Abstract
本发明公开了一种装配式新型集成墙板及其生产方法,包括包括内芯、隔音层、保护层和保温层;内芯外套设有隔音层,隔音层外固定包裹有保护层,保护层外固定包裹有保温层;内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂、发泡剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、废弃矿渣、废弃陶瓷颗粒;保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维、废弃农作物秸秆、混凝土、碳酸钙、抗菌剂、阻燃剂、PE蜡,生产方法包括内芯的制备;隔音层的固定;保护层的制备;保温层的固定。本发明采用的原料来源丰富,成本低廉,制作方法简单可控、具有较强的可推广性,适合工业化生产。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种装配式新型集成墙板及其生产方法。
背景技术
在房屋架设过程中,传统现场浇筑混凝土的施工方式,人力需求大、建筑建设成本高、建设周期长。近几年,应国家政策要求和建筑绿色发展需求,逐渐形成了装配式住房的建筑模式,即在工厂车间预制装配式住房所需的集成墙板,运输至施工现场进行吊装安装。
一般集成墙板材料,墙板呼吸孔大而不实,隔音隔热效果不明显。现有的预制墙板在施工过程中,左右或者上下墙板之间连接时,借助预埋钢筋连接固定,然后现场浇筑混凝土,连接处脆弱,施工完成后墙壁易在连接处出现裂缝,安全系数低、影响美观。
发明内容
本发明旨在提出的一种装配式新型集成墙板及其生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种装配式新型集成墙板,包括内芯、隔音层、保护层和保温层;所述内芯外套设有隔音层,所述隔音层外固定包裹有保护层,所述保护层外固定包裹有保温层;所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂50-80份、发泡剂0.3-0.8份、稳定剂1-3份、润滑剂3-4份、废弃矿渣15-25份、废弃陶瓷颗粒12-15份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维30-50份、废弃农作物秸秆25-35份、混凝土20-35份、碳酸钙15-25份、抗菌剂3-4份、阻燃剂3-5份、PE蜡3-4份。
优选的,所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂80份、发泡剂0.8份、稳定剂3份、润滑剂4份、废弃矿渣25份、废弃陶瓷颗粒15份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维50份、废弃农作物秸秆35份、混凝土35份、碳酸钙25份、抗菌剂4份、阻燃剂5份、PE蜡4份。
优选的,所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂50份、发泡剂0.3份、稳定剂1份、润滑剂3份、废弃矿渣15份、废弃陶瓷颗粒12份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维30份、废弃农作物秸秆25份、混凝土20份、碳酸钙15份、抗菌剂3份、阻燃剂3份、PE蜡3份。
优选的,所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂70份、发泡剂0.6份、稳定剂2份、润滑剂3.5份、废弃矿渣20份、废弃陶瓷颗粒13份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维40份、废弃农作物秸秆30份、混凝土25份、碳酸钙20份、抗菌剂3.5份、阻燃剂4份、PE蜡3.5份。
优选的,所述隔音层为真空箱。
优选的,所述保温层为珍珠岩保温层,且所述珍珠岩保温层的厚度为3-5cm。
优选的,所述树脂为酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂和ABS树脂以任意质量比的混合物。
优选的,所述废弃农作物秸秆包括小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆、芝麻秸秆和大豆秸秆中的一种或多种。
本发明还提供一种装配式新型集成墙板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)内芯的制备:取配方量的树脂、发泡剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、废弃矿渣和废弃陶瓷颗粒,输送到多向运动混合机中混合处理5min,再将混合均匀的物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,冷却后得到内芯;
2)隔音层的固定:取真空箱固定套设在内芯的外表面,所述真空箱的截面为回形;
3)保护层的制备:称取配方量的竹纤维、废弃农作物秸秆、混凝土、碳酸钙、抗菌剂、阻燃剂和PE蜡放入容器内然后超声波处理5min,使物料混合均匀,再将物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,均匀包裹在隔音层的外部,冷却定型得到集成墙板预成品;
4)保温层的固定:在集成墙板预成品的外部固定包裹一层厚度为3-5cm的保温层。
本发明提出的一种装配式新型集成墙板及其生产方法,有益效果在于:
1.本发明通过设计内芯和保护层之间设置的隔音层即真空箱,能够很好地起到隔音效果,并且不会影响墙板的质量。
2.本发明的内芯采用废弃矿渣、废弃陶瓷颗粒和树脂作为主要原料能够充分利用废弃资源,并且能够增强集成墙板内芯的强度韧性和透气性。
3.本发明采用的原料来源丰富,成本低廉,制作方法简单可控、具有较强的可推广性,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
一种装配式新型集成墙板,包括内芯、隔音层、保护层和保温层;内芯外套设有隔音层,隔音层为真空箱,隔音层外固定包裹有保护层,保护层外固定包裹有保温层。
内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂80份、发泡剂0.8份、稳定剂3份、润滑剂4份、废弃矿渣25份、废弃陶瓷颗粒15份;保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维50份、废弃农作物秸秆35份、混凝土35份、碳酸钙25份、抗菌剂4份、阻燃剂5份、PE蜡4份。
其中,保温层为珍珠岩保温层,且珍珠岩保温层的厚度为3cm。
其中,树脂为酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂和ABS树脂以质量比为1:1:1:1的混合物。
其中,废弃农作物秸秆为小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆、芝麻秸秆和大豆秸秆的混合物。
一种装配式新型集成墙板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)内芯的制备:取配方量的树脂、发泡剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、废弃矿渣和废弃陶瓷颗粒,输送到多向运动混合机中混合处理5min,再将混合均匀的物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,冷却后得到内芯;
2)隔音层的固定:取真空箱固定套设在内芯的外表面,真空箱的截面为回形;
3)保护层的制备:称取配方量的竹纤维、废弃农作物秸秆、混凝土、碳酸钙、抗菌剂、阻燃剂和PE蜡放入容器内然后超声波处理5min,使物料混合均匀,再将物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,均匀包裹在隔音层的外部,冷却定型得到集成墙板预成品;
4)保温层的固定:在集成墙板预成品的外部固定包裹一层厚度为3-5cm的保温层。
实施例2
一种装配式新型集成墙板,包括内芯、隔音层、保护层和保温层;内芯外套设有隔音层,隔音层为真空箱,隔音层外固定包裹有保护层,保护层外固定包裹有保温层。
内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂50份、发泡剂0.3份、稳定剂1份、润滑剂3份、废弃矿渣15份、废弃陶瓷颗粒12份;保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维30份、废弃农作物秸秆25份、混凝土20份、碳酸钙15份、抗菌剂3份、阻燃剂3份、PE蜡3份。
其中,保温层为珍珠岩保温层,且珍珠岩保温层的厚度为4cm。
其中,树脂为酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂和ABS树脂以质量比为1:2:3:4的混合物。
其中,废弃农作物秸秆小麦秸秆。
一种装配式新型集成墙板的生产方法,包括如下步骤:
1)内芯的制备:取配方量的树脂、发泡剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、废弃矿渣和废弃陶瓷颗粒,输送到多向运动混合机中混合处理5min,再将混合均匀的物料喂入平行双螺杆挤出机中造粒,造粒后的物料经锥形双螺杆挤出机连接模具挤出成型,冷却后得到内芯;
2)隔音层的固定:取真空箱固定套设在内芯的外表面,真空箱的截面为回形;

内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂70份、发泡剂0.6份、稳定剂2份、润滑剂3.5份、废弃矿渣20份、废弃陶瓷颗粒13份;保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维40份、废弃农作物秸秆30份、混凝土25份、碳酸钙20份、抗菌剂3.5份、阻燃剂4份、PE蜡3.5份。
其中,保温层为珍珠岩保温层,且珍珠岩保温层的厚度为5cm。
其中,树脂为酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂和ABS树脂以质量比为2:1:3:1的混合物。

4)保温层的固定:在集成墙板预成品的外部固定包裹一层厚度为3-5cm的保温层。

1.一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:包括内芯、隔音层、保护层和保温层;所述内芯外套设有隔音层,所述隔音层外固定包裹有保护层,所述保护层外固定包裹有保温层;所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂50-80份、发泡剂0.3-0.8份、稳定剂1-3份、润滑剂3-4份、废弃矿渣15-25份、废弃陶瓷颗粒12-15份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维30-50份、废弃农作物秸秆25-35份、混凝土20-35份、碳酸钙15-25份、抗菌剂3-4份、阻燃剂3-5份、PE蜡3-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂80份、发泡剂0.8份、稳定剂3份、润滑剂4份、废弃矿渣25份、废弃陶瓷颗粒15份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维50份、废弃农作物秸秆35份、混凝土35份、碳酸钙25份、抗菌剂4份、阻燃剂5份、PE蜡4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂50份、发泡剂0.3份、稳定剂1份、润滑剂3份、废弃矿渣15份、废弃陶瓷颗粒12份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维30份、废弃农作物秸秆25份、混凝土20份、碳酸钙15份、抗菌剂3份、阻燃剂3份、PE蜡3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述内芯由如下重量配比的原料制成:树脂70份、发泡剂0.6份、稳定剂2份、润滑剂3.5份、废弃矿渣20份、废弃陶瓷颗粒13份;所述保护层由如下重量配比的原料制成:竹纤维40份、废弃农作物秸秆30份、混凝土25份、碳酸钙20份、抗菌剂3.5份、阻燃剂4份、PE蜡3.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述隔音层为真空箱。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述保温层为珍珠岩保温层,且所述珍珠岩保温层的厚度为3-5cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述树脂为酚醛树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂和ABS树脂以任意质量比的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式新型集成墙板,其特征在于:所述废弃农作物秸秆包括小麦秸秆、玉米秸秆、芝麻秸秆和大豆秸秆中的一种或多种。
9.一种权利要求1所述装配式新型集成墙板的生产方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
