Abstract
本发明公开了一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面直接涂布糊状发泡PVC材料,然后加热发泡,形成发泡PVC止滑静音垫。并公开了该方法制得的止滑静音垫以及对应的涂布发泡设备。本发明采用直接在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面涂布糊状发泡PVC材料,再加热发泡的方法,在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面形成止滑静音垫,除了起到缓冲、平衡、隔音的作用外,其防滑性能尤为出色,并且可以形成个性化的图案,视觉效果更佳。本发明可以实现地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的连续生产,省去裁剪和粘贴的步骤,人力成本降低,而且不需要使用胶粘剂,可以降低成本,减轻对环境的污染。

本发明涉及到一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫、其制备方法及涂布发泡设备。
背景技术
地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯等安装在地面上的装饰材料通常会在背面用胶粘剂贴上一层 IXPE泡棉、EVA泡棉、橡胶、软木、塑料膜等材料,但是其防滑效果并不理想,而且成本高。而且裁剪、粘贴的步骤需要较高的人力成本,并导致地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的生产不连续,胶水容易造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,直接将糊状发泡PVC材料涂布在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面后再加热发泡,可以实现地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的连续生产,大幅降低人力成本。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:所述止滑静音垫为糊状发泡PVC材料直接涂布在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯主体的背面,再加热发泡而成。
优选的,在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面涂布糊状发泡PVC材料的方式包括淋涂、滚涂、刷涂、喷涂、转印、丝印、点胶。
优选的,所述地板为实木地板(solid wood flooring,hardwood flooring)、多层复合地板 (engineered flooring)、强化地板(laminated flooring)、塑料地板(LVTflooring,WPC flooring)、石塑地板(SPC flooring)、木塑地板(WPC flooring)、高密度复合地板(HDPC flooring)、抗静电地板(antistatic flooring)、软木地板(cork flooring)或波镁板地板(MgO board flooring),所述石材为大理石或花岗岩。
优选的,所述涂布在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯主体背面的糊状发泡PVC材料为点状、线条状或点状与线条状结合,覆盖率为40-85%。

优选的,在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面涂布的糊状发泡PVC材料为点状、线条状或点状与线条状结合,覆盖率为40-85%。
优选的,先在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面覆上网布,再直接在网布上涂布糊状发泡 PVC材料,网布通过发泡PVC粘结在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面。

(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,然后出烘箱。
优选的,所述地板背面清洁方式为先砂光,再除静电,除尘;瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的清洁方式为先用毛刷刷,再除静电,除尘。
优选的,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面清洁后先覆上网布,再送入烘箱。
优选的,还包括冷却装置,涂有发泡PVC材料的地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯出烘箱后,再进入冷却装置降温。
优选的,在糊状发泡PVC材料内加入色粉、色精或色浆,使糊状发泡PVC材料着色。
本发明还公开了一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,包括:上辊、下辊、烘箱、滚筒,所述上辊、下辊相向转动,将地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯送入烘箱内,所述烘箱内在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的入口端设有滚筒,所述滚筒表面加工有点状通孔和/或线状通孔,还包括料箱,所述料箱内装有糊状发泡PVC材料,料箱通过物料管连接到滚筒,所述烘箱内还设有加热装置。地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯运动,同时滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料在重力的作用下滴落到地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上,在加热设备的作用下实现发泡。

优选的,烘箱内还设有刮刀和/或刷筒,所述刮刀可控制高度和角度,以地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯行进方向为前方,刷筒位于滚筒前方,刷筒高度可调。刮刀在生产时调整高度和角度为使刀头刚好接触到刷筒的侧下部,将多余的糊状材料刮掉,防止将下方已滴落糊状材料的地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯弄花。刷筒表面为刷毛,工作时,刷筒靠近但不接触滚筒,刷筒下表面接触地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的表面,以便将刚滴落在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上的糊状材料刷平,使其与地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯表面形成面结合,结合更牢,不易脱落。
优选的,所述加热装置为电发热丝、微波发热管、电磁发热管或红外线加热管,布置在烘箱内,需要与滚筒间隔一段距离,防止滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料发泡。
优选的,还包括冷却装置,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯出烘箱后,再进入冷却装置降温。采用冷却装置快速降温,可以使发泡后的PVC固定形状,形成外表面比较坚硬、内部为松软海绵结构的形状,而自然冷却时发泡PVC容易萎缩变形。
优选的,还包括网布卷送设备和网布输送辊,所述网布卷送设备固定在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上方,网布卷送设备转动,将网布垂到地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上位于上辊与滚筒之间的位置,网布在网布输送辊的作用下铺设在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上。
本发明采用直接在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面涂布糊状发泡PVC材料,再加热发泡的方式,在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面形成止滑静音垫,除了起到缓冲、平衡的作用外,其隔音、防滑尤为出色。本发明方法可以实现地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的连续生产,省去裁剪和粘贴的步骤,人力成本降低,而且不需要使用胶粘剂,可以降低成本,不使用有毒有害物质可减轻对环境的污染。如果将地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面完全涂覆上糊状发泡 PVC材料,发泡后体积会胀大,导致平衡层边沿凸出,需要进行进一步的修剪,严重的会导致平衡层鼓包,影响成品率,将糊状发泡PVC材料采用点状和/或线状的方式涂布在地板背面,形成点阵式、网格式或不规则图案,可以进一步降低材料的用量,防止发泡时止滑静音垫产生形变,类似网格式结构的止滑静音垫在地板等铺装时,可以进一步提高止滑静音垫的防滑效果,非胶粘剂安装时,网眼处可以留存空气,使地板等与地面形成弹性接触,一是提高脚踩的舒适感,二是防止地板产生形变;胶粘剂安装时,胶粘剂可以直接作用到地板背面,粘结效果更佳。还可以形成个性化的图案,例如将涂布的点和线条的组合成企业的logo或者用户的名字,使得地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面更为美观。还可以将糊状发泡PVC材料着色,使止滑静音垫更美观。

具体实施方式
实施例1
一种直接自黏于实木地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、实木地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)、采用双辊将背面清洁过的地板送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有点状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,地板运动,同时位于地板上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在地板背面;
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地板背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫,然后出烘箱,自然冷却。形成的止滑静音垫呈点状均布在地板背面,止滑静音垫中PVC材料对地板背面的覆盖率为40%。
实施例2
一种直接自黏于瓷砖背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、瓷砖背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)、采用双辊将背面清洁过的瓷砖送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有点状通孔和线状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,地板运动,同时位于瓷砖上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在瓷砖背面;
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在瓷砖背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,形成直接自黏于瓷砖背面的止滑静音垫,然后出烘箱,自然冷却。形成的止滑静音垫呈点状和线状结合分布在瓷砖背面,止滑静音垫中PVC材料对瓷砖背面的覆盖率为85%。
实施例3
一种直接自黏于瓷砖背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、地毯背面进行除静电除尘处理;
(2)、采用双辊将背面清洁过的地毯送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有线状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,地板运动,同时位于地毯上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在地毯背面;
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地毯背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,形成直接自黏于地毯背面的止滑静音垫,然后出烘箱,自然冷却。形成的止滑静音垫呈线状分布在地毯背面,止滑静音垫中PVC材料对地毯背面的覆盖率为70%。
实施例4
一种直接自黏于多层复合强化地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、多层复合强化地板地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)、采用双辊将背面清洁过的地板送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有点状通孔和 /或线状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,地板运动,同时位于地板上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在地板背面;
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地板背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫,然后出烘箱,进入冷却装置降温后出板。
实施例5
一种直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)在地板背面覆上一层玻纤网布、涤纶网布、锦纶网布、氨纶网布或者棉纱网布,直接盖在上面即可,无需胶水粘贴;
(2)、采用双辊将覆上一层网布的地板送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有点状通孔和/或线状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,地板运动,同时位于地板上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在地板背面;
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地板背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫,然后出烘箱,进入冷却装置降温后出板。
实施例6
一种直接自黏于瓷砖背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
直接在瓷砖背面滚涂一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于瓷砖背面的止滑静音垫。
实施例7
一种直接自黏于塑料地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)在地板背面覆上一层网布;
(3)在网布上喷涂一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫。
实施例8
一种直接自黏于石塑地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
直接在石塑地板背面淋涂一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫。
实施例9
一种直接自黏于石塑地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)在清洁过的石塑地板背面采用转印法印上一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫。采用转印的方式可在止滑静音垫上形成各种图案和花纹。
实施例10
一种直接自黏于地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
直接在地毯背面刷涂一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于地毯背面的止滑静音垫。
实施例11
一种直接自黏于高密度复合地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
直接在高密度复合地板背面滚涂一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫。
实施例12
一种直接自黏于木塑地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、木塑地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)、采用双辊将背面清洁过的地板送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有点状通孔和 /或线状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,其中糊状发泡PVC材料内预先加入色粉调色,地板运动,同时位于地板上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在地板背面;
糊状发泡PVC材料的配比为:
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地板背面的发泡PVC材料在140℃下发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫,然后出烘箱,自然冷却。采用该方式可在止滑静音垫上形成各种图案和花纹。
实施例13
一种直接自黏于石塑地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)在清洁过的石塑地板背面采用丝印法印上一层糊状发泡PVC材料,其中糊状发泡PVC材料内预先加入色浆调色,然后加热到200℃进行发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫。采用丝印的方式可在止滑静音垫上形成各种图案和花纹。

实施例14
一种直接自黏于高密度复合地板背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其步骤包括:
(1)、高密度复合地板背面先进行砂光处理,再除静电除尘;
(2)在清洁过的石塑地板背面采用点胶法涂上一层糊状发泡PVC材料;然后加热发泡,形成直接自黏于地板背面的止滑静音垫。采用点胶的方式可在止滑静音垫上形成各种图案和花纹。
实施例15
如图1所示,一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,包括:上辊1、下辊2、烘箱3、滚筒4,所述上辊1、下辊2相向转动,将地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯100送入烘箱内,所述烘箱3内在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的入口端设有滚筒4,所述滚筒表面加工有点状通孔5,还包括料箱6,所述料箱内装有糊状发泡PVC 材料,料箱通过物料管7连接到滚筒,所述烘箱内还设有加热装置(未示出),加热装置为红外线加热管,均匀布置在烘箱内远离滚筒的一侧,防止将滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料以及还处于滴落状态的糊状发泡PVC材料发泡。地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯运动,同时滚筒顺着地板行进方向转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料在重力的作用下滴落到地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上,在加热设备的作用下实现发泡。烘箱内还设有刮刀8,所述刮刀8可控制高度和角度。刮刀8在生产时调整高度和角度为使刀头刚好接触到刷筒的侧下部,将多余的糊状材料刮掉,防止将下方已滴落糊状材料的地板弄花。
实施例16
如图2所示,一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,包括:上辊1、下辊2、烘箱3、滚筒4,所述上辊1、下辊2相向转动,将地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯100送入烘箱内,所述烘箱3内在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的入口端设有滚筒4,所述滚筒表面加工有点状通孔5,还包括料箱6,所述料箱内装有糊状发泡PVC 材料,料箱通过物料管7连接到滚筒,所述烘箱内还设有加热装置(未示出),加热装置为电发热丝、微波发热管或电磁发热管,均匀布置在烘箱内远离滚筒的一侧。地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯运动,同时滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料在重力的作用下滴落到地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上,在加热设备的作用下实现发泡。烘箱内还设有刮刀8和刷筒9,所述刮刀可控制高度和角度。刮刀在生产时调整高度和角度为使刀头刚好接触到刷筒的侧下部,将多余的糊状材料刮掉,防止将下方已滴落糊状材料的地板弄花。以地板行进方向为前方,刷筒位于滚筒前方,刷筒高度可调,刷筒表面为刷毛,工作时,滚筒顺着地板行进方向转动,刷筒转动方法与滚筒相同,刷筒靠近但不接触滚筒,刷筒下表面接触地板背面的表面,以便将刚滴露在地板上的糊状材料刷平,使其与地板表面形成面结合,结合更牢,不易脱落。还包括砂光机10和除静电除尘设备11,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯经砂光机10 和除静电除尘设备11处理后再由上辊、下辊送入烘箱。还包括冷却装置12,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯出烘箱后,再进入冷却装置12降温。为便于展示本装置的结构,烘箱3内的滚筒4、物料管7、刮刀8和刷筒9均在图中示出。
实施例17
如图3所示,本实施例与实施例16的结构基本一致,区别在于还包括网布卷送设备13和网布输送辊14,所述网布卷送设备13固定在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上方,网布卷送设备转动,将网布200垂到地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上位于上辊与滚筒之间的位置,网布在网布输送辊的作用下铺设在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上,然后再进入滚筒下方区域。网布卷送设备的转动速度应当与上辊、下辊的输送速度匹配,使得网布铺设在地板等的速度刚好等于地板的移动速度。
实施例18
如图4所示,本实施例与实施例15的结构基本一致,区别在于滚筒表面的通孔5为连续的线状。

Claims (20)
1.一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:所述止滑静音垫为糊状发泡PVC材料直接涂布在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯主体的背面,再加热发泡而成。
2.根据权利要求2所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面涂布糊状发泡PVC材料的方式包括淋涂、滚涂、刷涂、喷涂、转印、丝印、点胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:所述地板为实木地板、多层复合地板、强化地板、塑料地板、石塑地板、木塑地板、高密度复合地板、抗静电地板、软木地板或波镁板地板,所述石材为大理石或花岗岩。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:所述涂布在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯主体背面的糊状发泡PVC材料为点状、线条状或点状与线条状结合,覆盖率为40-85%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:还包括网布,所述网布覆在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯主体的背面,糊状发泡PVC材料直接涂布在网布上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫,其特征在于:所述网布为玻纤网布、涤纶网布、锦纶网布、氨纶网布、棉纱网布。
7.一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面直接涂布糊状发泡PVC材料,然后加热发泡,在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面形成发泡PVC止滑静音垫。
8.根据权利要求7所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面涂布的糊状发泡PVC材料为点状、线条状或点状与线条状结合,覆盖率为40-85%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:先在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面覆上网布,再直接在网布上涂布糊状发泡PVC材料。
10.根据权利要求8所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其具体步骤为:
(1)、地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面清洁;
(2)、将背面清洁过的地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯送入烘箱中,烘箱入口端设有加工有点状通孔和/或线状通孔的滚筒,滚筒内加入糊状发泡PVC材料,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯运动,同时位于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯上方的滚筒转动,滚筒内的糊状发泡PVC材料通过通孔滴落在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面;
(3)烘箱内的加热设备将烘箱升温,涂在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的发泡PVC材料在温度作用下发泡,然后出烘箱。
11.根据权利要求10所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述地板背面清洁方式为先砂光,再除静电,除尘;瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的清洁方式为先用毛刷刷,再除静电,除尘。
12.根据权利要求11所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面清洁后先覆上网布,再送入烘箱。
13.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括冷却装置,涂有发泡PVC材料的地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯出烘箱后,再进入冷却装置降温。
14.根据权利要求10-12中任一项所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的制备方法,其特征在于:在糊状发泡PVC材料内加入色粉、色精或色浆,使糊状发泡PVC材料着色。
15.一种直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,包括:上辊、下辊、烘箱、滚筒,所述上辊、下辊相向转动,将地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯送入烘箱内,所述烘箱内在地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯的入口端设有滚筒,所述滚筒表面加工有点状通孔和/或线状通孔,还包括料箱,所述料箱内装有糊状发泡PVC材料,料箱通过物料管连接到滚筒,所述烘箱内还设有加热装置。
16.根据权利要求15所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,其特征在于:还包括砂光机和除静电除尘设备,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯经砂光机和除静电除尘设备处理后再由上辊、下辊送入烘箱。
17.根据权利要求15或16所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,其特征在于:烘箱内还设有刮刀和/或刷筒,所述刮刀可控制高度和角度,以地板行进方向为前方,刷筒位于滚筒前方,刷筒高度可调。
18.根据权利要求17所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,其特征在于:所述加热装置为电发热丝、微波发热管、电磁发热管或红外线加热管,布置在烘箱内。
19.根据权利要求18所述的直接自黏于地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯背面的止滑静音垫的涂布发泡设备,其特征在于:还包括冷却装置,地板、瓷砖、石材或地毯出烘箱后,再进入冷却装置降温。
