Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As the smart terminal moves into the full-screen era, the front biometric feature acquisition area of the electronic device is squeezed by the full-screen, and therefore, the Under-screen (or Under-screen) biometric feature recognition technology is receiving more and more attention. The biological characteristic identification technique is installed in the display screen below with biological characteristic identification device (for example fingerprint identification module) under the screen to realize carrying out biological characteristic identification operation in the display area inside of display screen, need not set up biological characteristic collection area in the positive region except that the display area of electronic equipment.
The off-screen biometric identification technique may include an off-screen optical biometric identification technique, an off-screen ultrasonic biometric identification technique, or other types of off-screen biometric identification techniques.
Taking the example of an off-screen optical biometric identification technique, the off-screen optical biometric identification technique uses light returning from the top surface of the device display assembly for fingerprint sensing and other sensing operations. The returning light carries information of an object (e.g., a finger) in contact with the top surface, and a specific optical sensor module located below the display screen is implemented by capturing and detecting the returning light. The design of the particular optical sensor module may be such that the desired optical imaging is achieved by appropriately configuring the optical elements used to capture and detect the returned light.
It should be understood that the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application may be applied to various electronic devices, and more particularly, may be applied to an electronic device having a display screen. For example, portable or mobile computing devices such as smart phones, notebook computers, tablet computers, and game devices, and other electronic devices such as electronic databases, automobiles, and Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs), but the present application is not limited thereto.
It should also be understood that, the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application may perform other biometric identification besides fingerprint identification, for example, living body identification, and the like, which is also not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are schematic diagrams illustrating an electronic device 100 to which the off-screen biometric device can be applied, where fig. 1 is a schematic front view of the electronic device 100 to which the off-screen biometric device can be applied, and fig. 2 is a schematic partial sectional structure view of the electronic device 100 shown in fig. 1 along a '-a'.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the electronic device 100 may include a display screen 120 and an off-screen biometric device 140, wherein the display screen 120 has a display area 102 and the off-screen biometric device 140 is disposed below the display screen 120.
The display 120 may be a self-luminous display employing as display pixels self-luminous display units. For example, the display screen 120 may be an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display screen or a Micro-LED (Micro-LED) display screen. In other alternative embodiments, the Display screen 120 may also be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) or other passive light emitting Display screens, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
The display screen 120 may be a touch display screen, which not only can display images, but also can detect a touch or pressing operation of a user, so as to provide a human-computer interaction interface for the user. For example, in an embodiment, the electronic device 100 may include a Touch sensor, which may be embodied as a Touch Panel (TP), and may be disposed on a surface of the display screen 120, or may be partially integrated or entirely integrated inside the display screen 120, so as to form the Touch display screen.
The off-screen biometric device 140 may be an optical off-screen biometric device, which may include an optical biometric sensor having an optically sensitive array, such as an optical fingerprint sensor; the optical sensing array includes a plurality of optical sensing units, and the area of the optical sensing array is a biometric acquisition area of the off-screen biometric identification device 140, and the plurality of optical sensing units are used for acquiring fingerprint feature information (such as fingerprint image information) of a user.
The off-screen biometric device 140 may be disposed at least in a localized area beneath the display screen 120 such that the biometric acquisition area (or sensing area) of the off-screen biometric device 140 is at least partially within the display area 102 of the display screen 120.
As shown in fig. 1, the biometric acquisition area 130 is located within the display area 102 of the display screen 120. Therefore, when the user needs to unlock or verify other biological characteristics of the electronic device, the user only needs to press a finger on the biological characteristic acquisition area 130 of the display screen 120, so as to realize the input operation of the biological characteristics. Since the biometric acquisition and detection can be implemented inside the display area 102 of the display screen 120, the electronic device 100 adopting the above structure does not need a special reserved space on the front surface thereof to set a fingerprint key (such as a Home key), and thus a full-screen scheme can be adopted, that is, the display area 102 of the display screen 120 can be substantially extended to the whole front surface of the electronic device 100.
In the biometric feature recognition process, taking the OLED display screen as an example of the display screen 120, the display screen 120 has OLED display units arranged in an array, and the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 140 may use the OLED display unit (i.e., OLED light source) of the OLED display screen 120 located in the biometric feature acquisition area 130 as an excitation light source for biometric feature detection and recognition. Of course, it should be understood that in other alternative implementations, the off-screen biometric identification device 140 may also use an internal light source or an external light source to provide the light signal for biometric detection and identification, in which case the off-screen biometric identification device may be applied not only to a self-luminous display screen such as an OLED display screen, but also to a non-self-luminous display screen such as a liquid crystal display screen or other passive luminous display screen. Moreover, the optical sensing array of the underscreen biometric device 140 may be specifically a Photo detector array (or referred to as a Photo detector array), which includes a plurality of Photo detectors or Photo detectors distributed in an array, where the Photo detectors or Photo detectors may serve as the optical sensing unit as described above.
When a finger touches, presses or approaches (for convenience of description, this application refers to pressing) the biometric acquisition area 130, light emitted from the display unit of the biometric acquisition area 130 is reflected by the finger and forms reflected light, where the reflected light may carry fingerprint characteristic information of the finger of the user. For example, after the light is reflected by the fingerprint on the surface of the finger of the user, the reflected light carries the fingerprint information of the user because the reflected light of the ridges and the valleys of the fingerprint is different. The reflected light returns to the display screen 120 and is received by the photodetector array of the off-screen biometric identification device 140 therebelow and converted into a corresponding electrical signal, i.e., a biometric detection signal. The electronic device 100 may obtain the biometric information of the user based on the biometric detection signal, and may further perform biometric matching verification, thereby completing the identity verification of the current user to determine whether the user has the right to perform corresponding operations on the electronic device 100.
In other alternative embodiments, the off-screen biometric identification device 140 may also be disposed in the entire area below the display screen 120, so as to extend the biometric acquisition area 130 to the entire display area 102 of the entire display screen 120, thereby implementing full-screen biometric identification.
It should be understood that, in an implementation, the electronic device 100 may further include a protective cover plate 110 and/or a circuit board 150, the protective cover plate 110 may be a transparent cover plate, such as a glass cover plate or a sapphire cover plate, which is located above the display screen 120 and covers the front surface of the electronic device 100, and a surface of the protective cover plate 110 may be further provided with a protective layer. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, the pressing of the display screen 120 by the finger may actually mean that the finger presses the cover plate 110 above the display screen 120 or a surface of a protective layer covering the cover plate 110.
In one implementation, the sub-screen biometric identification device 140 may employ a periodic array of micro-holes to transmit light to the sensor array, which requires the optical fingerprint identification module to be attached to the sub-screen of the OLED, which is complicated in process and cost-prohibitive. In another implementation, the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 140 may employ an integrated microlens to transmit light to the sensing array, where the integrated microlens is designed to integrate the microlens and the sensing array into a whole to form an integrated module, and since the integrated module has a very high precision requirement in the mass production process, the general processing process cannot meet the actual requirements.
In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides an improved technical solution. Specifically, the off-screen biometric device 140 uses a lens to transmit light to the sensing array. More specifically, the off-screen biometric device 140 may include a holder and a lens barrel with a built-in lens, the lens being disposed below the display screen, the lens being configured to receive an optical signal from above the display screen, the optical signal being formed by reflection of a human finger, wherein the optical signal is used to detect biometric information of the finger; for example, the optical signal may be reflected light carrying fingerprint information of the finger as described above, which may be used to detect the fingerprint information of the finger. The support and the lens barrel are connected in a threaded connection mode, and the support is used for supporting the lens barrel.
It should be noted that in some scenarios, the lens in the embodiment of the present application needs to be configured as a component or device for modulating light, which is more precise and smaller than the assembly process of the front camera for taking pictures, so as to meet the requirement of precise focusing of the optical fingerprint under the screen.
Compared with the prior implementation mode (adopting the periodic micropore array to transmit light to the induction array), the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application avoids pasting the optical fingerprint identification module on the lower surface of the display screen, and only needs to set the biological characteristic identification device 140 under the screen below the display screen, for example, the lens is arranged below the display screen, so that the installation process of the biological characteristic identification device 140 under the screen is effectively simplified, the yield of batch property in the installation process of the biological characteristic identification device 140 under the screen is improved, the damage rate of the biological characteristic identification device 140 under the screen in the replacement process is reduced, and the cost is effectively reduced.
Compared with the latter implementation mode (the integral micro lens is adopted to transmit light to the induction array), the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application enables the optical imaging to be realized in a focusing mode in the process of assembling the under-screen biological characteristic recognition device 140 in a threaded connection mode between the support and the lens cone, so that the requirement on the processing technology is reduced, the problem that the integral module has high precision requirement in the mass production process is effectively solved, the problem that the integral module has high yield in the batch production and assembly process is solved, the problem that the optimal focal length of the integral module cannot be accurately aligned is solved, and the efficiency of under-screen biological characteristic recognition is improved.
The off-screen biometric authentication device 200 in the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 to 5. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, like reference numerals denote like parts in the embodiments of the present application, and a detailed description of the like parts is omitted in different embodiments for the sake of brevity.
Fig. 3-13 show schematic views of an off-screen biometric device 200, where fig. 3 is an oriented view of the off-screen biometric device 200. Fig. 4 is an orientation view of the cradle 230 in the off-screen biometric identification device 200 shown in fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an orientation view of the lens barrel 220 in the off-screen biometric device 200 shown in fig. 3. Fig. 6 is a partial sectional view of the underscreen biometric device 200 shown in fig. 3 along B '-B'.
As shown in fig. 3 to 6, the off-screen biometric recognition apparatus 200 may include: a lens 210, a lens barrel 220, and a holder 230. The lens 210 is disposed below the display screen, and the lens 210 is configured to receive a light signal from above the display screen, which is formed by reflection of a human finger. For example, after light emitted from the display screen is reflected by a finger above the display screen, a portion of the reflected light may be received by the lens 210. The lens 210 is fixed in the lens barrel 220. The bracket 230 is connected with the lens barrel 220 by means of a threaded connection, and the bracket 230 is used for supporting the lens barrel 220.
The display screen may be the display screen shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and for reference, the foregoing description about the display screen 120 may be referred to for related description, and for brevity, no further description is provided herein.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the lens 210 may include an aspheric lens or an aspheric lens group to reduce imaging distortion of the fingerprint image.
It should be noted that the focal length of the aspheric lens or the aspheric lens group may be smaller than that of the front camera for photographing or the lens 210 may be a macro lens, so as to meet the requirement of fingerprint recognition under the screen. For example, the focal length of the macro lens may range from 0.5mm to 1.8 mm. It should be noted that the range is merely an example range of the gap, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the focal length of the macro lens may also be 2 mm.
In assembling the underscreen biometric recognition device 200, a desired optical imaging may be achieved by adjusting the height of the lens barrel 220 by an auto-focusing machine.
To ensure that the lens barrel 220 after the height adjustment is stably fixed to the holder 230. Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a spot gluing structure may be formed between the lens barrel 220 and the bracket 230, and the threaded connection between the lens barrel 220 and the bracket 230 is fixed by performing spot gluing in the spot gluing structure. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the dispensing structure may include a first step structure 231 formed by extending the upper surface of the bracket 230 downward at a peripheral region of the screw hole, which may provide a receiving space for glue, so that the lens barrel 220 and the bracket 230 may be fixedly connected in a dispensing manner within the receiving space provided by the first step structure 231.
It is understood that the first stepped structure 231 may include one or more steps. The embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the first stepped structure 231 includes two steps.
It should also be understood that the threaded bore of the first step structure 231 along the upper surface of the bracket 230 may be continuous or discrete. The embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the first stepped structure 231 is present as a recessed ring along the screw hole of the upper surface of the bracket 230.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the lower surface of the bracket 230 may be thickened at a peripheral region of the threaded hole to increase the reliability of the threaded connection between the bracket 230 and the lens barrel 220. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the lower surface of the bracket 230 is formed with a first convex structure 233 extending downward at a peripheral region of the screw hole, and the lens 210 is mounted in the first convex structure 233. Specifically, the threaded hole of the first protruding structure 233 along the lower surface of the bracket 230 may be continuous or discrete, and the embodiment of the present application is not particularly limited.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the thickness of the portion of the stent 230 with a smaller thickness may be thickened to enhance the strength of the stent 230. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the lower surface of the bracket 230 is formed with a second convex structure 234 between the first convex structure 233 and the edge of the bracket 230. Specifically, the second protrusion structures 234 may be continuous or discrete in a certain direction, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
To ensure that the lens 210 can be stably fixed in the lens barrel 220. Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a structure for preventing the lens 210 from moving upward may be provided at a notch on the upper surface of the lens barrel 220. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the upper surface of the lens barrel 220 extends inward at the opening to form a third protrusion structure 222, and the third protrusion structure 222 is used for fixing the lens 210. Optionally, in another embodiment of the present application, in order to prevent the lens 210 from moving downward, the inner side surface of the lens barrel 220 and the lens 210 may be fixed by a glue material.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the upper surface of the third protruding structure 222 may be designed to be a specific structure, such as a funnel structure or a slope structure, so that the light signal reflected by the human finger from the display screen passes through the third protruding structure 222 as much as possible, thereby increasing the amount of the signal received by the lens 210. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the upper surface of the lens barrel 220 is formed with an oblique angle at the barrel opening by a chamfering process such that the inner diameter of the lens barrel 220 at the upper surface is larger than the inner diameter of the lens barrel 220 at the third protrusion structure 222.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, an additional space for accommodating glue may be provided between the inner side surface of the lens barrel 220 and the lens to increase the reliability of the fit between the inner side surface of the lens barrel 220 and the lens 210. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the inner side surface of the lens barrel 220 is formed with a second step structure 223 below the third protrusion structure 222, and the lens 210 is fixed within the lens barrel 220 by the second step structure 223. In particular, the second step structure 223 can greatly increase the accommodating space for glue.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a wall of the lens barrel 220 may be further thickened to increase the strength of the lens barrel 220. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the outer side surface of the lens barrel 220 may be formed with a fourth protrusion structure 224 below the third protrusion structure 222, and the fourth protrusion structure 224 is formed with an external thread thereon. By adopting the design structure, the strength of the cylinder body of the lens barrel 220 can be increased, the accommodating space of glue can be further increased, and the lens barrel 220 is more stably fixed on the bracket 230.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the upper surface of the lens barrel 220 may be formed with a structure for an auto-focusing machine to perform a focusing operation. For example, at least one fifth protrusion 221 is formed on the upper surface of the lens barrel 220 to extend outward in the edge region, and the fifth protrusion 221 is used for rotating the lens barrel 220 to adjust the distance between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250. It should be understood that the fifth protrusion structures 221 may be continuous or discrete in a certain direction, and the embodiments of the present application are not limited thereto. For example, as shown in fig. 3-6, the at least one fifth raised structure 221 is four protruding petals.
It should be understood that, in specific implementations, the lens 210, the lens barrel 220, and the bracket 230 may be designed with other structures. For example, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the lens 210 may be further designed with a size mark (a)225 of the lens 210, and the lens barrel 220 may be further designed with a size mark (a1)236 of the lens barrel 220 and a counter bore 235 for mounting. For example, as shown in fig. 3-6, different manufacturers of the counter bores may use different bore diameters and bore depths. For another example, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bracket 230 may also be designed with holes 237, such as threaded fixing holes, for fixing the bracket 230.
Fig. 7 to 9 are schematic diagrams of an off-screen biometric device 200 according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 7 is an orientation view of the under-screen biometric recognition device 200 integrated with the filter 260, the imaging chip 250, the circuit board, and the image processor 280, and fig. 8 is an orientation view of the filter 260, the imaging chip 250, the circuit board, and the image processor 280 in the under-screen biometric recognition device 200 shown in fig. 7. Fig. 9 is a schematic view of a partial cross-sectional structure of the underscreen biometric device 200 shown in fig. 7 along C '-C'.
In the embodiment of the present application, the light signal formed by the reflection of the human finger from the top of the display screen is modulated by the lens 210 and then can be used for imaging the fingerprint image.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 may further include:
and an imaging chip 250, the imaging chip 250 being disposed below the lens barrel 220, the imaging chip 250 being configured to perform imaging based on an optical signal passing through the lens 210, wherein a distance between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250 is adjusted by rotating the lens barrel 220. In other words, the distance between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250 may be adjusted by adjusting the height of the lens barrel 220.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a distance between the optical center of the lens 210 and the upper surface of the imaging chip 250 is equal to an imaging distance of the lens 210. Specifically, in the process of assembling the off-screen biometric authentication device 200, the adjustment of the distance between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250 may be achieved by adjusting the height of the lens barrel 220 through an auto-focusing machine, so as to achieve the desired imaging of the fingerprint image.
Alternatively, the imaging distance of the lens 210 may be greater than the focal length of the lens 210.
It should be understood that the distance between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250 may be a distance between an optical center of the lens 210 and the upper surface of the imaging chip 250, wherein the optical center of the lens 210 is a special point in the lens 210, and the propagation direction of light passing through the special point is not changed. The Optical center of the lens 210 is also called the Optical center (Optical center) of the lens 210.
In the embodiment of the present application, the imaging chip 250 receives the optical signal modulated by the lens 210 and obtains a biometric detection signal (e.g., a fingerprint image) based on the received optical signal, where the biometric detection signal is used for fingerprint identification. In other words, the imaging chip 250 first receives the optical signal modulated by the lens 210 and performs imaging based on the received optical signal to generate a fingerprint image; then, the fingerprint image is sent to an image processor, so that the image processor can process the image and obtain a fingerprint signal; and finally, carrying out fingerprint identification on the fingerprint signal through an algorithm.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the off-screen biometric recognition device 200 may further include a Circuit board for transmitting signals, for example, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the Circuit board may be a Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) 270.
The imaging chip 250 may be soldered to the FPC 270 through a pad, and electrical interconnection and signal transmission with other peripheral circuits or other elements of the electronic device 100 as shown in fig. 1 or 2 are realized through the FPC 270. For example, the imaging chip 250 may receive a control signal of a processing unit of the electronic device 100 through the FPC 270, and may output the biometric detection signal (e.g., a fingerprint image) to the processing unit or a control unit of the electronic device 100 through the FPC 270.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the under-screen biometric device 200 further includes a steel plate fixed to a lower surface of the flexible printed circuit board.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the off-screen biometric recognition device 200 may further include an image processor 280, and the image processor 180 is configured to receive a biometric detection signal (e.g., a fingerprint image) from the FPC 270 and perform fingerprint recognition based on the biometric detection signal.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the imaging chip 250 is fixed on the upper surface of the FPC 270, and the lower surface of the bracket 230 is fixedly connected to the edge region of the upper surface of the FPC 270 on the imaging chip 250.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9, when the bracket 230 is fixed on the upper surface of the FPC 270, the bracket 230 and the bracket of the FPC 270 may form a closed space, for example, to avoid the influence on the stability of the off-screen biometric device 200 due to too large or too small pressure in the closed space.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the bracket 230 is formed with the air vent 232, and the air vent 232 is used to adjust the air pressure strength of the inner space formed by the bracket 230 and the FPC 270.
In the embodiment of the present application, before the optical signal passing through the lens 210 reaches the imaging chip 250, the optical signal may be further filtered by an optical filter to filter out unwanted light.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, as an embodiment of the present application, the under-screen biometric device 200 further includes an optical filter 260, and the optical filter 260 is located between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250.
The filter 260 is used to reduce unwanted background light in fingerprint sensing to improve the optical sensing of the received light by the imaging chip 250. The filter 260 may be specifically configured to filter out ambient light wavelengths, such as near infrared light and portions of red light. For example, a human finger absorbs most of the energy of light with wavelengths below-580 nm, and the effect of ambient light on optical detection in fingerprint sensing can be greatly reduced if one or more optical filters or optical filter coatings can be designed to filter light with wavelengths from 580nm to infrared.
Optionally, in one embodiment of the present application, the filter 260 may include one or more optical filters, which may be configured as, for example, a band pass filter to allow transmission of light emitted by the OLED pixels while blocking other light components such as infrared light in sunlight. Such optical filtering may effectively reduce background light caused by sunlight when the underscreen biometric identification device 200 is used outdoors. The one or more optical filters may be implemented, for example, as optical filter coatings formed on one or more continuous interfaces, or may be implemented as one or more discrete interfaces. It should be understood that the filter 260 may be fabricated on the surface of any optical component or along the optical path to the imaging chip 250 for reflected light via finger reflection.
Fig. 9 only illustrates the filter 260 on the upper surface of the imaging chip 250, but the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the filter 260 may be attached to the bottom surface of the display, the surface of the prism, or the inside of the imaging chip 250.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the filter 260 provided in the lens barrel 220 according to the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 10, the filter 260 may be located within the lens barrel 220. In this case, in order to increase the stability of the filter 260 in the lens barrel 220, an edge region of the lower surface of the lens 210 may be formed with a protruding ring structure 226 extending downward, the lower surface of the protruding ring structure 226 contacts the filter 260, and an outer edge region of the protruding ring structure 226 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the filter 260 by gluing and fixing.
It should be understood that the number, the position, and the specific structure of the filter segments 260 shown in fig. 9 are only exemplary descriptions, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this. For example, whether to add one or more of the filter segments 260 may be determined according to actual requirements of the imaging chip 250.
When the filter 260 may be located in the lens barrel 220, the device 200 further includes: and a microlens array fixed on the upper surface of the imaging chip 250, the microlens array being used to image the optical signal passing through the lens 210 to the imaging pixel unit of the imaging chip 250. Alternatively, the microlens array includes a plurality of hemispherical lenses or prisms distributed in an array, and since the hemispherical lenses or prisms have a light-gathering function, the amount of signals received by the imaging chip 250 can be increased by adding the microlens array on the upper surface of the imaging chip 250.
In summary, the off-screen biometric device 200 in the embodiment of the present application can be compatible with and adapt to the mechanical structure of the imaging chip 250 integrated with the microlens array and the imaging chip 250 not integrated with the microlens array, which is more flexible in structure.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, each imaging pixel unit in the imaging chip 250 corresponds to one microlens in the microlens array.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the microlenses in the microlens array are hemispherical lenses, the imaging pixel unit is a polygon, and a diameter of the hemispherical lens is a length of a long side of the polygon.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an imaging chip integrated with a microlens array according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 11, when the imaging pixel unit is a square, the length of the hemispherical lens is directly about the side length of the square. For example, the side length of the imaging pixel unit and the diameter of the hemispherical lens are both 5 um.
It should be noted that, when the hemispherical lens on the imaging chip 250 is used, the thickness of the hemispherical lens may be 5um, but the module drawing of the hemispherical lens with the thickness of 5um is not shown in the millimeter-scale thickness. That is, the microlens array 251 shown in fig. 10 is merely an example, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
In other words, the dimensions of the thickness, the length, the width, and the like of the various components in the embodiments of the present application, and the dimensions of the entire thickness, the length, the width, and the like of the underscreen biometric device shown in the drawings are merely illustrative, and should not be construed as limiting the present application in any way.
In the embodiment of the present application, the device 200 for recognizing biological characteristics under a screen does not directly contact with the display screen, that is, the device 200 for recognizing biological characteristics under a screen and the display screen are separately designed.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, the bracket 230 in the off-screen biometric recognition device 200 is fixed below the display screen by a fixing frame, and the distance between the upper surface of the display screen and the optical center of the lens 210 satisfies the imaging condition.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the imaging condition may be the following optical imaging formula:
1/u+1/v=1/f。
where u represents the object distance, v represents the image distance, and f represents the focal length. I.e. the inverse of the object distance plus the inverse of the image distance equals the inverse of the focal length. In the embodiment of the present application, the distance between the upper surface of the display screen and the optical center of the lens 210 is the object distance, the distance between the optical center of the lens 210 and the upper surface of the imaging chip 250 is the image distance, and the focal length of the lens 210 is a fixed value.
In other words, when the bracket 230 is fixed below the display screen by the fixing frame, the distance between the upper surface of the display screen, the optical center of the lens 210, and the upper surface of the imaging chip 250 needs to satisfy the above optical imaging formula.
Specifically, the distance between the optical center of the lens 210 and the upper surface of the imaging chip 250 (i.e., the imaging distance of the lens 210) may be adjusted by adjusting the height of the lens barrel 220 through an auto-focusing machine to adjust the distance between the lens 210 and the imaging chip 250. Since the light received by the imaging chip 250 contains fingerprint signals and screen internal structure signals. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, a weak interchange condition can be further formed by adjusting the focal point of the lens 210, so that the imaging of the internal structure signal of the screen is blurred, but the imaging of the fingerprint signal is not affected.
In other words, the image distance (i.e. the distance between the optical center of the lens 210 and the upper surface of the imaging chip 250) in the above formula can be corrected. For example, a first imaging interface is shifted to a second imaging interface by a certain distance, and a distance between the second imaging interface and the optical center of the lens 210 is defined as a value after the image distance is corrected, wherein the first imaging interface is an interface with clearest imaging of the fingerprint signal, and the internal structure signal of the screen affects the imaging of the fingerprint signal, so that the fingerprint imaging does not meet the requirement of fingerprint identification.
It should be understood that the first imaging interface may be shifted in a direction close to the optical center of the lens 210, or may be shifted in a direction away from the optical center of the lens 210, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the first imaging interface may be offset by a distance of ± 10um to ± 50 um. It should be noted that the range is merely an example range of the gap, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
Fig. 12 is an oriented view of the foam attached to the upper surface of the cradle of the underscreen biometric identification device of the present application. As shown in fig. 12, the underscreen biometric device 200 may further include a foam 290, the foam 290 being disposed on an upper surface of the bracket 230. The foam 290 may be used to seal against dust.
In this embodiment, the device 200 for identifying the biological characteristics under the screen can be installed under the display screen by being fixedly connected to an easily detachable device inside the terminal device.
In other words, the easily detachable device may serve as a fixing frame between the underscreen biometric device 200 and the display screen 320. The off-screen biometric recognition apparatus 200 may be fixedly disposed below the display screen in a non-contact manner by using other auxiliary components. For example, the off-screen biometric identification device 200 may be secured to the mount and fixedly disposed below the display screen via the mount.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, when the off-screen biometric recognition apparatus is applied to a mobile terminal (e.g., a smart phone), the off-screen biometric recognition apparatus 200 and the display screen may be fixed below the display screen through a middle frame or other components of the mobile terminal.
Fig. 13 to 18 are schematic views in which the bracket 230 is disposed under the display screen 320 through the middle frame 370. As shown in fig. 13 to 18, the off-screen biometric recognition apparatus 200 may be fixedly disposed below the display screen 320. The display screen 320 may be the OLED display screen 120 shown in fig. 1 and 2, and the off-screen biometric device 200 may be the off-screen biometric device 140 shown in fig. 1 and 2, and may specifically include the lens 210, the lens barrel 220, the holder 230, the imaging chip 250, the filter 260, the FPC 270, and the foam 290. The off-screen biometric device 200 may be used to capture a fingerprint or other biometric and may have a biometric capture area at least partially within the display area of the display screen 320. The specific structure, function and biometric detection and identification process of the display screen 320 and the off-screen biometric device 200 can refer to the above description of the OLED display screen 120 and the off-screen biometric device 140, and will not be described herein again.
The middle frame 370 is a frame of the electronic device disposed between the display screen 320 and the rear cover and used for carrying various internal components, including but not limited to a battery, a main board, a camera, a cable, various sensors, a microphone, an earphone, and other components.
The middle frame 370 may be made of metal or alloy material, or even plastic material, in which case, the middle frame 370 may even be integrally formed with the frame of the mobile terminal, and the integrally formed inner middle frame and frame are one piece. For example, the frame may be a metal border only, or a metal-like coating may be applied to the middle frame. Further, the middle frame 370 may also be a composite middle frame, for example, including an inner middle frame and an outer middle frame, where the inner middle frame is used to carry mobile phone components (e.g., the bracket 230), the outer middle frame is outside the inner middle frame, the outer edge of the outer middle frame is provided with mobile phone keys, and the inner middle frame and the outer middle frame are integrated into a whole.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, there is a gap between the off-screen biometric identification device 200 and the display screen 320.
It should be understood that the gap between the sub-screen biometric identification device 200 and the display screen 320 is intended to enable the distance between the upper surface of the display screen and the optical center of the lens 210 to satisfy the imaging condition, and the size and the specific meaning of the gap are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
For example, the gap may be determined by a manufacturer by debugging during the installation of the biometric device 200, or may be specified by each manufacturer.
For another example, the gap may be a distance between an upper surface of the lens barrel 220 and a lower surface of the display screen 320, or may be a distance between an upper surface of the bracket 230 and a lower surface of the display screen 320.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a gap width of a gap between the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 and the display screen 320 may be greater than or equal to a first distance, where the first distance is a minimum distance at which the lens barrel 220 and the display screen 320 do not touch when the terminal device is in a shock state such as falling or collision.
For example, the gap width may range from: 0.3mm-1 mm. It should be noted that the range is merely an example range of the gap, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
It should be understood that, although the middle frame 370 is taken as an example of a fixed frame in the above embodiments, in other embodiments, the off-screen biometric recognition apparatus 200 may be installed below the display screen 320 by being fixedly connected to any device that is easily detached inside the terminal device, and a gap is ensured between the off-screen biometric recognition apparatus 200 and the display screen 320. As long as the off-screen biometric authentication device 200 can be fixedly disposed below the display screen 320 in a non-contact manner. In other embodiments, the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 may also be fixed to a detachable device such as a rear cover, a main board, and a battery of the mobile terminal, and further fixed below the display screen 320.
Because the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 is disposed under the display screen 320 in a non-contact manner and does not contact the lower surface of the display screen 320, that is, the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 and the display screen 320 are completely decoupled, damage to the display screen 320 during detachment of the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 is avoided.
In addition, since the underscreen biometric device 200 and the lower surface of the display screen 320 are not in contact with each other, a fixed gap is maintained therebetween, and the gap may be an air gap (air gap) not filled with any auxiliary material, which may ensure that the underscreen biometric device 200 does not contact the lower surface of the display screen 320 when the display screen 320 is pressed or the terminal device falls or collides, and may not affect the biometric stability and performance of the underscreen biometric device 200.
To sum up, this application embodiment through with biological feature recognition device 200 under the screen with the lower surface of display screen 320 carries out the separation design, can reduce the dismantlement biological feature recognition device 200's under the screen degree of difficulty, and then improves terminal equipment's maintainability. Further, the complexity of installing the underscreen biometric device 200 below the display screen 320 in the production process of the underscreen biometric device can be reduced, the production success rate of the underscreen biometric device is improved, and the production cost is reduced. In addition, the biometric stability and performance of the underscreen biometric device 200 is not affected.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13 to 15, the foam 290 is disposed between the upper surface of the bracket 230 and the lower surface of the middle frame 370. The foam 290 not only can be used for sealing and dust prevention, but also can be used for attaching the bracket 230 and the middle frame 370.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the position relationship between the display screen 320 and the middle frame 370 is relatively fixed.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 13, an edge region of the upper surface of the middle frame 370 is attached to the lower surface of the display screen 320, and a gap may also exist between a region of the upper surface of the middle frame 370 other than the edge and the display screen 320.
Wherein, the edge region of the upper surface of the middle frame 370 and the lower surface of the display screen 320 can be understood as: the display screen 320 and the middle frame 370 are fixedly connected with each other in a manner that the edge of the lower surface of the display screen 320 is attached to the edge of the upper surface of the middle frame 370.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 performs biometric identification in an optical manner, for example, when performing optical fingerprint identification, the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 needs to detect the reflected light formed by the reflection of the light signal emitted by the display screen 320 by the finger.
In an alternative, as shown in fig. 13, the middle frame 370 is formed with an opening 371 at an installation region of the under-screen biometric device 200, the under-screen biometric device 200 is disposed below the opening 371, and the optical sensing array thereof is disposed opposite to the lower surface of the display screen 320 through the opening 371. Therefore, when the underscreen biometric identification device 200 is disposed on the lower surface of the middle frame 370, it is ensured that the underscreen biometric identification device 200 can receive the reflected light through the opening 371,
it should be understood that the size of the opening 371 is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application. For example, the size of the aperture 371 of the bezel 370 may be smaller than or equal to the size of the underscreen biometric device 200. For another example, the size of the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 may be larger than or equal to the size of the lens barrel 220.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, the size of the aperture 371 of the bezel 370 may be smaller than the size of the underscreen biometric device 200.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 16, a size of the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 is larger than a size of the lens barrel 220, and a size of the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 is smaller than a size of the underscreen biometric device 200. In this case, the lens barrel 220 may be partially accommodated in the opening 371 of the middle frame 370, and a buffer space may be formed between the lens barrel 220 and the middle frame 370, which may ensure that the lens barrel 220 does not contact the middle frame 370 when the middle frame 370 is pressed or the terminal device falls or collides, and may not affect the biometric identification stability and performance of the underscreen biometric identification apparatus 200.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the size of the aperture 371 of the bezel 370 may be larger than the size of the underscreen biometric identification device 200.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, the off-screen biometric identification device 200 may be secured directly to the bezel 370.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the side surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixedly connected with the hole wall of the opening 371; alternatively, the edge of the upper surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixedly connected to the lower surface of the middle frame 370 in the area around the opening 371.
Fig. 13 and 14 are schematic structural views of a direct fixed connection between the underscreen biometric device 200 and the middle frame 370. For example, as shown in fig. 13, the edge of the upper surface of the underscreen biometric identification device 200 may be fixedly connected with the region of the lower surface of the middle frame 370 around the opening 371. More specifically, for example, as shown in fig. 14, the upper surface of the bracket 230 and the middle frame are fixedly coupled to the lower surface of the middle frame 370 at a region around the opening 371.
In the embodiment of the present application, the manner of directly and fixedly connecting the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 and the middle frame 370 is merely an exemplary description, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, in other alternative embodiments, the off-screen biometric identification device 200 may also be fixedly connected to the middle frame 370 via a connector.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 may further include: the module bracket 330, the module bracket 330 may be used as a connecting member between the bracket 230 and the middle frame 370, for realizing a fixed connection therebetween.
Alternatively, in an embodiment of the present application, a side surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixedly connected to an inner side surface of the module bracket 330, or an edge of an upper surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixedly connected to a lower surface of the module bracket 330; the outer surface of the module holder 330 is fixedly connected to the wall of the opening 371, or the upper surface of the module holder 330 is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the middle frame 370 in the area around the opening 371 (i.e., at the edge of the opening).
Fig. 15 to 18 are schematic structural views of the under-screen biometric device 200 fixedly connected to the middle frame 370 through the module holder 330.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15, the side surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixed to the inner side surface of the module holder 330, and the edge of the upper surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 and the upper surface of the module holder 330 may be simultaneously fixed to the region of the lower surface of the middle frame 370 around the opening 371 (i.e., the edge of the aperture).
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 16, the side surface of the bracket 230 may be fixed to the inner side surface of the module bracket 330, and the edge of the upper surface of the bracket 230 and the upper surface of the module bracket 330 may be simultaneously fixed to the area of the lower surface of the middle frame 370 around the opening 371 (i.e., the edge of the aperture).
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 17 and 16, the size of the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 is larger than the size of the underscreen biometric device 200, and the underscreen biometric device 200 is fixed to the middle frame 370 by the module bracket 330.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 17, the edge of the upper surface of the underscreen biometric identification device 200 is fixed to the area of the lower surface of the middle frame 370 around the opening 371 (i.e., at the edge of the aperture) by the module holder 330.
Alternatively, in one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 18, the upper surface edge of the bracket 230 is fixed to the lower surface of the middle frame 370 at the area around the opening 371 (i.e., the opening edge) by the module bracket 330.
By adopting the design structure shown in fig. 17 and 18, the upper surface of the module bracket 330 may be higher than the upper surface of the under-screen biometric device 200, so as to ensure a gap between the under-screen biometric device 200 and the display screen 320. On the other hand, since the upper surface of the module bracket 330 is higher than the upper surface of the sub-screen biometric device 200, the sub-screen biometric device 200 can be fixedly connected to at least one surface of the module bracket 330, so that the contact area between the sub-screen biometric device 200 and the module bracket 330 is increased, and the stability of the fixed connection can be increased when the sub-screen biometric device 200 and the module bracket 330 are fixedly connected by a double-sided adhesive or glue fixing method.
It should be understood that the fixed connection referred to in the embodiments of the present application includes, but is not limited to, the following connection means: a screw fixing mode, a double-sided adhesive fixing mode, a glue fixing mode, a welding fixing mode and a coupling fixing mode.
It should be appreciated that the module holder 330 is primarily used to fixedly couple the underscreen biometric device 200 to the bezel 370 and to allow a gap between the underscreen biometric device 200 and the display screen 320. The position and/or specific structure of the module holder 330 shown in fig. 14 are only examples, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
For example, in other embodiments, in order to increase the stability of the fixed connection between the underscreen biometric device 200 and the module holder 330, the module holder 330 may further be provided with a cavity structure, the cavity structure is aligned with the opening 371 of the middle frame 370, which may provide a receiving space for the underscreen biometric device 200, and the underscreen biometric device 200 is at least partially received and fixed in the cavity structure. For example, the side surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 is fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the module holder 330 via the cavity structure.
Further, in order to ensure that the under-screen biometric device 200 has certain stability through the fixed connection between the cavity structure and the module bracket 330, as an embodiment, the shape of the cavity structure may be the shape of the under-screen biometric device 200. As another embodiment, the cavity structure can be further optimized. For example, the top edge of the cavity structure of the module holder 330 may extend inward to form a ring-shaped fixing portion, and the edge of the upper surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixed to the lower surface of the ring-shaped fixing portion, while the upper surface of the ring-shaped fixing portion is flush with the upper surface of the main body of the module holder 330. By using the annular fixing part of the module bracket 330, the connection between the inside of the cavity structure and the module bracket 330 of the device 200 for recognizing biological characteristics under the screen can be more stable, and at the moment, the upper surface of the module bracket 330 is higher than the upper surface of the device 200 for recognizing biological characteristics under the screen, and the height difference between the two can further increase the gap width between the display screen 320 and the device 200 for recognizing biological characteristics under the screen.
In addition, the middle frame 370 of the terminal device may be a metal middle frame or an aluminum alloy middle frame, which may have a relatively thin or thick thickness and may not satisfy the width requirement of the gap between the display screen 320 and the underscreen biometric device 200. Therefore, in order to ensure that the gap between the off-screen biometric recognition device 200 and the display screen 320 has a sufficient width in the embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment of the present application, the structural design of the middle frame 370 may be further optimized. The structure of the middle frame 370 of the embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In an actual product, if the thickness of the middle frame 370 is small, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a thickening process may be performed on the mounting region of the underscreen biometric device 200 on the middle frame 370.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the middle frame 370 may be formed with an opening 371 at the installation position, and an edge of the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 may also extend downward to form a sixth protruding structure. The underscreen biometric identification device 200 may be mounted directly or secured to the lower surface of the sixth raised structure via a modular mount 330.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the edge of the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 may also extend downward to form a convex ring, wherein the underscreen biometric identification device 200 may be located inside the convex ring after being mounted to the middle frame 370. Further, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the underscreen biometric identification device 200 may also be secured within the collar via the modular mount 330. The convex ring can ensure that the middle frame 370 has high strength after the peripheral region of the opening 371 is thinned, and can also protect the underscreen biometric device 200 inside the middle frame.
In practical products, if the thickness of the middle frame 370 is thicker, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the mounting area of the underscreen biometric device 200 on the middle frame 370 may also be thinned.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the lower surface of the middle frame 370 may be provided with a groove structure in a region around the opening 371. The underscreen biometric device 200 may be mounted directly or secured into the recessed configuration via a modular mount 330. For example, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the lower surface of the middle frame 370 extends upward at the edge of the opening facing away from the display screen 320 to form a groove structure, and the underscreen biometric device 200 is fixed in the groove structure by the module bracket 330.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the upper surface of the middle frame 370 may be thinned in the peripheral region of the opening 371. For example, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the upper surface of the middle frame 370 is formed with a third step structure at an edge region of the opening 371. That is, the thickness of the middle frame 370 at the peripheral region of the opening 371 is smaller than the thickness of the main body of the middle frame 370.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the height difference of the third step structure may also be used as a part of the gap between the display screen 320 and the sub-screen biometric identification device 200.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 18, the upper surface of the middle frame 370 is formed with a third step structure in an edge region of the opening 371, and the lower surface of the middle frame 370 may be provided with a groove structure in a surrounding region of the opening 371.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, the opening 371 of the middle frame 370 may be chamfered toward the edge of the opening of the display screen 320 to form a bevel, which may further facilitate the reflected light entering the underscreen biometric device 200 from the opening 371 of the middle frame 370, so as to improve the biometric detection performance and the detection efficiency of the underscreen biometric device.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the oblique angle extends to an edge of the aperture of the lower surface of the middle frame facing away from the display screen, such that the gap includes a projected height of a plane on which the oblique angle is located in a direction perpendicular to the display screen.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14 to 18, when the off-screen biometric authentication apparatus 200 is applied to a terminal device, it may further include: a cover plate 310.
The cover plate 310 may be a transparent protective cover plate, such as a glass cover plate or a sapphire cover plate, which may cover the display screen 120, and a lower surface of the cover plate 310 may be attached to an upper surface (i.e., a display surface) of the display screen 320. The display screen 320 and the cover plate 310 may be connected by an adhesive layer, or may be connected by other connection methods, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Through the above analysis, it can be found that, in the embodiment of the present application, through the design of separating the sub-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 from the display screen 320, for example, the sub-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 may be fixed on the middle frame 370 or the rear cover structure, thereby solving the problems of difficulty in detachment, easiness in damaging the display screen 320, high difficulty in process attachment, and the like caused by the fact that the sub-screen biometric feature recognition device directly attaches the sub-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 to the display screen 320.
In addition, in this embodiment of the application, a gap is formed between the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 and the lower surface of the display screen 320, and the gap can ensure that the under-screen biometric feature recognition device 200 does not contact the lower surface of the display screen 320 when the display screen 320 is pressed or the terminal device falls or collides, so as to avoid damaging the display screen 320.
It should be understood that fig. 13 to 18 are only examples in which the off-screen biometric identification device 200 is attached to the lower surface of the middle frame 370, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, in other alternative embodiments, the off-screen biometric recognition device 200 may be disposed on the top surface or inside the middle frame 370 such that a gap having a predetermined width is maintained between the off-screen biometric recognition device 200 and the display screen 320. In a specific implementation manner, the upper surface of the middle frame 370 may be formed with a groove structure, and the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixed in the groove structure, and the groove structure may be used to provide a receiving space for the underscreen biometric device 200.
Further alternatively, the underscreen biometric device 200 shown in fig. 17 and 18 may be mounted inside the opening 331 of the module holder 330, for example, the outer side surface of the underscreen biometric device 200 may be fixed to the inner side surface of the opening 331. In other words, the connection manner between the components in the off-screen biometric device 200 is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In the embodiment of the present application, the off-screen biometric apparatus 200 may also be referred to as a biometric module. The photodetector array, which may also be referred to as a photosensor array, may transmit light from the lens 210. For example, the photosensor array may employ an array of photodiodes by which an optical signal is converted into an electrical signal, so that imaging can be performed based on the electrical signal.
In the embodiment of the application, the biological characteristic identification assembly comprises an under-screen biological characteristic identification device and a module bracket; when the biological characteristic recognition component is applied to the under-screen biological characteristic recognition device or the terminal equipment, the biological characteristic recognition component can be directly installed on a middle frame or a fixing frame of the terminal equipment, and when the under-screen biological characteristic recognition device or the under-screen biological characteristic recognition device of the terminal equipment is damaged, the damaged biological characteristic recognition component can be replaced, so that the maintenance and device replacement complexity of replacing the under-screen biological characteristic recognition device can be further reduced, and the damage to the display screen is avoided.
The embodiment of the application also provides electronic equipment, the electronic equipment can include display screen and the biological feature recognition device under the screen in the above-mentioned various embodiments of the application, the biological feature recognition device sets up in the below of display screen under the screen to make the distance between the optical center of the camera lens in the upper surface of display screen and the biological feature recognition device under the screen satisfy the imaging condition. .
