本发明涉及一种稳定的、含水的、低粘度的、废糖蜜与脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物的饲料分散体。本发明的分散体所使用的分散剂为一种非离子乙氧基化物,其分子量为1,500-15,000,并至少包含一个12-24个碳原子的脂族烃基,至少包含75重量%的乙烯氧基。
将废糖蜜与疏水化合物如脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物混合作为辅助饲料使用是公知的。为了防止脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物与废糖蜜发生相分离,常规手段之一是加入一种分散剂以将脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物分散在废糖蜜的水相中。
因此,US专利3,895,117公开了一种液态的、含水且稳定的、固体脂肪与废糖蜜的分散体,其包含约15重量%的脂肪。在所述制备过程中,首先将脂肪熔化,并将其与一种表面活性剂混合,表面活性剂的用量为熔化了的脂肪的0.01-0.5重量%;然后向混合物中加入废糖蜜和水,得到一种液体分散体。所采用的表面活性剂为非离子化合物,如聚氧乙基(20)脱水山梨醇单油酸酯、聚乙二醇(400)单油酸酯或聚乙二醇(400)倍半油酸酯。采用该方法,有可能得到低粘度的均匀分散体。但是,这些分散体在贮存一段时间后稳定性会降低;上述专利文献还隐含说明,也可向分散体中加入聚合稳定剂。此外,还发现,当将分散体贮存时,粘度会显著增加;这阻碍或限制了该分散体的方便利用。
因而,本发明的目的是改善脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物与废糖蜜的分散体的贮存稳定性,并且当分散体贮存时防止或减少粘度的增加。
按照本发明,令人惊奇地发现,通过添加一种非离子乙氧基化物可克服上述缺陷,所述非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为1,500-15,000,优选2,500-12,000,并至少包含一个12-24个碳原子的脂族烃基,至少包含75重量%,、优选85重量%的乙烯氧基。
按照本发明,以脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物重量计,非离子乙氧基化物的用量通常为0.5-5重量%,优选0.8-4重量%。在常规废糖蜜与脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物的饲料分散体的生产过程中,采用乙氧基化物作为分散剂,可以得到一种具有可控粘度的分散体,并且该分散体的贮存期较长。由于人们可能会预期本发明的分散剂具有比US专利3,895,117所述分散剂更强的亲水性,因而不适宜用作脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物的分散剂,使得只能得到具有低均匀性和低稳定性的高粘度分散体;固而所述结果是如此出人意料。
本发明的分散体通常包含5-35重量%,优选10-25重量%的脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物。以无水的废糖蜜计,废糖蜜在分散体中的量可以为40-80重量%,优选48-68重量%;而以分散体的重量计,水的总量可为13-38重量%,优选18-32重量%。
废糖蜜不仅是碳水化合物的来源,而且其含有大量的适于用作动物饲料的营养物质。在本发明中,可采用各种可商购的废糖蜜。一般说来,废糖蜜为包含预定量糖以及少量其它有机或无机化合物的水溶液。废糖蜜中的含水量变化较大,这取决于加工程度。通常,含水量为15-40重量%,优选20-30重量%。适宜的废糖蜜的实例为甘蔗糖废糖蜜、甜菜废糖蜜、木糖废糖蜜和柑桔类废糖蜜。

按本发明的乙氧基化物可便利地以天然化合物为基础,向所述化合物上加合所需量的环氧乙烷。这种天然化合物的实例为油酸、蓖麻油酸、牛脂脂肪酸、菜籽脂肪酸、亚麻酸,基于牛脂肪酸、油酸、蓖麻油酸、大豆脂肪酸、菜籽脂肪酸的甘油酯,以及脱水山梨醇与这些脂肪酸的单、二或三酯。其它实例为通过天然脂肪酸水合得到的醇。
按照本发明,适宜的乙氧基化物为有12-24个碳原子的一元羧酸或醇的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为2,500-8,000。优选来自食用脂肪或油的脂肪酸和醇。这种化合物的实例为基于油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸和棕榈酸的乙氧基化物,以及相应的醇。其它适宜的乙氧基化物为至少包含一个具有12-24个碳原子的酰基的单、二或三酸甘油酯的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为3,500-11,000。这种化合物的实例为包含80-200个乙烯氧基单元的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物基于包含来自油酸、蓖麻油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸和棕榈酸的酰基的单、二或三酸甘油酯,以及天然的三酸甘油酯。特别优选分子量为7,000-11,000的蓖麻油乙氧基化物。另一类适宜的乙氧基化物为脱水山梨醇与有12-24个碳原子的羧酸的单、二或三酯的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为4,000-11,000。这种化合物的实例为脱水山梨醇与油酸、亚麻酸、硬脂酸和棕榈酸或具有平均碳原子数为15-20酰基的脂肪酸混合物的单、二或三酯,80-200个乙烯氧基单元加成到这些酯上。
除了脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物、废糖蜜、水以及分散剂外,本发明的分散体还可包含大量的增补添加剂,例如盐,如硫酸铵、氯化钠和氯化钾,维生素、矿物质、防腐剂和抗氧化剂。其它适宜的增补添加剂为包含蛋白质、磷化合物、脲或磷酸二铵的营养物质。
本发明的分散体的制备过程为,使液体分散剂与液态的脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物混合。如果所用的脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物为固体,则首先将其熔化,并在与分散剂混合的时候保持其在熔化温度下。然后,可以以任何次序加入废糖蜜及需要时加入的水。如果得到的粘度太高,如由于脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物含量太大,则可适当地加入一些水。如果分散剂不溶于水时,在分散剂已与脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物混合完成后,再向其中加入增补添加剂。否则,分散剂最好与废糖蜜或水一起加入。
实施例1
在剧烈搅拌下,将脂肪与分散剂以液态混合,其用量见下表。此后,加入废糖蜜和水,将形成的混合物充分搅拌,直至得到均匀的分散体。测量1天和19天后形成的饲料分散体的粘度。此外,在温度为21℃和空气湿度为60%的大气测量室中测量贮存稳定性。得到下述结果。

从这些结果可以看出,在贮存19天后,与实验4和7的比较用组合物相比,本发明的组合物粘度更低。
实施例2
按照实施例1和下表的说明来制备脂肪与废糖蜜的分散体。25天后,测量分散体的粘度。

实施例3
实验1.在剧烈搅拌下,将炼制油脂与分散剂,RO-200在液态下混合,其用量见下表。此后,加入废糖蜜和水,将形成的混合物充分搅拌,直至得到均匀的分散体。
实验2.将分散剂(RO-200)、1,2-丙二醇和水混合。加入含水废糖蜜,将形成的混合物充分混合,在剧烈搅拌下,将炼制油脂以液态加入,直至得到均匀的分散体。
实验3.将分散剂(RO-200)和水及含水废糖蜜混合,此后,在剧烈搅拌下,加入液态的炼制油脂,直至得到均匀的分散体。
在温度为21℃和空气湿度为60%的大气测量室中贮存形成的废糖蜜混合物。测量11天和43天后形成的饲料分散体的粘度,并目视观察混合物的均匀性,得到下述结果。

Claims (11)
1、一种脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物在含水废糖蜜中的分散体,其特征在于,其包含一种非离子乙氧基化物作为分散剂,所述非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为1,500-15,000,并包含至少一个12-24个碳原子的脂族烃基,至少包含75重量%的乙烯氧基。
2、根据权利要求1的分散体,其特征在于,所述非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为2,500-12,000,并至少包含85重量%的乙烯氧基。
3、根据权利要求1的分散体,其特征在于,所述的乙氧基化物的组成为:a)有12-24个碳原子的一元羧酸或醇的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为2,500-8,000,b)包含至少一个具有12-24个碳原子酰基的单、二或三酸甘油酯的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为3,500-11,000,或c)脱水山梨醇与有12-24个碳原子的羧酸的单、二或三酯的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为4,000-11,000。
4、根据权利要求3的分散体,其特征在于,分散剂为分子量7,000-11,000的蓖麻油乙氧基化物。
5、根据上述权利要求1-4中任一项的分散体,其特征在于,该分散体包含
5-35重量%的脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物,
40-80重量%的无水废糖蜜,
13-38重量%的水,和
0.5-5重量%的分散剂,以脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物的总重量计。
6、一种脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物在含水废糖蜜中的分散体的制备方法,其特征在于,以油和脂肪重量计,加入0.5-5重量%的分散剂,该分散剂包含一种非离子乙氧基化物,所述非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为1,500-15,000,并包含至少一个有12-24个碳原子的脂族烃基,且至少包含75重量%的乙烯氧基。
7、根据权利要求6的制备方法,其特征在于,所述非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为2,500-12,000,并至少包含85重量%的乙烯氧基。
8、一种非离子乙氧基化物在制备脂肪、油或由脂肪或油形成的酸或其混合物在含水废糖蜜中的分散体中作为分散剂的用途,所述的非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为1,500-15,000,并至少包含一个有12-24个碳原子的脂族烃基,且至少包含75重量%的乙烯氧基。
9、根据权利要求8的用途,其特征在于,所述非离子乙氧基化物的分子量为2,500-12,000,并至少包含85重量%的乙烯氧基。
10、根据权利要求8的用途,其特征在于,所述分散剂的组成为:a)有12-24个碳原子的一元羧酸或醇的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为2,500-8,000,b)至少包含一个具有12-24个碳原子的酰基的单、二或三酸甘油酯的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为3,500-11,000,或c)脱水山梨醇与有12-24个碳原子的羧酸的单、二或三酯的环氧乙烷加合物,该加合物的分子量为4,000-11,000。
11、根据权利要求10的用途,其特征在于,分散剂为分子量7,000-11,000的蓖麻油乙氧基化物。
