Abstract
The invention relates to a cuttable reinforced tracheal cannula and an integrated fixing device, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. The cuttable reinforced trachea cannula and the integrated fixing device comprise a trachea cannula, a fixing tube, an extension tube and a trachea cannula joint; one end of the tracheal cannula is a cuttable part, and the other end of the tracheal cannula is a part with a reinforced tube wall; the cuttable end of the tracheal cannula penetrates through the fixed tube and the telescopic tube to be fixedly connected with the tracheal cannula joint; the fixed pipe is movably connected with one end of the telescopic pipe; the other end of the extension tube is fixedly connected with the trachea cannula joint. The trachea cannula not only keeps the advantages of the unreinforced trachea cannula that the length can be cut and adjusted, but also avoids the defect that the trachea cannula is easy to damage the pharynx and the airway of a patient, and simultaneously overcomes the defect that the reinforced trachea cannula can not cut and adjust the length.

Technical Field

Background
Tracheal intubation is an important measure for establishing an effective respiratory channel for patients with anesthesia operation, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and respiratory dysfunction. There are two types of prior art endotracheal tubes: common trachea cannula and reinforced trachea cannula. The common trachea cannula is made of hard materials to ensure the strength without bending, can be cut to adjust the length, but easily causes the injury of the throat and the airway of a patient due to the over hard materials; the reinforced tracheal cannula is made of soft materials, has small damage to the pharynx and the airway of a patient, but can not be cut to adjust the length because the wall of the tracheal cannula needs to be embedded with a metal wire reinforcing rib to ensure the strength and not to be bent. In addition, the two kinds of trachea cannula are used by additionally arranging a fixing device to ensure the position of the trachea cannula to be fixed.

According to the invention, a metal reinforcing rib is embedded in the pipe wall of the pipe wall reinforcing part preferably.
The invention preferably has internal threads on the inner wall of the fixed tube; the outer wall of one end of the extension tube is provided with an external thread; the fixed pipe is movably connected with the telescopic pipe through threads.

one end of the tracheal cannula 1 is a cuttable part which can be cut to adjust the length of the tracheal cannula 1 when in use;
the other end of the tracheal cannula 1 is a part with a reinforced tube wall so as to reinforce the strength of the tube wall and keep the shape;
a metal reinforcing rib 101 is embedded in the pipe wall of the pipe wall reinforcing part;
the inner wall of the fixed pipe 2 is provided with internal threads;
the telescopic pipe 3 can be lengthened or shortened to avoid bending of the cuttable part, and an external thread is arranged on the outer wall of one end of the telescopic pipe 3;
