Technical Field

Background
As people continue to pursue sound quality, earphone technology is also evolving. The true wireless stereo (True Wireless Stereo, TWS) earphone does not need to be connected in a wired mode, and the left earphone and the right earphone are connected through Bluetooth to form a stereo system, so that the tone quality feeling of a user is obviously improved.
In the using process, the TWS earphone is not provided with a connecting wire, so that the TWS earphone is most obviously different from a common Bluetooth earphone in that an earphone box is usually required to be matched to realize the functions of storing, charging and the like of the TWS earphone, and when a user does not wear the earphone, the earphone is placed in the earphone box, so that the risk of losing the earphone can be reduced.
However, in order to facilitate carrying of the earphone, the volume of the earphone box cannot be made very large, so that after the earphone is put into the earphone box, the earphone is often difficult to take out due to the tiny structure and close fit with the earphone box, which results in influencing the use experience of a user, and even sometimes the earphone is damaged permanently due to the phenomenon of dropping caused by inconvenient taking.

According to the electromagnet polarity switching principle shown in fig. 1, the polarity of the magnetic field can be changed by changing the current flow direction in the electromagnet coil, so that the magnetic force acting effect of the electromagnet is changed. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a truly wireless stereo headset according to the present application, and referring to fig. 2, a truly wireless stereo headset includes: the earphone body 100 and the earphone box 200 for accommodating the earphone body 100.
The earphone body 100 includes: a headset magnet 110. The earphone magnet 110 may be supported by a permanent magnet such as a magnet, and is fixed in position, so that the direction of the generated magnetic field is fixed.
The earphone case 200 includes: electromagnet 210, and a polarity switching circuit (not shown) for switching the polarity of electromagnet 210. The electromagnet 210 can attract or repel the earphone magnet 110 under the switching of the polarity switching circuit, so that the earphone body 100 is attracted inside the earphone box 200 or suspended outside the earphone box 200.
Therefore, when the earphone body 100 is accommodated in the earphone box 200, the electromagnet 210 and the earphone magnet 110 are attracted to each other by the polarity conversion circuit, so that the earphone body 100 can be adsorbed on the inner wall of the earphone box 200 after being put into the box, and the earphone body 100 is prevented from falling and being damaged; when the earphone is needed to be used, the polarity of the electromagnet 210 is switched by the polarity switching circuit, so that the electromagnet 210 and the earphone magnet 110 repel each other, and the earphone main body 100 can be partially or completely suspended outside the earphone box 200, so that a user can conveniently take the earphone main body 100 out of the narrow earphone box 200. Fig.2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of the true wireless stereo headset of the present application, in which the headset body 100 exposes the headset case 200, but in practical headset products, a profile design is generally adopted between the headset body 100 and the headset case 200 for aesthetic and volume saving purposes, so that the headset body 100 is tightly attached and is not easy to take.
In the present embodiment, the earphone body 100 includes the ear stem 130 and the sound emitting portion 120, the earphone magnet 110 is disposed in the sound emitting portion 120, and the earphone case 200 includes the disposition cavity 220 having a size matching with the ear stem 130. When in storage, the electromagnet 210 of the earphone box 200 attracts the earphone magnet 110, and the ear stem 130 of the earphone body 100 stretches into the placement cavity 220, so that the earphone body 100 is safely attracted in the earphone box 200; when in use, the electromagnet 210 of the earphone box 200 repels the earphone magnet 110, so that the earphone body 100 floats upwards, the earphone box 200 is removed, and the lug 130 can also play a guiding role in cooperation with the placement cavity 220 in the suspension process. Preferably, in the suspended state, a portion of the ear stem 130 remains in the placement cavity 220, helping to position the suspended earphone body 100.
In the present embodiment, the earphone case 200 further includes: and a change-over switch. The change-over switch is connected to the polarity switching circuit, and the user operates the change-over switch to switch the polarity of the electromagnet 210.
The change-over switch can be designed in combination with the usage habit of the TWS earphone. As shown in fig. 2, the earphone case 200 further includes: a box cover 230; the box cover 230 constitutes a switch of the polarity switching circuit: when the cover 230 is buckled, the electromagnet 210 attracts the earphone magnet 110, so that the earphone body 100 is reliably attracted and prevented from falling, and the earphone body 100 is protected. After the cover 230 is opened, the electromagnet 210 repels the earphone magnet 110, so that when the user opens the cover 230, the earphone body 100 is automatically suspended and ejected, and the manual operation process of the user is saved. The linkage relationship between the cover 230 and the polarity conversion circuit can be set by a person skilled in the art by conventional means, for example, a sensing unit for sensing the distance between the cover 230 is set to trigger the polarity conversion circuit to operate when the cover 230 is opened or closed, which is not described herein.
In the preferred embodiment of the present application, considering that the user does not know the action of automatically suspending and ejecting the earphone body 100 when using the TWS earphone for the first time, the problem that the earphone body 100 falls off due to the fact that the angle and the timing of opening the cover 230 are poor may occur, the cover 230 scrapes against the earphone body 100, a delay branch is provided in the polarity conversion circuit, and the electromagnet 210 is switched to repel the earphone magnet 110 after a preset time of opening the cover 230 through the delay branch, for example, after the cover 230 is opened for 1 second, the earphone body 100 is automatically suspended and ejected, so that the phenomenon that the cover 230 scrapes against the earphone body 100 is avoided. Further, the delay function may be set by the user himself, canceling the delay procedure after familiarity with the actions of the TWS headset.
In other embodiments of the present application, the switch may be manually operated by the user, for example, a key is provided on the earphone box 200, and the polarity is switched by using a key means, so that the user only needs to press the key when he wants to take out the earphone body 100. Moreover, the manual operation mode of the key can be combined with the box cover scheme, so that more selection modes are provided for users.
In some embodiments of the present application, the earphone case 200 further includes: the detecting device detects whether the earphone body 100 is picked up after being suspended and is connected with the polarity conversion circuit, and sends out an electric signal after the earphone body 100 is picked up to enable the polarity conversion circuit to switch the polarity of the electromagnet 210, so that after the earphone body 100 is picked up, the electromagnet 210 of the earphone box 200 is automatically switched to a state capable of adsorbing the earphone magnet 110, and preparation is made for accommodating the earphone body 100 later.
In some embodiments of the present application, the earphone case 200 further includes: a charging circuit; when the earphone body 100 is disposed in the earphone case 200, the charging circuit is connected to the earphone body 100 to charge the earphone body 100.
In some embodiments of the present application, the earphone case 200 further includes: a communication circuit; the earphone case 200 communicates with the earphone body 100 and/or the mobile terminal through a communication circuit. Thus, the user can send an instruction or audio data to be played back to the headphone body 100 by operating the headphone case 200, or send an instruction or audio data to be played back to the headphone case 200 and the headphone body 100 by remotely operating the mobile terminal, for example, by remotely controlling the headphone body 100 to suspend and pop up or controlling the headphone case 200 to charge headphones, or the like.
In some embodiments of the present application, the earphone case 200 further includes: a battery that supplies power to the electromagnet 210 when the earphone case 200 is not connected to a power source. Thereby, the earphone body 100 can be conveniently suspended and ejected in the carrying process of the earphone box 200.
In some embodiments of the present application, the earphone body 100 includes a left earphone and a right earphone, which are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined distance between the seating positions in the earphone case 200 as shown in fig. 2, to ensure that magnetic fields at the left and right sides do not interfere with each other.

5. The true wireless stereo headset of claim 1, wherein the headset case further comprises: a charging circuit; when the earphone main body is arranged in the earphone box, the charging circuit is connected with the earphone main body to charge the earphone main body.
6. The true wireless stereo headset of claim 1, wherein the headset case further comprises: a communication circuit; the earphone box is connected with the earphone main body and/or the mobile terminal through the communication circuit for communication.
