The first water outlet part is set as a water outlet part for spraying spray gun water;
the sliding cover is arranged on the shower body in a sliding way and is away from one surface of the water outlet cover; a water guide part for forming a blade spray is arranged on one surface of the sliding cover opposite to the shower body; the axial direction of the first water outlet part and the water guide part on the sliding cover form an included angle;
The sliding cover is controlled to move towards the end part of the shower body, the linkage switching body closes the second water outlet part and opens the first water outlet part, the water guide part of the sliding cover is separated from the shower body, water flow emitted by the first water outlet part is refracted, and water flow refracted at the water guide part is dispersed to form a blade spray.

A spray gun shower head for delivering water from a blade as defined in claim 1,2 or 3, wherein: the shower head also comprises a limiting structure, wherein the limiting structure comprises a positioning block and a sliding cover groove, and the positioning block is arranged on the inner surface of the sliding cover and extends towards the direction of the shower head body; the sliding cover groove is formed in the shower body; the positioning block is inserted into the sliding cover groove so as to limit the water outlet direction of the first water outlet part to be positioned in the range of the water guide part.
