The method, the process and the technical progress of the scheme are organized as follows:
a preparation stage: starting the resistance heating wire 52 to heat the air in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51, and maintaining the constant temperature in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 by matching with a temperature sensor in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51; meanwhile, by matching with an air pressure sensor in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51, if the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 is in a state lower than the external air pressure, the blower 57 is quickly started, air is supplied to the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51, the normal air pressure in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 is maintained, the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 descends after the air is supplied, the temperature is further heated to a preset temperature again through the resistance heating wire 52, and the relative constant-temperature and constant-pressure state in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 is continuously maintained in the subsequent process according to the method; simultaneously starting the disturbance blade motor 55, so that each long rectangular disturbance blade 61 is in a rotating state in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51; the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 forms a continuous disturbed rotational flow, so that the temperature of the air in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 is in a continuous uniform state, and the air pumped into the air pressure storage cavity 4 by the booster blower 25 is ensured to be the air with uniform temperature all the time; continuously introducing a beverage preparation solution to be fermented and corresponding aerobic fermentation probiotics into the fermentation stirring cavity 19 through the feed pipe 26, starting a first shut-off valve 27 when the liquid level in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 exceeds three quarters of the container, and stopping feeding into the fermentation stirring cavity 19; at this time, because the booster blower 25 is in an inactive state, under the action of the liquid pressure in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, the fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 is guided into the air bag squeezing cavity 2 through the liquid guide channels 12 in the stirring columns 13, and the elastic pressure storage air bags 3 are squeezed inwards, so that the elastic pressure storage air bags 3 are gradually contracted, the air in the air storage cavities 4 of the gradually contracted elastic pressure storage air bags 3 is squeezed into the air outlet cone cavity 6 through the communicating pipes 8, and is discharged into the fermentation stirring cavity 19 in a bubble form through the bubble guide holes 7, and as the elastic pressure storage air bags 3 are gradually contracted and reduced, the floating stirring body 18 is gradually reduced to be lower than the self weight, so that the floating stirring body 18 sinks to the cavity bottom of the fermentation stirring cavity 19;
a circulation stage: starting the booster blower 25, the booster blower 25 rapidly presses the constant-temperature air in the constant-temperature air storage cavity 51 into the air pressure storage cavity 4 in the elastic pressure storage air bag 3, so that the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 rapidly expands, the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 rapidly extrudes the air bag extrusion cavity 2 outwards, and then the fermentation liquid in the air bag extrusion cavity 2 is extruded by the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 and then is led out to the fermentation stirring cavity 19 through the liquid guide channels 12 in the stirring columns 13; when the elastic pressure-accumulating air bag 3 is expanded to fill the inner cavity of the middle air bag shell 14, the pressurizing blower 25 is suspended; at the moment, the buoyancy borne by the sinking-floating stirring body 18 is quickly lifted to be larger than the self gravity due to the expansion of the elastic pressure storage air bag 3; then the sinking-floating stirring body 18 begins to gradually do upward floating motion;
meanwhile, the gas pressure of the air pressure storage cavity 4 in the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 in the expanded state is greater than the pressure in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, so that the pressure storage air in the air pressure storage cavity 4 is continuously extruded into the air outlet conical cavity 6 through the communicating pipe 8, and the air in the air outlet conical cavity 6 is continuously and uniformly diffused into the fermentation stirring cavity 19 in the form of bubbles through each bubble leading-out hole 7, so that the oxygen in the bubbles is continuously and uniformly dissolved in the fermentation liquid to promote fermentation, and the pressure storage air in the air pressure storage cavity 4 is gradually discharged, so that the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 starts to gradually shrink and become smaller in the floating process of the sinking and floating stirring body 18; the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 is gradually contracted and reduced, so that the buoyancy borne by the sinking and floating stirring body 18 is gradually reduced, fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 is reintroduced into the air bag extrusion cavity 2 through the liquid guide channels 12 in the stirring columns 13 in the floating process of the sinking and floating stirring body 18, and the sinking and floating stirring body 18 starts to be changed from a floating state to a slow sinking state and gradually sinks to the cavity bottom of the fermentation stirring cavity 19 again as the buoyancy borne by the sinking and floating stirring body 18 is gradually reduced to be lower than the self weight; when the sinking and floating stirring body 18 sinks to the bottom of the fermentation stirring cavity 19, the booster blower 25 is restarted, the booster blower 25 rapidly presses air into the air pressure storage cavity 4 in the elastic pressure storage air bag 3, so that the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 rapidly expands, the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 rapidly extrudes the air bag extrusion cavity 2 outwards, and then fermentation liquor in the air bag extrusion cavity 2 is extruded by the elastic pressure storage air bag 3 and is guided out to the fermentation stirring cavity 19 again through the liquid guide channels 12 in the stirring columns 13; the floating stirring body 18 finishes a cycle of floating and sinking; in the process, the gas overflow relief valve 31 continuously discharges redundant gas in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, so that the air pressure in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 is immediately released, and the periodical stirring motion of floating and sinking of the sinking and floating stirring body 18 is maintained; according to the rule, the sinking and floating stirring body 18 carries out periodic repeated floating and sinking stirring and aeration motions in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, so that liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 is in continuous up-and-down movement, the sedimentation is effectively prevented, the up-and-down repeated motion of the sinking and floating stirring body 18 is more uniform in aeration in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, and because the gas exposed into the fermentation stirring cavity 19 is constant-temperature gas heated from the constant-temperature gas storage cavity 51, the heat in the bubbles can be transferred to the fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, the bubbles also have the constant-temperature function of maintaining the fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19, the fermentation temperature of the fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 can be finely adjusted by adjusting the gas temperature in the constant-temperature gas storage cavity 51, and further the oxygen dissolved in the fermentation liquid is more uniform; during the floating and sinking process of the sinking and floating stirring body 18, the fermentation liquid in the air bag extrusion cavity 2 is repeatedly pressed and extruded through the liquid guide channels 12 in the stirring columns 13, thereby further promoting the homogenization of the fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring cavity 19 and ensuring the fermentation process to be more uniform;
a discharging stage: when the material needs to be discharged, the pressurizing blower 25 is started, the running state of the pressurizing blower 25 is maintained, the elastic pressure-accumulating air bag 3 is further in a continuous expansion state, the elastic pressure-accumulating air bag 3 is further expanded to be continuously filled in the inner cavity of the middle air bag shell 14, and the fermentation liquid in the air bag extrusion cavity 2 is discharged into the fermentation stirring cavity 19; then, the second shut-off valve 30 is opened, and the fermentation liquid in the fermentation stirring chamber 19 after completion of fermentation is discharged from the discharge pipe 29.

a circulation stage: starting a booster blower (25), rapidly pressing constant-temperature air in a constant-temperature air storage cavity (51) into an air pressure storage cavity (4) in an elastic pressure storage air bag (3) by the booster blower (25), rapidly expanding the elastic pressure storage air bag (3), rapidly extruding an air bag extrusion cavity (2) outwards by the elastic pressure storage air bag (3), and then leading fermentation liquor in the air bag extrusion cavity (2) out into a fermentation stirring cavity (19) through a liquid guide channel (12) in each stirring column (13) after being extruded by the elastic pressure storage air bag (3); when the elastic pressure-accumulating air bag (3) is expanded to be full of the inner cavity of the middle air bag shell (14), the pressurizing blower (25) is suspended; at the moment, the buoyancy borne by the sinking and floating stirring body (18) is quickly lifted to be larger than the self gravity due to the expansion of the elastic pressure storage air bag (3); then the sinking and floating stirring body (18) begins to gradually do upward floating motion;
