技术领域
本发明涉及显示面板技术领域,尤其涉及一种柔性显示面板。
背景技术
目前,柔性显示面板由于其可变形可弯曲的特性,越来越受到人们的广泛关注,尤其是有机发光二极管显示装置(Organic Light Emitting Display,OLED)由于具有自发光、发光效率高、响应时间短、清晰度与对比度高等诸多优点,而逐渐成为显示面板的首选。
柔性显示面板通常在底部贴合背膜来进行保护和支撑,因此,背膜相较其他膜层来说是最厚的,最厚的背膜的弯折回复性能、弯曲强度、变形能力等将会直接影响贴敷在其上面较薄膜层的整体弯折性能。
以OLED显示面板为例,由于OLED显示面板通常包括发光膜层、阵列结构层、柔性衬底、背膜等膜层结构,而目前OLED显示面板的背膜通常采用PET基材,其弹性模量为2-3Gpa,弯曲强度在115Mpa左右,其弯折回复性能、弯曲强度均较差,且其断裂伸长率较大,容易拉伸变形且不可恢复,接近于100%,并且,在OLED显示面板的弯折半径较小时,容易发生开裂。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,提供一种柔性显示面板,能够提高柔性显示面板的弯折回复性能、弯曲强度和变形能力,并能够防止在弯折半径较小时发生开裂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一方面,本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板,包括背膜,其中
背膜由弹性模量为6-10GPa、断裂伸长率为5%-20%的基体材料制备而成。
可选的,基体材料的弹性模量为7-8GPa。
可选的,基体材料包括聚酰亚胺树脂、改性聚对苯二甲酸树脂、橡胶和尼龙中的至少一种。
可选的,背膜中分散有无机纳米颗粒。
可选的,无机纳米颗粒在所述背膜中的质量分数为1%-5%。
可选的,背膜包括弯折区和非弯折区;
其中,非弯折区分散有无机纳米颗粒。
可选的,无机纳米颗粒在非弯折区的质量分数为1%-5%。
可选的,无机纳米颗粒包括二氧化硅纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒和氧化铝纳米颗粒中的一种或几种纳米颗粒的混合物。

本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板,由于该背膜的弹性模量较大,断裂伸长率较小,因此,该背膜不易变形,受弯折后回复能力较强,弯曲强度和变形能力均较高,从而能够提高柔性显示面板的弯折回复性能、弯曲强度和变形能力,并能够防止在弯折半径较小时发生开裂。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上。
本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板,参见图1,包括背膜1,其中,背膜1由弹性模量为6-10GPa、断裂伸长率为5%-20%的基体材料制备而成。
弹性模量是衡量物体抵抗弹性变形能力大小的尺度,其值越大,使材料发生弹性变形的应力也越大,即材料的刚性越大,亦即在一定应力作用下发生弹性变形越小。
断裂伸长率是指试样在拉断时的位移值与原长的比值,是衡量韧性的一个指标。通常来讲,断裂伸长率越小,材料的韧性越好,在弯曲半径较小时不易发生断裂。这就使得材料在弯曲负荷作用下破裂或达到规定挠度时能承受的最大应力越大,即弯曲强度较大。
对于有机高分子材料来说,当弹性模量为6-10GPa、断裂伸长率为5%-20%时,材料的弯曲强度通常在170MPa以上。
本发明实施例提供一种柔性显示面板,由于该背膜1的弹性模量较大,断裂伸长率较小,因此,该背膜1不易变形,受弯折后回复能力较强,弯曲强度和变形能力均较高,从而能够提高柔性显示面板的弯折回复性能、弯曲强度和变形能力,并能够防止在弯折半径较小时发生开裂。
可选的,基体材料的弹性模量为7-8GPa。
本发明的又一实施例中,该基体材料的吸湿率小于等于2%。这样一来,该背膜1还可以防止水汽进入,起到防潮的作用。
其中,该基体材料可以为满足以上条件的金属材料、树脂材料或合金材料。
本发明的一实施例中,基体材料包括聚酰亚胺树脂、改性聚对苯二甲酸树脂(poly(ethylene terephthalate),PET)、橡胶和尼龙中的至少一种。聚酰亚胺树脂是指主链上含有酰亚胺环(-CO-NH-CO-)的一类聚合物,其中以含有酞酰亚胺结构的聚合物最为重要,是综合性能最佳的有机高分子材料之一。PET材料具有坚硬,刚度好,强度高,韧性好,摩擦系数小,尺寸稳定性高等特点,常被用作工程塑料。且这些材料与金属材料相比,材质较柔软,能够避免划伤其他膜层,或者在用于柔性显示屏式划伤显示屏。
其中,对该背膜1的厚度不做限定。
本发明的又一实施例中,该背膜1的厚度为20-70微米。由于背膜的弯折回复性能、弯曲强度以及变形能力均较高,因此,在将其制备成可弯折结构时,可以减薄其厚度。
其中,需要说明的是,由于满足以上条件的基体材料的厚度减薄后就会很软,因此,为了保证背膜的平整性和支撑作用,一种可能的情况下,参见图2,背膜1中分散有无机纳米颗粒2。在这种情况下,能够提高背膜1的力学性能,增加挺性和韧性,提高背膜1的刚度,进一步降低断裂伸长率,同时不会对背膜1的弯折回复性能造成影响。
在这种可能的情况下,无机纳米颗粒2在背膜1中的质量分数为1%-5%。无机纳米颗粒2的质量分数过高容易出现表面缺陷,且会对背膜1的弯折回复性能产生影响;质量分数过低,不利于背膜1的机械强度的提高。
另一种可能的情况下,参见图3,背膜1包括弯折区A和非弯折区B;其中,该非弯折区B分散有无机纳米颗粒2。在这种情况下,能够提高非折弯区B的力学性能及刚度,增加挺性和韧性,满足非折弯区B的支撑和平整要求,同时,还能够保持弯折区A较高的弯折回复性能。
在这种可能的情况下,无机纳米颗粒2在非弯折区B中的质量分数为1%-5%。无机纳米颗粒2的质量分数过高容易出现表面缺陷,且会对非弯折区的弯折回复性能产生影响;质量分数过低,不利于非弯折区1的机械强度的提高。
其中,对无机纳米颗粒2的具体成分不做限定,只要能够提高背膜1的机械强度即可。
本发明的一实施例中,该无机纳米颗粒2包括二氧化硅纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒和氧化铝纳米颗粒中的一种或几种混合物。这些纳米颗粒中含有大量的羟基,具有很大的表面能,其表面价键缺陷很容易与有机高分子材料发生键合。
具体的,在制备时,可以将高分子材料和无机纳米颗粒放置在一起,在加热下进行搅拌或超声处理,使得无机纳米颗粒均匀分散于高分子材料中制备成型。
优选的,可以加入偶联剂进行结合。
本发明的再一实施例中,参见图4和图5,背膜1的一个表面上形成有胶层3。有利于背膜1的应用。
本发明的又一实施例中,该胶层3为丙烯酸脂类压敏胶层。其粘力控制在1000gf/Inch以上。
其中,可选的,该胶层3的厚度可以为10-30微米。
进一步地,参见图6,该背膜1还可以包括设置在该胶层3表面的离型膜4。通过贴覆离型膜4,能够保护胶层3,在使用时,揭掉离型膜4暴露出胶层3,采用胶层3与其他膜层胶黏实现结合。
本发明的又一实施例中,该柔性显示面板为OLED显示面板。
具体的,继续参见图7,该OLED显示面板还可以包括设置在该背膜1上的柔性衬底5,设置在该柔性衬底5上的阵列结构层6,设置在该阵列结构层6上的发光膜层7,和设置在该发光膜层7上的封装膜层8。
本发明的一种可能的示例中,参见图5,背膜1的一个表面形成有胶层3,在制作时,将柔性衬底5贴附在背膜1形成有胶层3的表面上,通过胶层3粘合。
本发明的另一种可能的示例中,参见图1,背膜1的表面未形成有胶层3,在制作时,通过在背膜1和/或柔性衬底5的表面形成胶层,以将背膜1和柔性衬底5粘合。
其他各个膜层之间可以采用光学胶进行紧密结合。
在将该OLED显示面板弯折时,其弯折半径如图8中R较小时不会发生开裂,且在将其展开时如图9和图10所示,弯折区A静置后,由于其具有较高的弯折回复性能,因此会渐渐恢复平整。
其中,封装膜层8可以包括封装薄膜、触摸屏和防反层等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

1.一种柔性显示面板,其特征在于,包括背膜,其中
所述背膜由弹性模量为6-10GPa、断裂伸长率为5%-20%的基体材料制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述基体材料的弹性模量为7-8GPa。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述基体材料包括聚酰亚胺树脂、改性聚对苯二甲酸树脂、橡胶和尼龙中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述背膜中分散有无机纳米颗粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述无机纳米颗粒在所述背膜中的质量分数为1%-5%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述背膜包括弯折区和非弯折区,其中
所述非弯折区分散有无机纳米颗粒。
7.根据权利要求5所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述无机纳米颗粒在所述非弯折区的质量分数为1%-5%。
8.根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述无机纳米颗粒包括二氧化硅纳米颗粒、二氧化钛纳米颗粒和氧化铝纳米颗粒中的一种或几种纳米颗粒的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述背膜的一个表面上形成有胶层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述胶层为丙烯酸脂类压敏胶层。
11.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述基体材料的吸湿率小于等于2%。
12.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述背膜的厚度为20-70微米。
13.根据权利要求1所述的柔性显示面板,其特征在于,
所述柔性显示面板为OLED显示面板。
