背景技术
造成人体肥胖的主要原因有以下几点:1、进食过多:喜食高脂肪、高蛋白、甜类食品,而富含纤维素的蔬菜水果摄入偏少,暴饮暴食、晚餐进食过多、过晚、经常酒宴等造成摄食能量过多,多余的能量以脂肪形式储存起来导致肥胖;2、遗传因素:肥胖有一定的家族倾向。双亲均肥胖者,子女约2/3为肥胖,双亲中尤母亲肥胖者,子女中约近50%超重或肥胖;3、脾气虚、运化功能减弱,致使运化水湿功能低下,能量代谢发生障碍,多余的水分与脂肪不断蓄积形成肥胖;4、胰岛素分泌异常:肥胖患者往往有高胰岛素血症,而有易饥感,因而摄食热量过多;5、随着人们生活水平的不断提高以及节奏的不断加快,导致人们的压力过大而运动量相对减少,也有可能导致身体肥胖。
肥胖表现为脂肪细胞增多或细胞体积增大,从而使全身脂肪组织块增大并与其他组织失去正常比例的一种状态。肥胖常伴随着各种代谢紊乱,如高胰岛素血症、高血脂、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、痛风、脂肪肝等一系列代谢性综合病症,严重影响人体健康。

一般的,现有血脂的检测指标如下:
总胆固醇(TC):正常范围为5.23~5.69mmoL/L。如果超过5.72mmoL/L,可视为血脂增高。
甘油三脂(TG):正常范围为0.56~1.7mmoL/L。如果超过1.7mmoL/L,为甘油三脂升高,是动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的危险因素。
