Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to cervical vertebra mobility measuring equipment and a cervical vertebra mobility measuring method.
Background
The activity of cervical vertebrae is an item of physical examination routine, and is an important content for observing the movement of the spine. The numerical range of the cervical vertebra activity is the necessary basis for judging whether the cervical vertebra activity function is normal or not. Measuring the limited value of cervical vertebra movement is an important diagnosis basis for finding various cervical vertebra diseases in time.
In the prior art, cervical vertebra mobility measuring instruments are generally divided into three types:
the first is a simple protractor, and the deflection angle is estimated in a fuzzy way by taking the handheld protractor and a ruler of an examining doctor as a reference according to the rough estimation of the deflection distance of the cervical vertebra.
The second is a medical protractor with movable shaft connected by a fixed arm, and can estimate and read the cervical vertebra deflection distance and deflection angle between the head and neck and the staff according to the deflection curvature of the head of the testee. During actual measurement, a doctor is required to order the testee to cooperate, an instrument is arranged, when the testee performs actions such as buckling, rotation and the like, the content measured value of the item can be detected to stably maintain the measurement standard on the fixed arm, so that the measurement is relatively accurate, the doctor checking operation is relatively simple and convenient, the measured value can not be distinguished to be the activity degree of a single joint of the cervical vertebra or the comprehensive activity degree of joint conjugate coupling motion of a plurality of joints, and the visual reading of the staff gauge and the protractor by the doctor is inaccurate, so that the curative effect of the treatment quality is affected, and the curative effect is accurately estimated.
The third is an ex vivo measurement instrument such as DR, MRI imaging instrument and sensorimotor analysis instrument. The method is mainly used for accurately checking and comparing and analyzing dynamic indexes of certain physical sign images of human bodies in clinic. The cost is high, and the waiting time for the result is long. The compliance of patient cooperation inspection is high, and rays have influence on human safety, so that the requirements of part of clinical work on spine examination only need conciseness, high efficiency and rapidness cannot be met. And the requirements of long-term, high-frequency, accurate and measurement can not be matched with scientific research curative effect observation.
Patent 201420083021X in the prior art-a second type cervical vertebra mobility measuring instrument discloses that the cervical vertebra measuring instrument comprises an arc-shaped front arm support, a side arm support, a cantilever support, a rotation measuring instrument, a buckling and stretching measuring instrument, a movable ear fixer, a rear head top and a lower jaw respectively fixing belt and an instrument fixing seat. Compared with the prior art, the measuring instrument has great progress, the measuring reference protractor is maintained on the fixed arm, and meanwhile, the compact and rapid examination requirement of the cervical spine can be met, and the measuring instrument still has great defects:
1. the cervical vertebra mobility is not measured by the upper cervical vertebra and the lower cervical vertebra in a segmented way, and the pathological change position of the cervical vertebra can not be accurately observed and positioned. According to the anatomical structure of the upper and lower cervical vertebrae of a human body: the upper cervical vertebrae and the lower cervical vertebrae have respective main movement forms and conjugate coupling movements combined by the upper cervical vertebrae and the lower cervical vertebrae. The upper cervical vertebra consists of an atlanto-occipital joint and an atlanto-axial joint, the atlanto-occipital joint movement is mainly flexion and extension, and the atlanto-axial joint is mainly rotation. The lower cervical vertebrae are mainly flexed forward, extended backward, flexed sideways and rotated. The physiological activities of each individual are different, the activities of the upper cervical vertebrae and the lower cervical vertebrae are different, only the sectional positioning measurement is performed, and the sectional positioning measurement is scientifically compared with the physiological anatomy of the individual, so that the pathological change position of the cervical vertebrae can be accurately positioned, and the measurement data is scientifically and accurately obtained.
2. The patent measurement reading cannot be positioned on the scale, and a doctor can only estimate and read the numerical value between the protractor and the human body mark, so that the accuracy problem is not solved.
