近年来,人们对化妆品功效的要求越来越高,消费者希望化妆品能提供实实在在的显著功效。为了达到更好功效,则需要增加化妆品中功效活性成分的添加量,功效成分大多离子性较强,如用于美白的维生素C磷酸酯镁,用于保湿的透明质酸钠等,都是强离子性成分,然而当前绝大多数乳化剂对盐的耐受程度较低,高添加量的活性成分会导致乳化后的产品出现水油分离等不稳定的现象。
此外,当前市面上的绝大多数乳化剂,从化学结构上属于表面活性剂,他们涂抹在皮肤上后,因为HLB较高,通常也会乳化皮肤的天然油脂,清洗后则会带走皮肤中的皮脂,经常性的重复使用,反而会破坏皮脂膜,导致皮肤容易出现红肿、脱水、皮肤炎症、过敏等情况,进一步加重肌肤的敏感程度。
目前非表面活性剂结构但具有乳化功能的乳化剂,通常指聚合物乳化剂,如路博润公司的CARBOPOL TR-1, TR-2,是通过空间位阻效应来达到乳化效果,但这些聚合物极不耐盐,通常盐含量不能超过0.3%(质量比),否则聚合物就会无法充分伸展开而丧失乳化效果。
另外一种是皮克林乳液,用玉米醇溶蛋白或者膨润土粉等固体微粒,吸附到两相界面的形成稳定的乳浊液,皮克林乳液具有高耐盐的特性。但因为玉米醇溶蛋白,膨润土都是粗糙固体粉末,形成的皮克林乳液,涂在皮肤上肤感很涩,且固体粉末容易被搓出,在化妆品行业通常被称为容易起泥;而且皮克林乳液界面膜并不强,通常无法通过化妆品行业通常需要的-10℃到50℃的环境稳定性要求,因此在化妆品行业中皮克林乳液不实用,几乎不被采纳。
因此开发耐盐性能好、温和低刺激,且最终产品使用感良好的乳化剂,在化妆品产业应用前景广阔。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种乳化剂,该乳化剂具有耐盐性能好、温和不刺激皮肤等优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐盐性能好的温和乳化剂,其特征在于:由以下质量百分数的组成:30-70%癸二酸二异丙酯,25-65%润湿剂,1-5%羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚,1-5%稻糠提取物。
所述润湿剂为丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、丁二醇山嵛酸酯、丁二醇椰油酸酯、丙二醇二癸酸酯、丙二醇二壬酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、丙二醇二椰油酸酯、丙二醇柠檬酸酯、丙二醇肉豆蔻酸酯、丙二醇辛酸酯、丙二醇椰油酸酯、丙二醇异硬脂酸酯、丙二醇油酸酯、碳酸丙二醇酯中的一种或者它们的混合物。
本发明所述羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚(HYDROXYPROPYL METHYLCELLULOSESTEAROXY ETHER),是羟丙甲基纤维素的一种疏水性衍生物,在中国《已使用化妆品原料名称目录(2015版)》中序号为05230,市售产品有日本DAIDO Chemical Corporation公司的Sangelose 60L、Sangelose 90L。羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚具双亲增稠凝胶特性,对油和对水都有凝胶作用,可以同时对油内相和水外相进行增稠,因此可以实现乳剂中油滴的乳化稳定作用。
本发明所述稻糠提取物(ORYZA SATIVA (RICE) BRAN EXTRACT),在中国《已使用化妆品原料名称目录(2015版)》中序号为01874,市售产品有OZEKI株式会社的OZ-300U,富含β-葡聚糖、壳多糖、酵母甘露糖蛋白等,β-葡聚糖、壳多糖、酵母甘露糖蛋白等是细胞膜的构成物质,其中酵母甘露糖蛋白是大分子天然产物,能吸附在被羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚增稠后的油滴的油水界面上,进一步避免油滴互相碰撞而形成大油滴而导致分离,起到乳剂稳定作用。
本发明利用稻糠提取物中酵母甘露糖蛋白的乳剂稳定作用,与纤维素疏水性改性物的双亲增稠凝胶特性,实现对不同油脂的乳化稳定作用。该乳化剂不含有传统的高HLB表面活性剂,刺激性低,主要利用乳剂中油滴和水相间的空间位阻效应来对不同类型油脂进行乳化,其稳定效果好,应用范围广,制得的乳液对电解质的耐受力强。
为测试本发明的乳化能力、刺激性及耐盐性能,进行了如下实验。
1.乳化稳定性试验
选取实施例1制备的温和乳化剂作为乳化剂A,其余B-E各组乳化剂具体组成如表1所示。

按照表2配方制备乳液,考察上述乳化剂对白池花籽油、棕榈酸乙基己酯、矿油乳化能力。

将A相加热混合均匀,加入分散均匀预热至相同温度的B相中,搅拌并均质,冷却后加入C相,搅拌均匀制得乳液,将该乳液于38℃烘箱中放置1小时,然后3000rpm离心30min,观察乳液状态,测试结果如表3所示。

由上表可知,癸二酸二异丙酯与润湿剂几乎没有乳化能力,羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚与稻糠提取物两者若不进行配合,其乳化能力也不及本发明提供的温和乳化剂,且该乳化剂对极性、非极性及植物油脂均有较好的乳化稳定能力,1份本发明所述耐盐性能好的温和乳化剂能够乳化稳定不少于6份油脂。
2. 电解质耐受试验
取实施例1制备的温和乳化剂作为乳化剂,分别乳化白池花籽油、棕榈酸乙基己酯和矿油,制得油脂含量为12%(质量比)的稳定乳液,将上述稳定乳液分为15组,分别加入1.5%氯化钠、3.0%氯化钠、4.5%氯化钠,2%维生素C磷酸酯镁测试其电解质耐受性能,具体测试结果如表4.

由表4可知,以本发明提供的温和乳化剂制备的乳液可耐受不低于3.0%(质量比)的电解质,且不受油脂限制;当添加2%维生素C磷酸酯镁时,乳液粘度变化不大,经为期4周的高温稳定性实验仍保持稳定不变色,说明该体系还具有保护维生素C衍生物维生素C磷酸酯镁的作用。
3.刺激性试验
选择18-60岁的志愿者32名,参照《化妆品安全技术规范2015版》-人体皮肤斑贴试验进行刺激性测试。
取实施例1制备的温和乳化剂作为乳化剂,分别乳化白池花籽油、棕榈酸乙基己酯和矿油,制得油脂含量为12%(质量比)的稳定乳液,分别作为样品A、B、C加入斑试器内,然后将加有样品的斑试器用无刺激胶带贴敷于受试者的背部,用手掌轻压使之均匀地贴敷于皮肤上,持续24h;去除受试物斑试器,用湿润的脱脂棉球轻轻擦去测试部位的受试物残留,30min后,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应。如结果为阴性,于揭去斑贴后24h再观察一次。按分级标准记录反应结果,有效结果如表5所示。

样品A为白池花籽油乳液、样品B为棕榈酸乙基己酯乳液,样品C为矿油乳液。
由上表可知,本发明提供的温和乳化剂制备的乳液均对人体皮肤无不良反应,具有温和无刺激的特点。
综上所述,本发明提供的温和乳化剂具有乳化稳定作用,1份乳化剂可乳化稳定6份(质量比)以上的油脂,且不受油脂种类限制,制得的乳液可耐受不少于3.0%(质量比)的电解质,同时还具有保护维生素C衍生物维生素C磷酸酯镁的作用,对人体皮肤无不良反应,温和无刺激。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1 :
一种具有高耐盐能力的温和乳化剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:采用以下步骤,
按以下质量比称取原料,癸二酸二异丙酯60%,丁二醇椰油酸酯 33%,羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚4%,稻糠提取物3%,90-95℃加热溶解至澄清透明,冷却至室温即得。
实施例2:
一种具有高耐盐能力的温和乳化剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:采用以下步骤,
按以下质量比称取原料,癸二酸二异丙酯30%,丙二醇椰油酸酯62%,羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚5%,稻糠提取物3%,90-95℃加热溶解至澄清透明,冷却至室温即得。
实施例3:
一种具有高耐盐能力的温和乳化剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:采用以下步骤,
按以下质量比称取原料,癸二酸二异丙酯70%,丙二醇二癸酸酯 26%,羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚3%,稻糠提取物1%,90-95℃加热溶解至澄清透明,冷却至室温即得。
实施例4 :
一种具有高耐盐能力的温和乳化剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:采用以下步骤,
按以下质量比称取原料,癸二酸二异丙酯50%,丁二醇二辛酸酯 25%,丙二醇二椰油酸酯20%,羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚1%,稻糠提取物4%,90-95℃加热溶解至澄清透明,冷却至室温即得。
实施例5 :
一种具有高耐盐能力的温和乳化剂及其制备方法,其特征在于:采用以下步骤,
按以下质量比称取原料,癸二酸二异丙酯65%,丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯10%,丙二醇异硬脂酸酯18%,羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚2%,稻糠提取物5%,90-95℃加热溶解至澄清透明,冷却至室温即得。

Claims (2)
1.一种耐盐性能好的温和乳化剂,其特征在于:由以下质量百分数的组分组成:30-70%癸二酸二异丙酯,25-65%润湿剂,1-5%羟丙基甲基纤维素硬脂氧基醚,1-5%稻糠提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐盐性能好的温和乳化剂,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为丁二醇二辛酸/二癸酸酯、丁二醇山嵛酸酯、丁二醇椰油酸酯、丙二醇二癸酸酯、丙二醇二壬酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯、丙二醇二辛酸酯/二癸酸酯、丙二醇二椰油酸酯、丙二醇柠檬酸酯、丙二醇肉豆蔻酸酯、丙二醇辛酸酯、丙二醇椰油酸酯、丙二醇异硬脂酸酯、丙二醇油酸酯、碳酸丙二醇酯中的一种或者它们的混合物。
