The brake clamp mounting structure comprises a side beam and an end beam, wherein the side beam is provided with a wheel set mounting position, and the end beam is arranged at the end part of the side beam and positioned at the outer side of the wheel set mounting position of the side beam; wherein the end beam is used for mounting the brake caliper. Not only can reduce to the bogie wheel to inboard space occupy, can effectively enlarge the bearing area of bogie simultaneously, improve the structural strength of bogie. The problem of the built-in brake caliper of train bogie among the prior art can seriously conflict with wheel pair lifting seat and rim lubricating arrangement on installation space is solved.

In addition, in the production process of the bogie, parts such as a wheel set lifting seat, a wheel rim lubricating device and the like are required to be installed on the inner side of the wheel set, and a brake clamp installed on the inner side of the wheel set can seriously conflict with the wheel set lifting seat, the wheel rim lubricating device and the like in an installation space, so that the installation and the maintenance are difficult.

The invention mainly aims to provide a brake clamp mounting structure and a train bogie with the same, and aims to solve the problem that the brake clamp of the train bogie in the prior art is internally arranged to cause serious conflict with a wheel set lifting seat, a rim lubricating device and the like in a mounting space.

Further, the end beam 20 has a connection end through which the end beam 20 is connected to the side member 10, a small portion of the connection end protruding outside the side member 10, and a free end extending toward the inside of the side member 10 in the extending direction of the end beam; the extending direction of the end beam 20 and the extending direction of the side beam 10 are perpendicular to each other. The brake caliper is mounted on the free end. The length of the attached and free ends of the end beams 20 are substantially equal. The inner side of the side beam 10 is the side of the train bogie where the two side beams 10 face each other, and the outer side of the side beam 10 is the side of the train bogie where the two side beams 10 face each other.

Specifically, the caliper part includes a first caliper portion and a second caliper portion, the first mounting portion 30 includes a first mounting plate 31 and a second mounting plate 32, the first mounting plate 31 is attached to an inner side wall of the side sill 10, the second mounting plate 32 is attached to the end sill 20, and the second mounting plate 32 is disposed opposite to the first mounting plate 31; wherein the first mounting plate 31 is for mounting a first caliper portion of a caliper part and the second mounting plate 32 is for mounting a second caliper portion of a caliper part.
The second mounting portion 40 includes two third mounting plates 41 and two connecting plates 42, the two connecting plates 42 are correspondingly disposed at two ends of the third mounting plates 41, and the third mounting plates 41 are connected to the end beam 20 through the two connecting plates 42; wherein the drive components are mounted on the third mounting plate 41.
According to a second aspect of the present invention there is provided a train bogie comprising a brake caliper mounting structure which is the brake caliper mounting structure of the above embodiment. The train bogie with the brake clamp mounting structure can reduce the occupied space of the inner side of the bogie wheel pair, effectively enlarge the bearing area of the bogie and improve the structural strength of the bogie. The problem of the built-in brake caliper of train bogie among the prior art can seriously conflict with wheel pair lifting seat and rim lubricating arrangement on installation space is solved.

the extending direction of the end beam (20) is perpendicular to the extending direction of the side beam (10);
the side beam (10) is provided with an installation groove, and the extension direction of the installation groove is the same as that of the end beam (20); wherein the end beam (20) is detachably mounted in the mounting groove;
the mounting groove is provided with a notch, and the notch is upwards arranged; wherein at least part of the end beam (20) protrudes from the slot, the area of the circumferential surface of the end beam (20) protruding from the slot being smaller than the area of the circumferential surface of the end beam (20) enclosed by the slot; the upper surface of the side beam (10) is provided with two slope structures, and the two slope structures are positioned at two sides of the notch; the two slope structures extend downwards along the direction far away from the notch;
the brake caliper includes a caliper part and a driving part, and the brake caliper mounting structure further includes: a first mounting section (30) arranged on the end beam (20) on the side facing the wheelset mounting location (11); wherein the first mounting portion (30) is for mounting the caliper part; the second mounting part (40) is arranged on one side, far away from the wheel pair mounting position (11), of the end beam (20); wherein the second mounting portion (40) is for mounting the drive component;
the caliper part includes a first caliper portion and a second caliper portion, and the first mounting portion (30) includes: a first mounting plate (31), the first mounting plate (31) being attached to an inner side wall of the side member (10); wherein the first mounting plate (31) is for mounting a first caliper portion of the caliper part; the first mounting portion (30) further comprises: a second mounting plate (32), the second mounting plate (32) being connected to the end beam (20), the second mounting plate (32) being disposed opposite the first mounting plate (31); wherein the second mounting plate (32) is for mounting a second caliper portion of the caliper part.
2. The brake caliper mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the end beam (20) has a connecting end through which the end beam (20) is connected to the side member (10), and a free end extending toward an inner side of the side member (10) in an extending direction of the end beam;
wherein the brake caliper is mounted on the free end.
3. The brake caliper mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein a ratio of an area of the circumferential surface of the end beam (20) protruding from the notch to an area of the circumferential surface of the end beam (20) surrounded by the notch is 1: 3.
4. The brake caliper mounting structure according to claim 1, wherein the second mounting portion (40) includes:
a third mounting plate (41);
the number of the connecting plates (42) is two, the two connecting plates are arranged at two ends of the third mounting plate (41) in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the third mounting plate (41) is connected to the end beam (20) through the two connecting plates (42);
