Abstract
The invention provides repair mortar which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-15% of Portland cement, 30-50% of sulphoaluminate cement, 10-30% of fast setting cement, 1-2% of redispersible latex powder, 5-10% of expanding agent, 10-30% of quartz sand, 0.1-0.5% of early strength agent, 0.5-1% of rheological agent, 0.2-0.5% of defoaming agent and 15-20% of water. The repair mortar provided by the invention is compounded by using various cements, the proportion of the cements is optimized by reasonably selecting the types of the cements, and proper auxiliary agents such as expansion agents and early strength agents of shrinkage compensation materials are added, so that the finally obtained repair mortar has the advantages of quick setting, high early strength, strong bonding force and no shrinkage. The results of the examples show that the setting time of the repair mortar is about ten minutes, the strength can reach more than 8MPa in half an hour, and the requirements of quick repair and durability of prefabricated parts are met.

(1) mixing portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and fast cement to obtain a cement mixture;
(2) mixing the cement mixture with redispersible latex powder, an expanding agent, an early strength agent, a rheological agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a cement-auxiliary agent mixture;
(3) mixing the cement-additive mixture with quartz sand to obtain a cement-based mortar mixture;
(4) and mixing the cement-based mortar mixture with water to obtain the repair mortar.
Example 2
The repair mortar provided by the embodiment 2 comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
10% of Portland cement, 40% of sulphoaluminate cement, 20% of quick cement and redispersible emulsion powder
5010N) 1%, expanding agent (anhydrite) 8%, quartz sand 20%, early strength agent (lithium carbonate) 0.3%, rheological agent (naphthalene series rheological agent) 0.5%, defoaming agent (AGITAN P803) 0.4%, and water 18%.
The preparation process of the repair mortar is as follows:
(1) mixing portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and fast cement to obtain a cement mixture;
(2) mixing the cement mixture with redispersible latex powder, an expanding agent, an early strength agent, a rheological agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a cement-auxiliary agent mixture;
(3) mixing the cement-additive mixture with quartz sand to obtain a cement-based mortar mixture;
(4) and mixing the cement-based mortar mixture with water to obtain the repair mortar.
Example 3
The repair mortar provided by the embodiment 3 comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
portland cement 15%, sulphoaluminate cement 30%, fast cement 30%, re-dispersible emulsion powder: (
5010N) 1%, expanding agent (anhydrite) 8%, quartz sand 20%, early strength agent (lithium carbonate) 0.3%, rheological agent (naphthalene series rheological agent) 0.5%, defoaming agent (AGITAN P803) 0.4%, and water 18%.
The preparation process of the repair mortar is as follows:
(1) mixing portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and fast cement to obtain a cement mixture;
(2) mixing the cement mixture with redispersible latex powder, an expanding agent, an early strength agent, a rheological agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a cement-auxiliary agent mixture;
(3) mixing the cement-additive mixture with quartz sand to obtain a cement-based mortar mixture;
(4) and mixing the cement-based mortar mixture with water to obtain the repair mortar.
Comparative example 1
The repair mortar provided in comparative example 1 comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
35 percent of sulphoaluminate cement, 15 percent of heavy calcium carbonate powder and redispersible emulsion powder (
5010N) 1.5%, expanding agent (anhydrite) 7%, quartz sand 40.5%, early strength agent (carbon)Lithium) 0.2%, retarder (citric acid, tartaric acid) 0.1%, rheological agent (naphthalene series rheological agent) 0.5%, defoaming agent (AGITAN P803) 0.2%, and water 16%.
The preparation process of the repair mortar is as follows:
(1) mixing cement, redispersible latex powder, an expanding agent, an early strength agent, a retarder, a rheological agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a cement-auxiliary agent mixture;
(2) mixing the cement-additive mixture with quartz sand to obtain a cement-based mortar mixture;
(3) and mixing the cement-based mortar mixture with water to obtain the repair mortar.
Comparative example 2
The repair mortar provided by the comparative example 2 comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
15% of Portland cement, 35% of sulphoaluminate cement, 15% of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 34.1% of quartz sand, 0.2% of early strength agent (lithium carbonate), 0.5% of rheological agent (naphthalene rheological agent), 0.2% of defoaming agent (AGITAN P803) and 18% of water.
The preparation process of the repair mortar is as follows:
(1) mixing portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement to obtain a cement mixture;
(2) mixing the cement mixture with an early strength agent, a rheological agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a cement-auxiliary agent mixture;
(3) mixing the cement-additive mixture with quartz sand to obtain a cement-based mortar mixture;
(4) and mixing the cement-based mortar mixture with water to obtain the repair mortar.
The performance of the repair mortars obtained in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 was measured, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from comparison between 3 groups of examples and comparative examples in the table 1, compared with mortar with a single cement component, the repair mortar provided by the application has the advantages that the technical indexes such as setting time, strength and shrinkage rate are remarkably improved, the setting time is less than ten minutes, the compressive strength can reach more than 8MPa in half an hour, the flexural strength and the bonding strength are high, the 28d shrinkage rate is only-0.05, and the requirements of quick repair and durability of a concrete prefabricated part are met.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (9)
1. The repair mortar is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 5-15% of Portland cement, 30-50% of sulphoaluminate cement, 10-30% of quick cement, 1-2% of redispersible latex powder, 5-10% of expanding agent, 10-30% of quartz sand, 0.1-0.5% of early strength agent, 0.5-1% of rheological agent, 0.2-0.5% of defoaming agent and 15-20% of water;
the expanding agent comprises one or more of anhydrous anhydrite, calcium sulphoaluminate, calcium oxide and semi-hydrated gypsum.
2. The repair mortar of claim 1, wherein the redispersible latex powder is an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer latex powder.
3. The repair mortar of claim 1, wherein the expanding agent comprises a plastic expanding agent.
4. The repair mortar of claim 1, wherein the silica sand has a particle size of 50 to 100 mesh and SiO2The mass content is more than 92 percent.
5. The repair mortar of claim 1, wherein the early strength agent comprises one or more of lithium carbonate, calcium formate, and lithium hydroxide.
6. The repair mortar of claim 1, wherein the rheological agent is an anionic surfactant.
7. The repair mortar of claim 1 or 6, wherein the rheological agent comprises one or more of a naphthalene-based rheological agent, a sodium lignosulfonate-based rheological agent, an aliphatic rheological agent, an amino rheological agent and a polycarboxylic acid rheological agent.
8. The preparation method of the repair mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) mixing portland cement, sulphoaluminate cement and fast cement to obtain a cement mixture;
(2) mixing the cement mixture with redispersible latex powder, an expanding agent, an early strength agent, a rheological agent and a defoaming agent to obtain a cement-auxiliary agent mixture;
(3) mixing the cement-additive mixture with quartz sand to obtain a cement-based mortar mixture;
(4) and mixing the cement-based mortar mixture with water to obtain the repair mortar.
9. Use of the repair mortar according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or the repair mortar prepared by the preparation method according to claim 8 in repairing precast concrete members.
