Abstract
本发明公开了一种喷雾式液体创可贴,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:去离子水1~60份、乙醇1~60份、甘油1~15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~15份、聚乙烯醇1~10份、苯氧乙醇0.1~1份、碘0.01~1份、水解珍珠液1~12份。本发明的喷雾式液体创可贴制作成本低,通过喷雾的方式喷涂在伤口上,可以适用于不同的伤口。喷涂后迅速在伤口上形成一层透明保护膜,并对伤口进行杀菌,本发明制备的液体创可贴防水性好,可以有效的防水,杜绝伤口二次感染。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗技术领域,尤其涉及到一种喷雾式液体创可贴。
背景技术
人体皮肤创伤可能导致细菌感染,引发溃烂等严重后果。皮肤表皮保护材料可用于擦伤、开裂等轻微伤害,主要用于保护表层皮肤创面,使之与空气隔离,防止细菌感染,并对伤口进行简单的消毒和防水的作用。市面上普通的创伤保护材料,俗称创可贴,通常为医用胶布加无纺布,另一种为PU膜加无纺布,内部都含有敷料,其中敷料可以贴合伤口、保护创面,而胶布和PU膜可以固定敷料加强保护的作用。这种结构方式的创可贴贴在创面上,一来影响创伤部位的自由活动,另外还影响美观,通常防水效果并不好,还不能适应不同的伤口。除去创可贴时胶布对创面周围皮肤的粘着力,往往会给患者带来附加的痛苦。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供能在皮肤浅伤表面形成防水、透气薄膜,且能起到简易消毒、不易脱落的一种喷雾式液体创可贴。
本发明是通过如下方式实现的:
一种喷雾式液体创可贴,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:去离子水1~60份、乙醇1~60份、甘油1~15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~15份、聚乙烯醇1~10份、苯氧乙醇0.1~1份、碘0.01~1份、水解珍珠液1~12份。
进一步的,所述一种喷雾式液体创可贴,由以下重量份数原理组成:去离子水60份、乙醇60份、甘油15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚乙烯醇10份、苯氧乙醇1份、碘1份、水解珍珠液12份。
进一步的,所述聚乙烯醇优选PVA-217。
进一步的,所述喷雾式液体创可贴制备包含以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将去离子水、甘油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇加入反应锅搅拌2小时;
(2)将上述步骤的溶液温度控制在55摄氏度并快速剪切35分钟;
(3)按配方比例往上述溶液中加入碘、苯氧乙醇、乙醇、水解珍珠液搅拌2小时得到混合溶液;
(4)将上述混合溶液水冷至室温,然后出料,进行48小时陈化,最后分装得到喷雾式液体创可贴。
本发明配方中聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇为成膜剂,成膜迅速不易撕裂,有较好的保护性。乙醇、苯氧乙醇、碘可以有效的对伤口杀菌消毒,防止进一步感染。水解珍珠液有解毒生肌的功效,帮助伤口快速愈合。
本发明优点在于:配方创新,制作成本低,通过喷雾的方式涂抹在伤口上,可以适用于不同的伤口。喷涂后迅速在伤口上形成一层透明保护膜,并对伤口进行杀菌,本发明制备的液体创可贴防水性好,可以有效的防水,杜绝伤口二次感染。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
一种喷雾式液体创可贴,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:去离子水1-60份、乙醇1-60份、甘油1-15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-15份、聚乙烯醇1-10份、苯氧乙醇0.1-1份、碘0.01-1份、水解珍珠液1-12份。
一种喷雾式液体创可贴,优选以下重量份数原料组成:去离子水60份、乙醇60份、甘油15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚乙烯醇10份、苯氧乙醇1份、碘1份、水解珍珠液12份。
所述聚乙烯醇优选PVA-217。
进一步的,所述喷雾式液体创可贴制备包含以下步骤:
(1)按配方比例将去离子水、甘油、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇加入反应锅搅拌2小时。

本发明配方中聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚乙烯醇为成膜剂,成膜迅速不易撕裂,有较好的保护性。乙醇、苯氧乙醇、碘可以有效的对伤口杀菌消毒,防止进一步感染。水解珍珠液有解毒生肌的功效,帮助伤口快速愈合。
本发明配方新颖,制作方便成本低,经过试验对伤口的愈合有很好的作用,不会产生不适感,防水性能良好,值得广泛推广。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种喷雾式液体创可贴,其特征在于:由以下重量份数原料组成:去离子水60份、乙醇60份、甘油15份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15份、聚乙烯醇10份、苯氧乙醇1份、碘1份、水解珍珠液12份。
3.根据权利要求1~2任意一项所述的一种喷雾式液体创可贴,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯醇优选PVA-217。
4.根据权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种喷雾式液体创可贴,其特征在于,所述喷雾式液体创可贴制备包含以下步骤:
