Abstract
The invention provides an engine cylinder head test device which comprises a loading drive, a sliding rod, a guide sleeve, a conical block, a connecting rod and a compression nut, wherein the sliding rod is arranged on the loading drive; the guide sleeve is fixed on the upper part of an oil sprayer hole of the cylinder cover and is coaxial with the oil sprayer hole; the conical block is positioned in the guide sleeve, and a connecting piece at the lower end of the conical block is matched with the oil sprayer hole through a matching piece; the upper end of the connecting rod penetrates through the lower end of the oil sprayer hole and is screwed into a threaded hole in the center of the connecting piece, and the lower end of the connecting rod is screwed at the lower end of the oil sprayer hole by a compression nut; the sliding rod is slidably arranged in the guide sleeve, and the upper end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the loading drive. The engine cylinder cover testing device provided by the invention tests the fatigue failure performance of the cylinder cover by simulating the loading of the load around the oil injection hole of the cylinder cover, the testing tool is relatively simple and easy to install, the test can be carried out on a high-frequency loading fatigue testing machine, and the testing period is short.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of checking of components of a cylinder cover of a transmitter, and particularly relates to a test device for the cylinder cover of an engine.
Background
The existing diesel engine cylinder cover part examination test mainly has two modes: one is hydraulic fatigue examination, a hydraulic fatigue test device is adopted to simulate the combustion pressure in an engine cylinder, and the cylinder cover is loaded; the heat source adopts gas, laser and the like, and a cylinder cover is repeatedly subjected to heating and cooling alternate tests to simulate the working condition change of an engine. The two test types have the advantages that the whole cylinder cover can be examined, and the defects of high cost and long test period are overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide an engine cylinder head testing device, which is used for testing the fatigue failure performance of a cylinder head by simulating the loading of the load around an oil injection hole of the cylinder head, and is relatively simple in testing tool and easy to install, and the test can be performed on a high-frequency loading fatigue testing machine, so that the testing period is short.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
an engine cylinder head test device comprises a loading drive, a sliding rod, a guide sleeve, a conical block, a connecting rod and a compression nut;
the guide sleeve is fixed on the upper part of an oil sprayer hole of the cylinder cover and is coaxial with the oil sprayer hole;
the conical block comprises a conical force dispersing piece and a connecting piece fixed at the center of the conical bottom surface at the lower end of the force dispersing piece, the diameter of the conical bottom surface of the force dispersing piece is smaller than that of the guide sleeve and larger than that of the oil sprayer hole, the connecting piece, the force dispersing piece and the oil sprayer hole are coaxial, the lower end of the connecting piece is a matching piece in a conical frustum shape, and a threaded hole is formed in the center of the connecting piece;
the conical block is positioned in the guide sleeve, and a connecting piece at the lower end of the conical block is matched with the oil sprayer hole through a matching piece;
the upper end of the connecting rod penetrates through the lower end of the oil sprayer hole and is screwed into a threaded hole in the center of the connecting piece, and the lower end of the connecting rod is screwed at the lower end of the oil sprayer hole through the compression nut;
the sliding rod is slidably mounted in the guide sleeve, and the upper end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with the loading drive.
Further, the engine cylinder head testing device further comprises a mounting gasket, and the mounting gasket is sleeved at the lower end of the connecting rod and is located between the compression nut and the cylinder head.
Furthermore, the upper end diameter of the fitting piece is larger than the lower end diameter, the upper end diameter of the fitting piece is not smaller than the inner diameter of the upper end of the fuel injector hole, and the lower end diameter of the fitting piece is smaller than the inner diameter of the upper end of the fuel injector hole.
Furthermore, the upper end of the connecting piece is a cylindrical supporting piece, the upper end of the supporting piece is fixedly connected with the center of the conical bottom surface of the force dispersing piece, and the lower end of the supporting piece is fixedly connected with the upper end of the matching piece.
Further, the outer diameter of the supporting piece and the outer diameter of the upper end of the matching piece are the same as the outer diameter of the upper end of the oil sprayer hole.
Compared with the prior art, the engine cylinder head test device has the following advantages:
(1) the engine cylinder cover testing device tests the fatigue failure performance of the cylinder cover by simulating the loading of the load around the oil injection hole of the cylinder cover, the testing tool is relatively simple and easy to install, the test can be carried out on a high-frequency loading fatigue testing machine, and the testing period is short.

the conical block 4 comprises a conical force dispersing piece 41 and a connecting piece 42 fixed at the center of the conical bottom surface at the lower end of the force dispersing piece 41, the diameter of the conical bottom surface of the force dispersing piece 41 is smaller than that of the guide sleeve 3 and larger than that of the fuel injector hole 8, the connecting piece 42, the force dispersing piece 41 and the fuel injector hole 8 are coaxial, the lower end of the connecting piece 42 is a truncated cone-shaped matching piece 421, and a threaded hole is formed in the center of the connecting piece 42;
the conical block 4 is positioned in the guide sleeve 3, and the connecting piece 42 at the lower end of the conical block is matched with the oil injector hole 8 through a matching piece 421;
the upper end of the connecting rod 5 is penetrated into a threaded hole 423 in the center of the connecting piece 42 by the lower end of the fuel injector hole 8 and screwed, and the lower end of the connecting rod 5 is screwed on the lower end of the fuel injector hole 8 by the compression nut 6;
the sliding rod 2 is slidably installed in the guide sleeve 3, and the upper end of the sliding rod 2 is fixedly connected with the loading drive 1.
Further, the engine cylinder head test device further comprises a mounting gasket 7, wherein the mounting gasket 7 is sleeved at the lower end of the connecting rod 5 and is positioned between the compression nut 6 and the cylinder head 9.
Further, the upper end diameter of the fitting member 421 is larger than the lower end diameter, the upper end diameter of the fitting member 421 is not smaller than the upper end inner diameter of the injector hole 8, and the lower end diameter of the fitting member 421 is smaller than the upper end inner diameter of the injector hole 8.
Further, the upper end of the connecting member 42 is a cylindrical supporting member 422, the upper end of the supporting member 422 is fixedly connected to the center of the conical bottom surface of the force dispersing member 41, and the lower end is fixedly connected to the upper end of the fitting member 421.
Further, the outer diameter of the support 422 and the outer diameter of the upper end of the fitting member 421 are the same as the outer diameter of the upper end of the injector hole 8.
When the loading drive 1 pushes down the sliding rod 2, the sliding rod 2 slides downwards in the guide sleeve, the guide sleeve 3 limits the sliding rod 2, the lower end of the sliding rod 2 is contacted with the tip of the cone of the conical block 4 and pushes down, the pushing down force of the sliding rod 2 is uniformly diffused to the contact part of the matching piece 421 and the oil injector hole through the cone, the experiment of applying uniform load around the oil injector hole is realized, the experiment of the engine cylinder cover is facilitated, the connecting rod 5 and the compression nut 6 realize the positioning of the conical block 4, and the conical block 4 is prevented from side moving.

the guide sleeve (3) is fixed on the upper part of an oil sprayer hole (8) of the cylinder cover (9) and is coaxial with the oil sprayer hole (8);
the conical block (4) comprises a conical force dispersing part (41) and a connecting part (42) fixed at the center of the conical bottom surface at the lower end of the force dispersing part (41), the diameter of the conical bottom surface of the force dispersing part (41) is smaller than that of the guide sleeve (3) and larger than that of the fuel injector hole (8), the connecting part (42) is coaxial with the force dispersing part (41) and the fuel injector hole (8), the lower end of the connecting part (42) is a matching part (421) in a conical frustum shape, and a threaded hole is formed in the center of the connecting part (42);
the conical block (4) is positioned in the guide sleeve (3), and a connecting piece (42) at the lower end of the conical block is matched with the oil sprayer hole (8) through a matching piece (421);
the upper end of the connecting rod (5) penetrates through the lower end of the fuel injector hole (8) and is screwed into a threaded hole (423) in the center of the connecting piece (42), and the lower end of the connecting rod (5) is screwed at the lower end of the fuel injector hole (8) through the compression nut (6);
the sliding rod (2) is slidably mounted in the guide sleeve (3), and the upper end of the sliding rod (2) is fixedly connected with the loading drive (1).
