Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a plant growth regulating composition, a preparation and application thereof.
Background
The tobacco is a leaf economic crop, the reproductive growth of the tobacco is prevented by topping, the enlargement of the leaf can be promoted, and the full development and maturity of the middle and upper leaves are particularly facilitated, so that the yield and the quality of the tobacco leaves are improved. But the tobacco plant axillary buds grow vigorously while topping, and 2-3 or more axillary buds can be regenerated for each 1 leaf axillary of the tobacco plant. If the tobacco leaves are allowed to grow, the tobacco leaves compete for nutrients and water with the growth of the tobacco leaves, a large amount of nutrients are consumed, the growth and the fullness of the main stem leaves are influenced, the tobacco leaves at the middle lower part of the tobacco plant are not full, the identity is light, the oil content is less, the elasticity is poor, and the taste and the aroma are reduced; the upper leaves grow small and thin, which results in reduced yield and quality, aggravates insect pest occurrence and disease infection in the current year, and enlarges the insect pest population in the next year. Therefore, the method has more important practical significance for ensuring the normal growth and development of the tobacco leaves left on the tobacco plants after topping and forming ideal yield and quality by controlling the growth of the axillary buds or removing tobacco branches in time after topping.
However, after topping, the apical dominance disappeared and the axillary buds had strong re-germination properties. The bud picking is carried out for 4-6 times by manual work, on one hand, the bud picking by manual work is difficult to be carried out completely, and a large amount of manpower is consumed; on the other hand, the axillary buds have strong regeneration, consume a large amount of nutrients, influence the growth of harvested leaves, delay the harvesting due to insufficient accumulation of assimilates, and reduce the quality of tobacco leaves. Ultimately resulting in less than ideal yields and quality.

The strigolactones plant growth regulator A can regulate the growth processes of lateral bud elongation, plant height, leaf shape, senescence, seed germination, lateral root growth and the like, and the strigolactones can reduce the transportation effect of the auxin by applying the strigolactones to monocotyledons and dicotyledons so as to reduce the occurrence of branches. Furthermore, the strigolactone synthetic analogue GR24 is used as an environmental stimulus model and can induce the germination of weed seeds. As allelochemicals, the plant allelochemicals can promote the growth of mycorrhiza and coordinate the transportation and distribution of the substances with plants better. The application of strigolactone synthetic analogue GR24 with proper concentration on plants can reduce the level of auxin and cytokinin hormones at the corresponding parts.
The active ingredient B6-benzylaminopurine broad-spectrum plant growth regulator can promote plant cell growth, delay leaf senescence, inhibit the decomposition of chlorophyll, nucleic acid and protein in plant leaves, and protect green and prevent aging; the regulation of amino acids, auxin, inorganic salts, etc. to the treated part can promote the division and growth of cell. Treatment of tobacco plants with 6-benzylaminopurine alone promotes the growth of tobacco leaves, but also promotes the germination and growth of axillary buds.
In the present invention, "tobacco" is synonymous with "tobacco plant"; "axillary region" and "junction of tobacco petiole and stem"; the term "tobacco axillary bud" is synonymous with "tobacco leaf axillary bud", and refers to a bud formed at the junction of the tobacco leaf stalk and stem. The axillary buds grow when the hormone level homophilicity is accumulated to a certain extent at the axillary part of the leaf. When the nutrient is sufficient, the tobacco leaves can be developed into branches, and in order to improve the yield and the quality of the tobacco, the tobacco leaves are generally removed by adopting an artificial chemical method. In the present invention, the effect of the composition can be reflected by evaluating the number of axillary buds.
Compared with the prior art, the detailed description of the application is as follows:
the application of the active ingredient A obviously reduces the level of cytokinin at the growth points of the leaf axils, can obviously reduce the germination of cryptocaryon, basically has no effect of inhibiting the growth of leaves with the length of more than 10cm, does not influence the continuous growth of the leaves, but has obvious effect of inhibiting the growth of tobacco leaves with the length of less than 10cm, and leads to the increase of the ratio of lobules. The active ingredient B is singly used, a large amount of photosynthetic assimilates are transported to the leaves, the accepting capability of photosynthetic products of the leaves is obviously enhanced, the area of the leaves is increased, the quality is improved, but the content of cytokinin at axillary parts of the leaves is improved, the germination of hidden buds at the axillary parts of the leaves can be promoted, the proportion of small leaves is increased, and the quality sum of tobacco leaves is reduced. When the active ingredient A is used alone, the increase in leaf area of less than 10cm is also suppressed in suppressing the growth of axillary buds, and when the active ingredient B is used alone, the increase in leaf area is promoted, the risk of axillary bud growth is also increased.
The plant growth regulating composition provided by the invention is prepared by screening and proportioning the components and compounding the active ingredient A and the active ingredient B, so that the defect that the number of small leaves is increased when the small leaves are used singly is overcome, and the yield and the grade of tobacco leaves are improved. The composition or preparation containing the composition is used as tobacco leaf, and active ingredient B can promote new leaf with length less than 10cm to grow rapidly, and active ingredient A can make cytokinin at growth point of leaf axillary be still at low level, and reduce germination of hidden bud at leaf axillary. Therefore, the plant growth regulating composition or the preparation containing the composition is used for the tobacco leaves, the proportion of large leaves in the harvested tobacco leaves is increased, the consumption of assimilates on the growth of axillary buds and low-value small leaves is avoided, and the yield and the quality of the tobacco leaves are improved. The plant growth regulating composition or the preparation containing the composition provided by the invention is used for tobacco plants, can reduce the germination and growth of hidden buds at axillary leaves, has obvious effect of increasing yield and has synergistic effect.
