图5A示出了臂组装件104(1)的侧视图。图5B示出了臂120(1)、下链杆302和上链杆304,以及外链杆416(1)和内链杆416(2)的视图。臂120(1)可包括上毂406,下毂408和中心区域410。下链杆的腿422可在下毂408的各辐条502之间突出以到达基座模块110(1)。此外,腿422可限定毂的旋转范围504(例如,腿用作毂的止动件并且因此限定例如在关于图3的臂120(1)和基座组装件102之间的上述0度到60度的α角旋转范围)。当然,其他实现可具有与所示配置不同的旋转范围。各腿422(例如腿422(1)和422(3))之间的间隙也可以限定下部通道306。
类似地,上链杆的腿428可以突出穿过上毂406(例如,在各辐条508之间)以到达显示器挂载件109。此外,腿428可限定上毂406的旋转范围510(例如,腿用作毂的止动件)并且因此限定例如上面相对于图2描述的20度到90度的显示器角度(例如,β角)旋转范围。(当然,其他实现可具有与所示配置不同的旋转范围。)
图6A和6B共同示出了分别在臂组装件104到显示组装件106接口处和臂组装件到基座组装件102接口处的导体118的视图。臂120(1)虚幻示出,以允许下面的各部件更容易可视化。
如图6A所示,在该实现中,从显示器挂载件109开始,通道444和上部通道308可以允许导体118平行于显示器轴400从显示器挂载件109行进并通过毂406进入上链杆304。在上链杆304处,导体可以转变大约90度并且平行于臂120(1)中的外链杆416(1)和内链杆416(2)行进。可以采用加强弯头602(1)以便于将导体118从平行于显示器轴400转变到平行于臂120(1)。当臂与显示器轴400一起旋转时,加强弯头可以进一步保护导体118免受磨损。
如图6B所示,在该实现中,从基座组装件的基座模块110(1)开始,导体118可以沿着基座模块的通道442平行于基轴412并且通过臂的下毂408被引导到下链杆302中。在下链杆302处,导体118可以被引导通过下部通道306并且导体可以被转变大约90度并且平行于臂120(1)中的外链杆416(1)和内链杆416(2)行进。可以采用加强弯头602(2)以便于将导体118从平行于基轴412转变到平行于臂120(1)。当臂与基轴412一起旋转时,加强弯头602(2)可以进一步保护导体118免受磨损。
总而言之,在该实现中,基座模块110(1)中的通道442可以与下链杆302中的下部通道306对齐,以允许导体118行进到平行于下旋转轴(124(2),图1D)并且在这里用基轴412表示的臂120(1)中。通道306可以允许导体118行进通过下毂408而不是围绕毂。下链杆可以进一步便于使导体118转变以沿臂120(1)向上行进。导体118可随后进入上链杆304的上部通道308,其中导体可被转变到以平行于显示器轴400行进(例如,平行于上旋转轴(124(1),图1))穿过上部通道308,穿过毂406,并通过通道444进入显示器挂载件109。这种配置可以允许导体平行于显示器轴穿过毂406,而不是围绕毂或通过毂径向被布线到显示器轴。因此,导体可被固定到基座模块110(1)和显示器挂载件109而不是固定到臂,并相对于基座模块和显示器挂载件移动。将导体相对于基座模块和显示器挂载件固定并使导体穿过平行于轴的臂的毂可以大大减小导体所经历的运动范围。结合本发明概念的所得设备相比先前的解决方案而言可更美观,因为从基座组装件102到显示组装件106导体基本被覆盖。此外,采用本发明概念的设备可以更可靠,因为导体暴露于较少的运动并且结果在设备的寿命期间不太可能发生故障。
以上标识的各部件可以由各种结构材料制成,例如金属,聚合物和/或复合材料。可以利用各种不同技术形成各部件,例如3D打印,机械加工,金属注射成型等。导体可被配置为细长的导电材料并且倾向于用电绝缘材料覆盖。

另一示例可包括以上和/或以下示例的任何一个,其中所述旋转包括从零度到六十度的旋转范围,并且其中所述臂组装件旋转所述上链杆,使得在零度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第一导体比所述第二导体经历更长的路径,在三十度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第一和第二导体经历相等的路径,而在六十度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第二导体比所述第一导体经历更长的路径。

Claims (15)

1.一种设备,包括:

臂组装件,所述臂组装件从所述下旋转轴处的所述基座组装件延伸到所述上旋转轴处的所述显示组装件,所述臂组装件包括中空臂,所述中空臂从所述下旋转轴上的下毂延伸到所述上旋转轴上的上毂;
下链杆,所述下链杆通过所述下毂紧固到所述基座组装件并限定下部通道;
上链杆,所述上链杆通过所述上毂紧固到所述显示组装件并限定上部通道;以及
导体,所述导体从所述处理器沿着所述下旋转轴延伸穿过所述下部通道,沿臂向上,并且沿着所述上旋转轴穿过所述上部通道到达所述显示器。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述导体包括加强弯头,所述加强弯头位于所述下部通道中并被配置以使所述导体从平行于下轴弯曲到垂直于所述下轴。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述导体包括上部加强弯头,所述上部加强弯头位于所述上部通道中并被配置以使所述导体从垂直于上轴弯曲到平行于所述上旋转轴。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述导体包括第一和第二导体。
5.如权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于,所述上链杆被固定到所述显示组装件的显示器挂载件,并且其中所述臂组装件被配置成将所述臂组装件相对于所述基座组装件的旋转转化到所述显示器挂载件的位置。
6.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述旋转包括从零度到六十度的旋转范围,并且其中所述臂组装件旋转所述上链杆,使得在零度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第一导体比所述第二导体经历更长的路径,在三十度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第一和第二导体经历相等的路径,而在六十度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第二导体比所述第一导体经历更长的路径。
7.如权利要求5所述的设备,其特征在于,所述旋转包括从零度到九十度的旋转范围,并且其中所述臂组装件旋转所述上链杆,使得在零度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第一导体比所述第二导体经历更长的路径,在四十五度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第一和第二导体经历相等的路径,而在九十度处,在所述臂组装件中所述第二导体比所述第一导体经历更长的路径。

13.一种设备,包括:
包括基轴的基座组装件和包括显示器轴的显示组装件;
臂,所述臂被固定到所述基轴和所述显示器轴,以将所述臂围绕所述基轴的一系列旋转转化为围绕所述显示器轴的旋转;以及,
导体,所述导体从所述基座组装件延伸进入所述臂并从所述臂平行于所述显示器轴延伸进入所述显示组装件。
14.如权利要求13所述的设备,其特征在于,进一步包括位于所述臂中并通过所述臂被紧固到所述基座组装件的下部结构,以及位于所述臂中并通过所述臂被紧固到所述上部组装件的上部结构。
