Description

Velvet matte lip glaze and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a velvet matt lip glaze and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lip glaze belongs to one of lip color makeup single products, and the lip glaze can achieve the effect that the lipstick and the lip color cannot be displayed. Before the lip glaze appears, a color dresser can add transparent lip gloss on the surface of the bright red lipstick to produce bright and rich lip makeup effect. The lip glaze integrates the saturated color of the lipstick and the rich and bright texture of the lip color, and can be easily realized only by slightly smearing the lip glaze.
Lip glaze on the market today generally has the following problems: the paste contains more volatile silicone oil, and the quality of the product is affected by the easy drying and shrinkage of the paste; the paste contains more high-refractive-index grease and less soft-focus effect powder, the surface of the paste is bright, the effect of velvet matte is avoided, and the makeup feeling is not natural enough; the emulsion system is easy to have quality problems of layering, oil production and the like, and the product is unstable; the common suspending agent is used, the process requirement is high, and the difference of products produced in each batch is large; the product contains more sticky grease and volatile silicone oil, the pigment is easy to migrate, the product is easy to pull dry after being put on the lips, and the use feeling is poor; the addition of preservatives and essences has certain irritation and potential risks to the skin.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the problems and provide a velvet matt lip glaze and a preparation method thereof, wherein a silicon elastomer prepared by nonvolatile silicone oil is added to thicken and simultaneously have a soft-focus effect, and soft, smooth and elastic powder is compounded to enable a product to have luxurious, soft and noble texture like velvet. The low-tone matte paste is soft and natural to make up, soft and close to the skin, and is not easy to pull dry.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is that the velvet matt lip glaze comprises the following components in parts by weight: 27-40.5 parts of thickening agent, 0.1-1 part of humectant, 8.7-13.4 parts of colorant, 21-50 parts of emollient, 0.1-0.3 part of antioxidant and 8-25 parts of skin feel regulator; the skin-feel regulator comprises a compound consisting of HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer/silica, 97.1% of mica/2.9% of hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane, and chinlon-12, wherein the weight parts of the components of the skin-feel regulator in the velvet matte lip glaze are 4-10 parts of HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer/silica, 2-8 parts of 97.1% of mica/2.9% of hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane, and 122-10 parts of chinlon-122.
The HDI/trimethylol hexyl lactone cross-linked polymer/silica of the present invention has 14-20 micron spherical microspheres with elastic and soft double skin feel, giving the product a luxurious and soft feeling like velvet. 97.1% mica/2.9% hydrogenated dimethicone was surface treated mica with hydrogenated dimethicone, which increased the softness of hydrogenated dimethicone over the silky smoothness of mica, making the product more smooth and more skin-adherent on the skin. The chinlon-12 is soft and skin-attached spherical microspheres with the particle size of 7 microns, and increases the smooth feeling of smearing, thereby bringing the silky and soft feeling to the skin. The inventor of the application finds that the compounding of the ingredients has synergistic effect, the thickening effect is realized, the product has luxurious and soft and noble texture like velvet, the low-tone matte paste is soft and natural to make up, and the soft paste is soft and close to the skin and is not easy to pull dry.
The 7-micron-particle-size chinlon-12 can be well embedded in gaps between HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone cross-linked polymers/silica with larger particle sizes, so that the light scattering effect is improved, and the soft-focus capability is improved. But also can reduce skin feel faults caused by overlarge particle size and increase smooth curve skin feel. The flake mica subjected to surface treatment by the hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane can also scatter light and has soft and smooth feeling like silicone oil, and the three materials cooperate to bring a good soft-focus effect and smooth skin feeling experience to the product.
The HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone crosslinked polymer/silica of the invention is a compound consisting of HDI/trihydroxymethyl hexyl lactone crosslinked polymer and silica, and 97.1% of mica/2.9% of hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane is a compound consisting of 97.1% of mica and 2.9% of hydrogenated polydimethylsiloxane.

The di-diglycerol polyacyladipate-2 has good thermal stability, can show a continuous softening effect on the skin, has good adhesion with the skin, and is comfortable to the skin; diisostearyl malate is an excellent pigment dispersant and binder, and is an emollient and skin conditioner. Has high polarity, and is used as substitute oil for castor oil. Hydrogenated polyisobutene is a colorless, transparent, viscous, highly viscous aliphatic hydrocarbon with a slight odor, an emollient and a humectant, and prevents water loss. Thick texture, good stability, excellent waterproof property, and improved moistening degree. The isostearyl alcohol isostearate is synthetic jojoba oil, is a breathable emollient, is moist and non-sticky, has excellent waterproofness and soft skin feel. The phenyl trimethicone has light and soft skin feel, is smooth but not greasy, and effectively improves the viscosity of the product. The five components are compounded, so that the moisturizing and skin softening cream has the effects of moisturizing and softening skin.
