Abstract
本发明是一种主治骨伤的中药制剂。由透骨草、
虎杖、脆蛇等八味中药组方,其提取浓缩液按一定比
例与乙醇混合而成。有快速消炎、消肿、镇痛、生成骨
痂、去腐生肌的功效。使用后21~28天后可下地活
动,49天~2个月可恢复正常工作和生活。对脑外
伤、软组织损伤、对骨折久治不愈的陈伤疗效仍很
好。对无名肿毒、外伤、骨结核有一定疗效。其费用
低、不住院、使用方便、操作简便。已用于临床,为万
余名骨折患者解除了痛苦。
Description
本发明涉及中药制剂。特别是用于治疗骨伤的中药制剂。
目前,在治疗骨折中常采用对患者骨折处复位后手术钢针或钢板固定,或进行牵引、或上夹板、或石膏绷带固定。手术钢针、钢板固定,使病人痛苦,愈合很慢,病程长达一年或一年半,治疗费用相当高,然而,有的伤口感染、皮肤溃烂,留下后遗症,有的不能正常工作,也影响到生活。严重的变为骨不连症。采用牵引者,病人长时期不能动弹,身体不能活动,躯干受压,血脉不通,非常痛苦。采用包石膏的病人由于在治疗中患处消肿,骨折处在石膏内松动、移位,使有的患者终生残废。上述治疗过程中均为较长时间的固定,关节活动受限,肌肉萎缩,患者苦不堪言。
本发明的目的是提供一种快速消炎、消肿、镇痛并能去腐生肌,专用于治疗软组织损伤、骨折(接骨)的中药制剂。
本发明的制剂配方如下:
透骨草 70~130g 虎杖 70~130g 脆蛇 10~20g
海马 10~20g 自然铜 22~38g 樟脑 25~35g
冰片 20~40g 血竭 3~12g
透骨草为凤仙花科凤仙花属植物凤仙花Impatiens balsamina L.的干燥全草(白花者)。具有活血通经,软坚消积的功能,用于肿块积聚。
虎杖为蓼科植物虎杖Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.的干燥根茎和根。具有祛风利湿,散瘀定痛之功效,用于关节痹痛、跌打损伤,痈肿疮毒等。
脆蛇为蛇晰科脆蛇晰属动物脆蛇晰Ophisaurus harti(Boulenger)的干燥全体。具有散瘀止痛,续筋骨,祛风湿的功能。用于跌扑损伤,骨折,风湿痛。
海马为海龙科动物线纹海马Hippocampus kelloggi Jordanet Snyder、刺海马Hippocampus histrix Kaup、大海马Hippocampus kuda Bleeker、三斑海马Hippocampus trimaeulatus leach或小海马(海蛆)Hippocampus japonieus Kaup的干燥体。的干燥体。具有温肾壮阳,散结消肿的功能。用于跌扑损伤,外治痈肿疔疮。
自然铜为硫化物类矿物黄铁矿族黄铁矿,主含二硫化铁。具有促进骨痂生长和成熟,加速骨折愈合的作用;能促进骨髓本身及其周围血液中网状细胞和血色素的增生(家兔药理作用)。有散瘀止痛,续筋接骨之功能。用于跌打损伤,瘀血肿痛,筋骨折伤。
樟脑为樟科植物樟树Cinnamomum camphora(L.)Sieb.的木材及枝叶经蒸馏精制而得的结晶。具有杀虫,止痛,开窍,辟秽之功效。用于跌打损伤,瘀滞肿痛,对皮肤有温的刺激及防腐作用。
冰片(C10H18O)为无色透明或白色半透明的片状松脆结晶。具有开窍醒神,清热止痛之功效。用于热病神昏、痉厥,气郁暴厥,中恶昏迷等症。
血竭为棕榈科常绿藤本植物麒麟竭Daemonorops draco B1.的干燥树脂。具有行瘀止痛,敛疮生肌的功效。用于外伤止血,化瘀止痛。
将其提取浓缩液与95%乙醇按1∶4~7比例混合(樟脑、冰片直接加入乙醇中溶解)即成。使用时将该混合液均匀喷洒在脱脂棉上,包裹在患处,每2~3天换一次,连续换7~10次则达到预期疗效。
本发明与现有技术相比具有下述优点:适合各种骨折。在患者骨折处外用这种制剂可在3天左右消炎、消肿、很大程度减轻剧痛,7~11天形成骨痂,腿骨骨折者21~28天可下地走路,自行锻炼2~3周即痊愈,2个月可恢复正常劳动。如果患者已使用钢针、钢板固定,用本发明可配合治疗,在28~49天后可拆除钢针、钢板,为病人提前下地活动创造机会,尽早恢复正常。本发明对治疗脑外伤、软组织损伤、对骨折久治不愈的陈伤效果仍很好。对无名肿毒、外伤、骨结核有一定疗效。还有花钱少、不住院、使用方便、操作简便的特点,骨折正位后,病人可在家自己用药治疗。已用于临床,为万余名骨折患者解除了痛苦。

透骨草 70g 虎杖 100g 脆蛇 10g 海马 15g
自然铜 38g 樟脑 35g 冰片 40g 血竭 12g
将其提取浓缩液与95%乙醇按1∶4比例混合(樟脑、冰片直接加入乙醇中溶解)即成。
实施例2一种接骨液,其配方由以下中药组成:
透骨草 130g 虎杖 70g 脆蛇 20g 海马 20g
自然铜 25g 樟脑 30g 冰片 20g 血竭 8g
将其提取浓缩液与95%乙醇按1∶7比例混合(樟脑、冰片直接加入乙醇中溶解)即成。
实施例3一种接骨液,其配方由以下中药组成:
透骨草 80g 虎杖 120g 脆蛇 15g 海马 10g
自然铜 22g 樟脑 25g 冰片 32g 血竭 10g
将其提取浓缩液与95%乙醇按1∶5比例混合(樟脑、冰片直接加入乙醇中溶解)即成。
实施例4一种接骨液,其配方由以下中药组成:
透骨草 100g 虎杖 110g 脆蛇 12g 海马 18g
自然铜 30g 樟脑 28g 冰片 25g 血竭 3g
将其提取浓缩液与95%乙醇按1∶6比例混合(樟脑、冰片直接加入乙醇中溶解)即成。
