技术领域
本发明涉及合成胶黏剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种热熔压敏胶。
背景技术
压敏胶,是指一类对压力敏感、指压稍加压力即可与被粘物粘接,不需要使用溶剂或其他辅助手段的一类胶粘剂,热熔胶压敏胶,是压敏胶的一种,主要由合成橡胶和树脂及橡胶油等混合加热成溶熔状态再涂布于棉纸、布或塑料薄膜等基材上而制成的一种新型胶粘带,成本低廉是其最大的优点,缺陷是粘性受温度影响较明显。主要用于各类封箱、封盒、纸品包装、饮料瓶标签、封口铝箔、软包装及其它包装用和环保纸栈板等,适应各类材质,热熔压敏胶是继溶剂型和乳液型压敏胶之后的第三代压敏胶产品,较之前两者,热熔型压敏胶无溶剂,更有利于环保和安全生产,生产效率高,生产成本相对低,所以目前世界各国正大力开发热熔型压敏胶。
热熔压敏胶主要的成份有基料、增塑剂、增粘剂、填料、抗氧剂、热塑性弹性体这六大部分,基料是压敏胶的主体成份,增塑剂是一种能降低玻璃化温度和熔融温度、改善脆性、增进熔融流动性的物质,增粘剂是通过表面扩散或内部扩散能够在一定的条件温度、压力、时间下产生高粘接性的物质,填料是在胶粘剂组分中不与主体材料起化学反应但可以改变其性能降低成本的固体材料,抗氧剂是能防止或抑制氧化过程的化合物,热塑性弹性体具有模量低、溶液粘度和熔融粘度小等优异性能,具有很好的加工性能,热熔压敏胶发展迅速,但是目前的产品仍然存在耐热性差和粘接强度欠佳等缺点,因而限制其应用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种热熔压敏胶。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10-30份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物5-20份、增粘树脂30-80份、异氰酸酯5-15份、抗氧剂2-8份、纳米二氧化硅1-6份、增塑剂10-20份。
所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂的一种或多种。
所述增塑剂为环烷油或液体石蜡。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT或抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂264。
所述异氰酸酯为4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或甲苯二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
该热熔压敏胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至一定温度,开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(2)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高,温度恒定后快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。
步骤(1)中加热温度为100-120℃,搅拌速率为200-600r/min。
步骤(2)中温度升高至150-170℃,搅拌速率为800-2000r/min,真空度为0.06-0.09MPa。
有益效果在于:通过添加异氰酸酯和纳米二氧化硅作为改性材料,初粘力、初始剥离强度、最终剥离强度及耐热性得到较大提高。

实施例一
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物15份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物5份、增粘树脂30份、异氰酸酯5份、抗氧剂2、纳米二氧化硅2份、增塑剂10份。
所述增粘树脂为松香树脂、萜烯树脂,二者质量比为1∶1。
所述增塑剂为环烷油。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT。
所述异氰酸酯为4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。

实施例二
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物20份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物15份、增粘树脂60份、异氰酸酯8份、抗氧剂4份、纳米二氧化硅1份、增塑剂20份。
所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂,二者质量比为2∶1。
所述增塑剂为环烷油。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
该热熔压敏胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至120℃,以500r/min的搅拌速率开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(2)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高至165℃,温度恒定后以2000r/min的搅拌速率快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,真空度为0.09MPa,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。
实施例三
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物30份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物20份、增粘树脂80份、异氰酸酯15份、抗氧剂8份、纳米二氧化硅6份、增塑剂18份。
所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、松香树脂,三者质量比为1∶1∶2。
所述增塑剂为液体石蜡。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂264。
所述异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
该热熔压敏胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至105℃,以600r/min的搅拌速率开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(2)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高至155℃,温度恒定后以1000r/min的搅拌速率快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,真空度为0.08MPa,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。
实施例四
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物25份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10份、增粘树脂40份、异氰酸酯12份、抗氧剂6份、纳米二氧化硅4份、增塑剂15份。
所述增粘树脂为松香树脂。
所述增塑剂为环烷油。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂264。
所述异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
该热熔压敏胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至100℃,以400r/min的搅拌速率开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(2)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高至170℃,温度恒定后以800r/min的搅拌速率快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,真空度为0.06MPa,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。
实施例五
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物12份、增粘树脂35份、异氰酸酯10份、抗氧剂5份、纳米二氧化硅3份、增塑剂12份。
所述增粘树脂为C9石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂,三者质量比为1∶3∶2。
所述增塑剂为液体石蜡。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT。
所述异氰酸酯为4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯。
该热熔压敏胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至115℃,以200r/min的搅拌速率开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(2)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高至150℃,温度恒定后以1200r/min的搅拌速率快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,真空度为0.085MPa,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。
实施例六
一种热熔压敏胶,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物18份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物17份、增粘树脂65份、异氰酸酯7份、抗氧剂3份、纳米二氧化硅5份、增塑剂19份。
所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂,三者质量比为2∶1∶3。
所述增塑剂为液体石蜡。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010。
所述异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
该热熔压敏胶的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(3)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至112℃,以450r/min的搅拌速率开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(4)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高至162℃,温度恒定后以1800r/min的搅拌速率快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,真空度为0.075MPa,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。

Claims (8)
1.一种热熔压敏胶,其特征在于,由以下组分按重量份组成:苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物10-30份、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物5-20份、增粘树脂30-80份、异氰酸酯5-15份、抗氧剂2-8份、纳米二氧化硅1-6份、增塑剂10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂为C5石油树脂、C9石油树脂、松香树脂、萜烯树脂的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为环烷油或液体石蜡。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂BHT或抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂264。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔压敏胶,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯为4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或甲苯二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种热熔压敏胶的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜通入氮气进行除氧,然后按照配方量将增塑剂放入反应釜中,加热至一定温度,开始搅拌,然后按照配方量依次加入增粘树脂、异氰酸酯、抗氧剂、纳米二氧化硅;
(2)在增粘树脂完全熔化后,按照配方量加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,然后将温度升高,温度恒定后快速搅拌,直到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物全部熔融后,停止通氮气,抽真空去除白色泡沫,直至成为均匀且透明的粘性液体后,停止加热和搅拌,趁热排出,冷却后得到所述热熔压敏胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种热熔压敏胶的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中加热温度为100-120℃,搅拌速率为200-600r/min。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种热熔压敏胶的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中温度升高至150-170℃,搅拌速率为800-2000r/min,真空度为0.06-0.09MPa。
