling shower is discharged from the water outlet 20; when the main valve of the descaling shower head is closed, the driving piece 41 is disappeared under the action of the inflow water flow, at this moment, the descaling rack 3 moves towards the water outlet 20 under the elastic action of the first reset piece 43, and the descaling needle 31 on the descaling rack is inserted into the water outlet 20 again, so that the descaling of the water outlet 20 is realized, meanwhile, the first abutting part 33 on the descaling rack 3 abuts against the inclined surface on the sliding piece 42, so that the sliding piece 42 moves towards the side where the second abutting part 412 close to the driving piece 41 is located, meanwhile, the inclined surface on the other side of the sliding piece 42 always abuts against the second abutting part 412 on the driving piece 41, so that the driving piece 41 is reversely reset towards the side where the descaling shower head is located, and in the process, the driving piece 41 is reliably reset under the abutting action of the second reset piece 44 until the upper end of the driving piece is in resealing abutting contact with the inner wall of the water inlet channel 110, and single use and descaling of the descaling shower head are completed.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the descaling rack 3 and the driving component 4 are abutted to form a transmission matching relation through the inclined surface or line, wherein the driving piece 41 in the driving component 4 can move along the direction facing one side of the water outlet hole 20 when being driven by water inflow, and when the driving piece 41 is driven by water inflow, the driving piece 41 is abutted to the sliding piece 42, so that the driving piece 41 moves relative to the driving piece 41 in the direction perpendicular to the movement direction of the driving piece 41 under the guidance of the inclined surface or line matched with the driving piece 41, thereby abutting the descaling rack 3 and enabling the descaling rack 3 to move relative to the sliding piece 42 and move towards the direction facing away from the water outlet side under the guidance of the inclined surface or line matched with the sliding piece 42, further realizing the function that the descaling needle 31 on the descaling rack 3 is separated from the water outlet hole 20, and realizing the conversion of the movement direction by linear displacement, so that the resistance to be overcome is small, and the descaling rack 41 can be driven and displaced always under the state that the water inflow flow speed is unstable (or large or small), and the occurrence of displacement of the descaling rack 3 and the failure of the water outlet cover 2 is avoided; the driving piece 41 resets under the action of the first resetting piece 43 and the gravity of the driving piece under the condition that the driving piece is not impacted by water flow, the descaling rack 3 enables the descaling needle 31 on the descaling rack to be inserted into the water outlet 20 for descaling, meanwhile, the sliding piece 42 resets under the reverse action of the descaling rack 3, and the driving piece 41 resets under the reverse action of the sliding piece 42; the driving force input direction and the driving force output direction are converted in a linear movement mode, the structure is simple, parts are few, the adjustment of the displacement of the scale removal frame 3 in a large range can be realized, meanwhile, the design of the shower head with small thickness can be realized, and the use experience of a user is effectively improved.
By combining the analysis, the technical scheme disclosed by the invention solves all technical problems listed in the specification and realizes corresponding technical effects.
The foregoing description of the embodiments and description is presented to illustrate the scope of the invention, but is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.
