Description

Compound herba Rabdosiae Glaucocalycis external ointment for treating female rabbit mastitis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of Chinese veterinary medicine, and relates to a compound herba dicranostigmae external ointment for treating mastitis of female rabbits.
Background
Mastitis is one of the main diseases of female rabbits, often occurs in the lactation period of about 1-2 weeks after farrowing of the female rabbits, and is mainly caused by pathogenic microorganism infection. The mastitis of the female rabbit has complex pathogeny, is usually caused by pathogenic bacteria infection, more than one hundred kinds of pathogenic bacteria are separated at present, and the main pathogenic bacteria comprise staphylococcus (mostly staphylococcus aureus), enterococcus (mostly enterococcus faecalis), streptococcus (including streptococcus agalactiae, streptococcus dysgalactiae and streptococcus uberis), and the like, so the method brings great difficulty to prevention and treatment. At present, antibiotics are generally adopted for treatment after mastitis occurs, and the defects are many.
After the female rabbit suffers from mastitis, the young rabbit is influenced to eat milk by light people, and the breast of the female rabbit is necrotic or becomes septicemic and dies by heavy people. The mastitis of female rabbit is mostly caused by staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) Acute suppurative inflammation caused by invading hair follicle and sebaceous gland of rabbit is one of common skin diseases of female rabbit. After the disease is suffered, the breast of the female rabbit swells and turns red, the nipple of the female rabbit turns black and dry, the body temperature of the female rabbit is obviously increased, the female rabbit touches the skin to feel hot, the lactation time is short or the female rabbit is refused to lactation, and the emotion is low. Mastitis directly reduces the production performance of the female rabbit and the survival rate of the young rabbit, and causes serious economic loss for farmers. The medicines and the methods for treating the mastitis of the female rabbits are more, the common medicines comprise iodine ointment, intramuscular injection penicillin, procaine and oral antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicines, and most western medicines can quickly take effect but stop taking effect after treatmentThe medicine is easy to relapse after being taken, has large side effect and is difficult to eradicate. Therefore, a compound Chinese herbal medicine ointment which has high curative effect, safety, reliability, low price and convenient use and is used for treating the mastitis of the female rabbit is urgently needed in the market.
The wild metallocene grass for animals has the effects of sterilizing and diminishing inflammation, clearing away heat and toxic materials, relieving swelling and pain and killing insects. Has obvious curative effect on animal aphtha, mastitis and other diseases. When the concentration of the medical solution of the dicranostigma leptopodum extract reaches 0.30mg/mL, the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of the medical solution to staphylococcus aureus is 0.2000mg/mL, the Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) of the medical solution is 0.1000mg/mL, and the half Inhibitory Concentration (IC) of the medical solution is reported50) 0.1805 mg/mL; the observation of 50000 times of a transmission electron microscope shows that the structure of staphylococcus aureus cells is unclear, liquid overflows from the periphery, the cell wall is locally thicker than that of a control group, bacterial fragments lacking any intracellular structures can be observed, and the antibacterial effect is obvious. The MIC of herba Rabdosiae Glaucocalycis extract to enterococcus faecalis is 0.1800mg/mL, IC500.2605mg/mL, IC for Streptococcus50Is 1.600 +/-0.3400 mg/mL, and has obvious bacteriostasis.

The compound external ointment is prepared by compound compatibility according to the Chinese veterinary medicine theory and the inherent properties of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials such as the red clover and the like of sterilization and inflammation diminishing. In the prescription, the monarch drug, the red clover, is used for clearing heat and removing toxicity; dandelion herb is the key herb for treating abscess by removing abscess and dissipating nodulation, aiming at eliminating inflammation such as redness, swelling, heat and distension. The ministerial medicine sophora flower bud is matched to cool blood and stop bleeding; lophatherum gracile has the effects of clearing heat, relieving restlessness, promoting urination and treating stranguria; the bitter chrysanthemum has the effects of diminishing inflammation and detoxifying and removing carbuncle and swelling. However, if the heat-clearing and detoxifying are used alone, qi stagnation and blood stasis are difficult to eliminate, and swelling and stagnation are not dispersed, so the tangerine seeds are used for promoting qi circulation and removing obstruction in channels, and removing blood stasis and relieving pain; calcined Shi Gao can heal wound and promote granulation, stop bleeding and resolve carbuncle and swelling. Qi moving through the body can dredge nutrient and exterior, and there is no retention of pathogenic factors in nutrient and exterior, so as to remove stasis, swelling and pain. The whole formula is pungent, bitter and cool in property, and integrates the functions of clearing heat and removing toxicity, cooling blood and stopping bleeding, and eliminating carbuncle and removing blood stasis.
