Claims (9)
1. The bank self-service terminal is characterized by comprising a paper money temporary storage part with a paper money inlet and a foreign matter temporary storage part arranged below the paper money temporary storage part, wherein the paper money temporary storage part and the foreign matter temporary storage part are provided with a first opening communicated with each other, a hollowed-out first baffle capable of selectively shielding and opening the first opening is arranged at the first opening, the first baffle is used for moving and opening the first opening when a user applies for foreign matter to get and when the qualification check is successful, and the first baffle is also used for movably shielding the first opening when foreign matters are retrieved or when the opening time of the first opening exceeds a first preset duration; the self-service terminal of bank still including locating the foreign matter recovery portion of foreign matter temporary storage below, the foreign matter temporary storage portion with the second opening that the foreign matter recovery portion had the intercommunication, second opening part is equipped with the selective shielding and opens the second open-ended second baffle, the second baffle is used for opening the second opening when the foreign matter does not have someone to get for a long time or has different account numbers to operate on this self-service terminal of bank and when the self-service terminal of bank needs to be right the foreign matter of foreign matter temporary storage portion is retrieved.

6. The foreign matter retrieval method according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that before moving the first shutter to open the first opening, the foreign matter retrieval method further comprises:
checking whether account information data of the last operation of the self-service banking terminal, which is far from the foreign object application, is consistent with account information data carried by the foreign object application; if the account information data are consistent, moving the first baffle to open the first opening; and if the account information data are inconsistent, moving the second baffle to open the second opening, wherein the foreign matters fall into the foreign matter recovery part.
7. The foreign matter retrieval method according to any one of claims 2 to 5, wherein the foreign matter retrieval method further includes:
detecting temporary storage time of the foreign matters falling into the foreign matter temporary storage part, and moving the second baffle to open the second opening when the temporary storage time reaches a second preset time, wherein the foreign matters fall into the foreign matter recovery part.
8. The foreign object retrieval method according to claim 7, wherein after the foreign object falls into the foreign object recovery section, a foreign object registration request sent by a user is received and claim information in the foreign object registration request is stored.
9. The foreign object retrieval method of claim 8, wherein the claim information includes the foreign object drop time, account information, contact information, and foreign object name.
