Abstract
本发明公开了一种导电薄膜涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:先制备固含量为5‑15%的表面活性剂的分散液,接着制备固含量为10‑20%的导电剂分散液,然后将表面活性剂的分散液加到导电剂分散液中,充分搅拌混合得到复合浆液,再将复合浆液涂覆在基板上获得薄膜,最后经过80‑120℃加热即得到涂布于基板上的导电涂层。本发明的导电涂层制备工艺简单,均匀性好,提高了基板的导电性和附着力。

技术领域
本发明涉及薄膜涂层领域,具体是一种导电薄膜涂层的制备方法。
背景技术
薄膜涂层在各领域具有广泛的应用,特别是导电涂层是许多应用的基本构成,包括能源、导电、光电领域等。目前,薄膜涂层一般通过高温离子溅射、化学气相沉积、外延生长、旋转涂覆等方法制备的,这些方法或高温高耗能,或所用设备昂贵,或工艺繁琐不易实现,或量小不易工业化,严重阻碍着薄膜涂层的发展和应用,因此发展简单低成本的涂层制备方法具有重要的意义。
目前薄膜涂层,尤其是导电涂层的物料多是固体,物料前处理不好则不易加工,涂层更不易做的均匀。也有将物料做成液体浆料,通过将物料、溶剂等按一定比例混合,经过高速搅拌制备成浆料后,再涂在基底上,然后经过烘干完成涂层制造。但多是用价格高、不环保、有毒、易爆的有机溶剂,并且涂层基底要耐腐蚀、耐高温。
发明内容
本发提供一种导电薄膜涂层制备方法,能够利用非常简单的方法制备出高质量的薄膜涂层,且能显著降低制备时间、简化制备流程、降低物料投入量,从而在根本上降低了成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种导电薄膜涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)制备固含量为5-15%的表面活性剂的分散液;
2)制备固含量为10-20%的导电剂分散液;
3)将步骤1获得的分散液在搅拌条件下加入导电剂分散液获得的分散液,并控制该分散液的粘度在2000-4000cp;
4)将步骤3获得的浆液涂布到基板上;
5)将步骤4获得的薄膜在80-120℃加热条件下干燥即获得导电薄膜涂层。
优选的,所述表面活性剂的分散液是以表面活性剂干粉的重量为准,加水分散搅拌1-4小时制得。
优选的,所述表面活性剂为聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠中的至少一种。
优选的,步骤2)中导电剂分散液是将导电剂干粉边分散边加入水制得。
优选的,所述导电剂为导电碳黑、碳纤维、寡层石墨片、纳米石墨、碳纳米管、石墨烯、石墨烯氧化物中的至少一种。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明所用的导电剂,特别是氧化石墨烯、石墨烯基材料和碳纳米管等,都是导电性优良的材料,并且机械性能和电化学稳定性都比常规的导电剂优异,相应制备的薄膜涂层导电性、机械性能、化学稳定都优于传统薄膜涂层。
2、本发明采用的工艺过程简单,所用粘结剂物料便宜易得,所用设备都是常规分散设备,因此工艺易实现,成本低。
3、本发明所用导电剂由于导电性好,所以添加量较少,一方面降低了成本,另一方面可减小涂层的厚度并降低了涂层的整体重量。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进行更进一步详细说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1
一种导电薄膜涂层,以聚乙烯醇为表面活性剂,以氧化石墨烯为导电剂,该薄膜涂层的制备包括以下步骤:
1)取50g聚乙烯醇加入水中,机械搅拌制备固含量为8%的分散液;
2)取氧化石墨烯1.5g,超声分散于水中制备固含量为10%的导电剂分散液;
3)将氧化石墨烯分散液加到聚乙烯醇中,充分搅拌混合得到导电浆料,控制浆料粘度为3500cp;
4)将浆料均匀涂布于铝箔上;
5)100度烘烤干燥获得薄膜涂层。
实施例2
一种导电薄膜涂层,以聚乙烯醇为表面活性剂,以碳纳米管为导电剂,该薄膜涂层的制备包括以下步骤:
1)取80g聚乙烯醇加入水中,超声制备固含量为10%的分散液;
2)取碳纳米管1g,球磨于水中制备固含量为11%的导电剂分散液;
3)将碳纳米管分散液加到聚乙烯醇分散液中,充分搅拌混合得到导电 浆料,控制浆料粘度为3000cp;
4)将浆料均匀涂布于铝箔上;
5)100度烘烤干燥获得薄膜涂层。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种导电薄膜涂层的制备方法,其中薄膜涂层的组分包括导电剂、表面活性剂,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
1)制备固含量为5-15%的表面活性剂的分散液;
2)制备固含量为10-20%的导电剂分散液;
3)将步骤1获得的分散液在搅拌条件下加入导电剂分散液获得的分散液,并控制该分散液的粘度在2000-4000cp;
4)将步骤3获得的浆液涂布到基板上;
5)将步骤4获得的薄膜在80-120℃加热条件下干燥即获得导电薄膜涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电薄膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂的分散液是以表面活性剂干粉的重量为准,加水分散搅拌1-4小时制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导电薄膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸、聚苯乙烯磺酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的导电薄膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中导电剂分散液是将导电剂干粉边分散边加入水制得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的薄膜涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述导电剂为导电碳黑、碳纤维、寡层石墨片、纳米石墨、碳纳米管、石墨烯、石墨烯氧化物中的至少一种。
