In the existing maintenance management system of the thermal power plant, the requirements of fixed point, fixed standard, fixed person, fixed period, fixed method, fixed quantity, fixed business process and fixed operation and maintenance are met, but a complete and complete management system and a supporting application system are lacked, the operation and management in the maintenance management are carried out by personal experience, and the experience of a considerable part of young people is insufficient, so that the maintenance effect cannot be guaranteed.
