Furthermore, the front plate also comprises a front lower plate positioned below the highest point of the opening, the front lower plate is a single-layer plate, and the single-layer plate is arranged in parallel with the outer plate.
Furthermore, the water inlet box is further included, one end of a hollow interlayer in the machine body is communicated with the water inlet box, the other end of the hollow interlayer is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is arranged right opposite to the water collecting tank.
Furthermore, the door body comprises an outer door and an inner door, the inner door is rotatably arranged on the outer door, when the door body is closed, the outer door can seal and close the opening on the machine body, and the inner door is hermetically connected with the inner cylinder; the water collecting tank is arranged at the top of the outer door.

The inner drum of the drum washing machine is a non-porous inner drum with no dewatering holes on the drum wall, and when the drum washing machine is used for washing, washing water is contained in the inner drum, and the inner drum rotates to wash clothes. The drum washing machine of the present invention has no outer tub, and this can increase the volume of the inner tub and the capacity of the drum washing machine. In addition, the inner cylinder is filled with water, so that the problem that the outer wall of the inner cylinder and the inner wall of the outer cylinder are easy to store dirt and dirty as the washing water of the existing washing machine enters between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and accumulates along with time is solved.
Because the drum washing machine realizes washing by lifting/beating clothes through rotation of the inner drum, the outer drum of the existing drum washing machine mainly has the function of containing water, and the sealing is realized by the sealing connection of the outer drum and the machine body because the outer drum is fixed. The drum washing machine of the embodiment creatively designs the inner cylinder into the nonporous inner cylinder, and the inner cylinder is horizontally arranged, so that the throwing port end of the inner cylinder is in relative rotary sealing connection with the door body, the sealing property of the inner cylinder is ensured, the water containing function of the inner cylinder is realized, and the rotation of the inner cylinder is not influenced to realize the washing and dewatering functions.
The drum washing machine of the invention realizes water inlet from the interior of the door body according to the structural characteristics of the sealing connection between the door body and the inner barrel, in addition, because the door body needs to be opened and closed to take and place clothes, the invention also needs to not influence the opening and closing of the door body when water is fed through the door body, therefore, the invention is provided with a hollow interlayer in the machine body at the upper part of the door body, a water inlet channel is arranged in the hollow interlayer, and the water inlet channel is opposite to a water collecting tank, thus, the fed water enters the water collecting tank from the water inlet channel and then enters the inner barrel from a communicating pipe.
The water collecting groove is arranged on the door body, so that water can be fed into the water inlet channel in the hollow interlayer, water can be fed into the inner barrel, and normal opening and closing of the door body cannot be influenced.

A drum washing machine according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment includes a machine body 7, a door body and an inner drum 4, wherein the inner drum 4 is rotatably disposed in the machine body 7, and the inner drum 4 contains water during a washing process; the front part of the inner cylinder 4 is provided with a feeding opening for taking and putting clothes, and the door body can be opened/closed and is arranged at the front part of the machine body 7 and corresponds to the feeding opening of the inner cylinder 4; the input port end of the inner cylinder 4 is in sealing connection with the door body in a relatively rotatable manner.
The inner drum 4 of the drum washing machine of the embodiment is a non-porous inner drum with no dewatering holes on the drum wall, and when washing, washing water is contained in the inner drum 4, and the inner drum 4 rotates to wash clothes. The drum washing machine of the present embodiment can eliminate the outer tub, so that the volume of the inner tub 4 can be increased to increase the capacity of the drum washing machine without changing the size of the machine body. In addition, the inner cylinder 4 is filled with water, so that the problem that the outer wall of the inner cylinder and the inner wall of the outer cylinder are easy to store dirt and dirty as the washing water of the existing washing machine enters between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and accumulates along with time is solved.
Because the drum washing machine realizes washing by lifting/beating clothes through the rotation of the inner drum 4, the outer drum of the existing drum washing machine mainly has the function of containing water, and the sealing is realized by the sealing connection of the outer drum and the machine body generally because the outer drum is fixed. The drum washing machine of the embodiment creatively designs the inner barrel 4 into the non-porous inner barrel, and because the inner barrel 4 is horizontally arranged, the throwing port end of the inner barrel 4 is in relative rotary sealing connection with the door body, so that the sealing performance of the inner barrel 4 is ensured, the water containing function of the inner barrel 4 is realized, and the rotation of the inner barrel 4 is not influenced to realize the washing and dewatering functions.

As an implementation manner of this embodiment, the machine body 7 of this embodiment includes a front plate, an opening is opened on the front plate corresponding to the input opening of the inner cylinder 4, the front plate includes a front upper plate located above the highest point of the opening, the front upper plate includes two layers of plates, namely an outer plate 29 and an inner plate 28, and a hollow interlayer 24 is formed between the inner plate 28 and the outer plate 29.
Further, the front plate of the present embodiment further includes a front lower plate located below the highest point of the opening, the front lower plate is a single-layer plate, and the single-layer plate is flush with the outer plate. Like this to guarantee the sealed laminating of door body and whole front bezel and in order to realize sealedly.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment further comprises a water inlet box 1, one end of a hollow interlayer 24 in the machine body is communicated with the water inlet box 1, the other end of the hollow interlayer 24 is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet is over against the water collecting tank 23.

Specifically, the outer door 18 of this embodiment includes an outer door cover located outside the machine body 7 and covering the opening, and an outer door body extending into the opening of the machine body, a top side wall of the outer door body is partially recessed downward to form a water collection tank 23, and a water outlet of the hollow interlayer 24 is located right above the water collection tank 23.
Since the drum washing machine inevitably causes vibration of the inner tub 4 during operation, the inner tub 4 of the present embodiment is hermetically connected to the door, and therefore, in consideration of the vibration of the inner tub 4, the inner side of the outer door 18 of the present embodiment is connected to a shaft body 17 through a damper, and the inner door 19 is rotatably mounted on the shaft body 17 through a bearing 27.
Specifically, the damping device of the present embodiment includes damping springs 15 and a connecting plate 20, the damping springs 15 are installed inside the outer door 18, the other ends of the damping springs 15 are connected to the connecting plate 20, and the connecting plate 20 is fixedly connected to the shaft body 17; a bearing seat 16 is fixed at the outer center of the inner door 19, and the bearing 27 is installed in the bearing seat 16 and is in interference fit with the shaft body 17.
Meanwhile, the shaft body 17 is hollow in the present embodiment, one end of the second water inlet pipe 21 is communicated with the water collecting tank 23, and the other end of the second water inlet pipe is introduced into the inner cylinder 4 through the shaft body 17.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, in this embodiment, the side wall of the outer door 18 and the side wall of the inner door 19 are connected through an elastic sealing sleeve 26, one end of the elastic sealing sleeve 26 is fixedly connected to the side wall of the outer door 18 in a sealing manner, and the other end of the elastic sealing sleeve 26 is in sealing contact with the side wall of the inner door 19; the outer door 18, the elastic sealing sleeve 26 and the inner door 19 enclose a closed cavity, and the second water inlet pipe 21 is arranged in the closed cavity.
The damping device, the shaft body, the bearing and other components of the embodiment are arranged in the sealing cavity, and the sealing performance is better.
The water inlet device of this embodiment still includes water box 1, first inlet tube 24 and water box 1 between communicate through first coupling hose 25, communicate through second coupling hose 22 between second inlet tube 21 and the water catch bowl 23.
The water box 1 of the present embodiment is connected to a third water inlet pipe 2, and the third water inlet pipe 2 is connected to a water tap to introduce tap water into the water box 1.
In order to realize the drainage of the drum washing machine of the present embodiment, the drum washing machine of the present embodiment further comprises an outer drum 5, the front end of the outer drum 5 is fixed on the inner wall of the machine body 7, the inner drum 4 is rotatably arranged in the outer drum 5, and the side wall of the inner drum 4 is provided with a centrifugal valve 11.
The centrifugal valve 11 of this embodiment includes valve plug and spring, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the valve plug of centrifugal valve keeps normally closed state under the spring action of spring when not receiving centrifugal force, reaches certain rotational speed when the inner tube, and centrifugal valve plug receives centrifugal force to open automatically to realize the drainage.
The present embodiment utilizes the working principle of the centrifugal valve 11 to control the drainage of the inner cylinder 4 by controlling the rotation thereof.
Specifically, in the drum washing machine of the present embodiment, the centrifugal valve 11 is closed, water is contained in the inner tub 4, and no water is present between the inner tub 4 and the outer tub 5, and in the dehydration process, the centrifugal valve 11 is opened, and the washing water is discharged from the centrifugal valve 11 to between the inner tub 4 and the outer tub 5 and discharged from the outer tub 5. Of course, the water can be drained by controlling the inner drum 4 to rotate at a high speed to open the centrifugal valve 11 during the washing process.
As a preferable implementation manner of this embodiment, the diameter of the input end of the inner cylinder 4 is smaller than the diameter of the bottom of the inner cylinder, and the side wall of the inner cylinder 4 is arranged from the input end to the inner cylinder bottom in an inclined and upward manner; the centrifugal valves 11 comprise a plurality of centrifugal valves which are uniformly distributed along the periphery of the side wall of the inner cylinder close to the bottom of the inner cylinder. The structural design of the inner cylinder 4 and the distribution mode of the centrifugal valves 11 can be better beneficial to discharging the washing water under the action of high-speed centrifugation.
In the present embodiment, the outer cylinder 5 is provided with an outer cylinder drain port corresponding to the position of the centrifugal valve, the outer cylinder drain port is connected to a main drain pipe 12, and the main drain pipe 12 is connected to a drain valve 13.
The front end of the outer cylinder 5 of the embodiment is fixed on the inner wall of the machine body 7, in order to realize the shock absorption of the inner cylinder 4, the drum washing machine of the embodiment further comprises a central rotating shaft 9, a driving device 10 and a supporting shock absorption device, wherein the inner cylinder 4 is in transmission connection with the driving device 10 through the central rotating shaft 9; the supporting and damping device comprises a supporting frame 6, a damping hanging spring 3 and a damper 14, one end of the supporting frame 6 is sleeved on the central rotating shaft 9 and is in supporting connection with the central rotating shaft 9 through a bearing, and the other end of the supporting frame extends to the periphery of the outer cylinder 5 and is used for installing the hanging spring 3 and the damper 14.
The drum washing machine of the embodiment can also solve the problem of drainage through the following implementation mode, and the specific scheme is as follows:
the central shaft 9 of the drum washing machine of this embodiment is hollow to provide a water flow passage for draining water, and this embodiment can eliminate the use of a centrifugal valve.
In the embodiment, the water flow passage is arranged in the central rotating shaft 9, so that the drainage of the washing machine can enter and exit from the water flow passage, and the rotation of the inner barrel does not influence the water inlet and the drainage.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, one end of the central rotating shaft 9 extends out of the driving device 10, the extending end of the central rotating shaft 9 is rotatably mounted on a communicating member through a bearing, and the communicating member has a communicating channel therein, and the communicating channel communicates the water flow passage with the water inlet device/the water outlet device.
The present invention is described in detail by taking the example of realizing drainage through the water flow channel in the central rotating shaft 9 as an example, and the water flow channel in the central rotating shaft 9 of the present embodiment is communicated with a drainage device to realize a drainage function. Specifically, drainage device described in this embodiment includes drain pipe and self priming pump, and the water inlet of self priming pump passes through the rivers runner intercommunication in drain pipe and the central pivot.
Because the central rotating shaft 9 is positioned at the center of the bottom of the inner barrel 4 and is not positioned at the lowest position of the inner barrel, in order to ensure that the washing water in the inner barrel 4 is better discharged, the inner wall of the rear barrel bottom of the inner barrel 4 is provided with a water collecting device for collecting water in the dehydration and/or drainage process, and the water collecting device is communicated with the water flow channel; in the dehydration and/or drainage process, the water collecting device collects the water in the inner barrel and discharges the water under the suction action of the self-sucking pump.
Specifically, the water-collecting device of this embodiment has the chamber and the runner of catchmenting, the chamber that catchments set up at the back bobbin base inner wall center of inner tube 4 and be linked together with the rivers runner in the central pivot 9, the runner of catchmenting set up at the back bobbin base inner wall of inner tube, catchment runner's one end and the chamber intercommunication of catchmenting, the other end extends towards the inner wall of inner tube 4.
Preferably, the water collecting flow passage comprises a plurality of water collecting flow passages which are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the rear cylinder bottom of the inner cylinder 4.
In order to cooperate with a water collecting device to collect water, one end, opposite to the rear cylinder bottom, of the inner cylinder 4 is a front cylinder cover, the diameter of the front cylinder cover is smaller than that of the rear cylinder bottom, and the side wall of the inner cylinder 4 is obliquely and upwards arranged from the front cylinder cover to the rear cylinder bottom.
In order to realize the water collecting effect of the water collecting device, the inner cylinder 4 is rotated in coordination with the rotation of the inner cylinder 4, the washing water is gathered on the surface of the side wall of the inner cylinder 4 under the centrifugal action, and the washing water is gathered from the front cylinder cover to the bottom of the rear cylinder along the inclined side wall of the inner cylinder 4 due to the inclined structure of the side wall and is introduced into the water collecting cavity through the water collecting flow channel arranged at the position.
Therefore, in the dehydration process of the drum washing machine of the embodiment, the water collection and drainage are realized by means of the high-speed rotation of the inner drum 4, the drainage process can be added to the drainage after the washing process, and the drainage is realized by improving the high-speed rotation of the inner drum 4.
As a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the water collecting device described in this embodiment includes a cover plate, and the cover plate is installed on the inner wall of the rear cylinder bottom of the inner cylinder: the cover plate is internally provided with a closed hollow cavity to form a water collecting cavity and a water collecting flow channel, or the cover plate is internally provided with an open groove, and the cover plate is connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the inner cylinder at the rear cylinder bottom in a sealing manner to seal the groove to form the water collecting cavity and the water collecting flow channel.
As a preferred embodiment of this embodiment, the upper surface of the water collecting device is configured with a protrusion structure protruding from the bottom of the inner tub, and the protrusion structure can lift the laundry during washing, thereby improving the washing effect.
