Abstract
本发明公开了一种通信方法、网络设备和终端设备,应用于包括网络设备、第一终端设备和至少一个第二终端设备的通信系统。网络设备与第一终端设备通信时使用第一通信链路,第一终端设备与该至少一个第二终端设备通信时使用至少一个第二通信链路,该至少一个第二终端设备与该至少一个第二通信链路之间一一对应。该方法包括:网络设备接收第一终端设备发送的测量报告,测量报告包括至少一个测量数据;网络设备向第一终端设备发送基于所述至少一个测量数据确定的通信链路变更策略的指示信息,该指示信息用于指示第一终端设备根据通信链路变更策略进行通信链路的变更处理,该通信链路包括该第一通信链路和/或该第二通信链路。
