Claims (8)
1. The yarn dispensing mechanism is characterized by comprising a wire clamping device, a dispensing device and a heating device;
the wire clamping device comprises a wire clamping seat, a first clamp, a second clamp, a wire clamping driving component and a turnover driving component; the overturning driving component is connected to the wire clamping seat and used for driving the wire clamping seat to overturn; the wire clamping driving component is arranged on the wire clamping seat and connected with the first clamp and the second clamp, and is used for driving the first clamp and the second clamp to act so as to open or close the first clamp and the second clamp;
the dispensing device comprises a dispensing seat, a dispensing plate and a dispensing driving component; the glue dispensing seat is provided with a glue groove for holding glue, the glue dispensing driving component is arranged on the glue dispensing seat and connected with the glue dispensing plate, the glue dispensing plate is positioned in the glue groove in a reset state, and the glue dispensing driving component is used for driving the glue dispensing plate to lift or reset from the glue groove; the dispensing plate is provided with a dispensing groove, the dispensing groove is a strip-shaped groove, a plurality of partition blocks are arranged in the dispensing groove, and the dispensing groove is divided into a plurality of sub-dispensing grooves by the partition blocks;
the heating device is provided with a heating plate connected to the thread clamping seat, and the heating plate is used for heating the thread after the thread is glued.

The yarn dispensing mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first clamp comprises a first movable clamp arm and a first fixed clamp arm which are matched, the first fixed clamp arm is connected to the wire clamping seat; the second clamp comprises a second movable clamping arm and a second fixed clamping arm which are matched, the second fixed clamping arm is connected to the wire clamping seat, the wire clamping driving component is connected to the first movable clamping arm and the second movable clamping arm and used for driving the first movable clamping arm to move towards the first fixed clamping arm, and the wire clamping driving component is also used for driving the second movable clamping arm to move towards the second fixed clamping arm.

The yarn dispensing mechanism of claim 2 wherein said yarn gripping assembly further includes a retraction seat and a retraction drive member; the first fixed clamping arm, the second fixed clamping arm and the wire clamping driving component are all arranged on the shrinkage seat, and the shrinkage driving component is used for driving the shrinkage seat to move so as to drive the first clamp and the second clamp to move or reset towards the heating plate.

A yarn dispensing mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the heating means further comprises a limiting plate; the limiting plate is arranged opposite to the heating plate, and a heating interval for the yarn after dispensing to enter is arranged between the limiting plate and the heating plate.
5. A yarn dispensing mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the yarn gripping device further comprises a multi-directional drive member; the multi-azimuth driving part is connected with the overturning driving part.
6. The yarn dispensing mechanism of claim 5, wherein the multi-directional drive member is a robotic arm.
7. A yarn dispensing mechanism as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the dispensing device further comprises a glue feed drive member; the glue feeding driving component is connected to the glue dispensing seat and used for driving the glue dispensing seat to move.
8. A yarn dispensing method using the yarn dispensing mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
after a yarn on a winding machine is spliced, driving the first clamp and the second clamp to act through a thread clamping driving component so as to clamp the spliced yarn by the first clamp and the second clamp, and driving a thread clamping seat to overturn through an overturning driving component so that the yarn clamped by the first clamp and the second clamp is in a horizontal state;
the dispensing plate is lifted from the glue groove and contacted with the yarns by the dispensing driving part; after the yarns contact the dispensing plate for a preset time, the dispensing driving part drives the dispensing plate to reset;
heating the yarn subjected to the spot gluing by a heating plate to finish the spot gluing of the yarn;
and the first clamp and the second clamp are driven to reset by the thread clamping driving component so as to release the thread after dispensing by the first clamp and the second clamp.
