本发明涉及染色助剂技术领域,尤其是一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,在对兔毛散毛纤维染色过程中,与染料同时加入柔顺剂,且柔顺剂的用量与兔毛散毛纤维的质量比为:2‑5:1000,染色温度控制在70‑80℃之间,保温时间在40‑60min之间;其中柔顺剂包括如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子季铵盐、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、茶皂素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉、油酸钾、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷、硫酸甲醋盐、卤化钙、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、乙二醇、去离子水;本发明所得到的一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,其能有效提升对兔毛散毛纤维染色后的柔顺性能,确保兔毛纤维的品质和性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及染色技术领域,尤其是一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,在对于兔毛的散毛纤维染色过程中,难以实现纤维的柔顺。采用现有市面上的普通柔顺剂,其没办法针对兔毛的特殊性能而使其实现极为柔顺的品质。尤其是采用草绿色染料染色后,严重影响兔毛散毛纤维的柔顺性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效提升兔毛散毛纤维染色后的柔顺性能的兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,在对兔毛散毛纤维染色过程中,与染料同时加入柔顺剂,且柔顺剂的用量与兔毛散毛纤维的质量比为:2-5:1000,染色温度控制在70-80℃之间,保温时间在40-60min之间;其中柔顺剂包括如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子季铵盐、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、茶皂素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉、油酸钾、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷、硫酸甲醋盐、卤化钙、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、乙二醇、去离子水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、阳离子季铵盐12-18份、柠檬酸3-5份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、茶皂素6-10份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-8份、咪唑啉15-20份、油酸钾2-5份、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷15-18份、硫酸甲醋盐3-5份、卤化钙2-4份、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵1-3份、乙二醇8-10份、去离子水150-180份。
上述各组分的质量份数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13份、阳离子季铵盐16份、柠檬酸4份、羟乙基纤维素10份、茶皂素8份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6份、咪唑啉18份、油酸钾3份、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷17份、硫酸甲醋盐4份、卤化钙3份、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵2份、乙二醇9份、去离子水160份。
本发明所得到的一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,其能有效提升对兔毛散毛纤维染色后的柔顺性能,确保兔毛纤维的品质和性能。

下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
本实施例描述的一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,在对兔毛散毛纤维染色过程中,与染料同时加入柔顺剂,且柔顺剂的用量与兔毛散毛纤维的质量比为:2:1000,染色温度控制在80℃之间,保温时间在60min之间;其中柔顺剂包括如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子季铵盐、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、茶皂素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉、油酸钾、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷、硫酸甲醋盐、卤化钙、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、乙二醇、去离子水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10份、阳离子季铵盐12份、柠檬酸3份、羟乙基纤维素8份、茶皂素6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、咪唑啉15份、油酸钾2份、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、硫酸甲醋盐3份、卤化钙2份、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵1份、乙二醇8份、去离子水150份。

本实施例描述的一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,在对兔毛散毛纤维染色过程中,与染料同时加入柔顺剂,且柔顺剂的用量与兔毛散毛纤维的质量比为: 5:1000,染色温度控制在70℃之间,保温时间在40min之间;其中柔顺剂包括如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子季铵盐、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、茶皂素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉、油酸钾、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷、硫酸甲醋盐、卤化钙、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、乙二醇、去离子水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、阳离子季铵盐18份、柠檬酸5份、羟乙基纤维素12份、茶皂素10份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8份、咪唑啉20份、油酸钾5份、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷18份、硫酸甲醋盐5份、卤化钙4份、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵3份、乙二醇10份、去离子水180份。
实施例3:
本实施例描述的一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,在对兔毛散毛纤维染色过程中,与染料同时加入柔顺剂,且柔顺剂的用量与兔毛散毛纤维的质量比为:3:1000,染色温度控制在75℃之间,保温时间在45min之间;其中柔顺剂包括如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子季铵盐、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、茶皂素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉、油酸钾、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷、硫酸甲醋盐、卤化钙、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、乙二醇、去离子水;其中各组分的质量份数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚13份、阳离子季铵盐16份、柠檬酸4份、羟乙基纤维素10份、茶皂素8份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱6份、咪唑啉18份、油酸钾3份、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷17份、硫酸甲醋盐4份、卤化钙3份、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵2份、乙二醇9份、去离子水160份。

Claims (2)

1.一种兔毛散毛纤维草绿色染色方法,其特征是:在对兔毛散毛纤维染色过程中,与染料同时加入柔顺剂,且柔顺剂的用量与兔毛散毛纤维的质量比为:2-5:1000,染色温度控制在70-80℃之间,保温时间在40-60min之间;其中柔顺剂包括如下组分,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、阳离子季铵盐、柠檬酸、羟乙基纤维素、茶皂素、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、咪唑啉、油酸钾、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷、硫酸甲醋盐、卤化钙、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵、乙二醇、去离子水;其中各组分的质量分数为:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-15份、阳离子季铵盐12-18份、柠檬酸3-5份、羟乙基纤维素8-12份、茶皂素6-10份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2-8份、咪唑啉15-20份、油酸钾2-5份、双聚乙烯聚二甲基硅氧烷15-18份、硫酸甲醋盐3-5份、卤化钙2-4份、双牛酯基乙酯基羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵1-3份、乙二醇8-10份、去离子水150-180份。
