本发明公开了一种电解(积)锌阳极板表面防腐涂层及制备方法,其是在阳极板上端至液位线下5cm的区域范围内喷涂耐硫酸溶液、耐氟离子与氯离子腐蚀的喷涂材料,从而得到带涂层的防腐阳极板。本发明中选取的喷涂材料喷涂在阳极板上,既不影响锌的电解效率,又可以有效的减缓极板的腐蚀,从而使阳极板的使用寿命延长2‑3个月。本发明所涉及工艺投资小、工艺流程简单、对设备无特殊要求、能耗低、无污染、应用前景广泛。

技术领域
本发明属于湿法冶金技术领域,具体涉及一种电解(积)锌阳极板表面防腐涂层及制备方法。
背景技术
在常温下锌表面易生成一层保护膜,具有优良的抗大气腐蚀性能,因此锌主要用于钢材和钢结构件的表面镀层(如镀锌板),涉及汽车、建筑、船舶、轻工等众多行业。近年来,随着储能行业的不断发展,尤其是锌锰电池、锌空气蓄电池等技术的持续投入,锌被广泛的使用在电池行业。
通常锌的制备方法有三种:一是将铁闪锌矿或闪锌矿在空气中煅烧成氧化锌,然后用碳还原制得;二是将氧化锌和焦炭混合,在鼓风炉中加热至1373K~1573K,使锌蒸馏出来;三是通过控制pH,使锌溶解为硫酸锌而铁砷锑等杂质水解转化为沉淀,然后加入锌粉除去滤液里的铜镉等杂质,再用电解法将锌沉积出来。其中以第三种方法所制取的锌纯度较高,约99.99%。
在电解锌时,纯铝阴极板与铅阳极板的板面绝大部分浸没在电解槽中的硫酸锌溶液里,腐蚀程度较差,基本完好;但阴极板与阳极板的板面与桥梁相接的颈部以上部分由于裸露在硫酸锌溶液以外,长期在酸度较严重的环境中生产,腐蚀严重,缩短了阴极板和阳极板的使用寿命,增加了生产成本。其中,阳极板的腐蚀特征主要表现为板面腐蚀穿孔、液位线部位断裂以及阳极包裹导电棒铅皮部分开裂等。经试验发现,这主要是由于暴露在空气中的部分由于处于气液相界面处,直接跟空气中的氧气、二氧化碳、硫酸酸雾接触,这些腐蚀介质在阳极板表面形成一个腐蚀性比较强的微环境,使处于此环境中的阳极板遭受到严重的腐蚀,一般使用几个月到10个月不等就会报废,造成了极大的浪费。此外,在湿法炼锌的过程中,主要来源于焙砂和氧化锌的氯离子和氟离子是造成极板腐蚀的另一重要原因。溶液中的氯离子会与铅阳极板发生反应,造成阳极板腐蚀,降低了阳极板的使用寿命,且溶入电解液的铅会导致析出的锌中含铅量增加;同时,阳极板中的Ag也被氧化为Ag+进入电解液,并在阴极析出,与Zn形成Zn-Ag原电池,对锌电解产生危害。另一方面,由于阳极有氧气产生,气体的不断析出造成液相面的波动,冲击着阳极液相面的位置,这种长期的波动拍打加剧了阳极液相面位置的腐蚀。经统计,由于腐蚀的发生,每生产一吨锌就要消耗0.2~0.3块极板,按我国2015年湿法炼锌500万吨计算,年消耗极板100~150万块极板。因此研究开发制锌电解极板防腐技术意义非常重大。
发明内容
本发明针对上述存在的问题,提供了一种电解(积)锌阳极板表面防腐涂层及制备方法,其是选取能耐硫酸腐蚀的材料作为喷涂材料,将其喷涂在阳极板的特定区域内,得到带涂层的防腐阳极板,该涂层既不影响锌的电解效率,又可以有效的减缓极板的腐蚀,从而使阳极板的使用寿命延长2-3个月。本发明所涉及工艺投资小、工艺流程简单、对设备无特殊要求、能耗低、无污染、应用前景广泛。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种电解(积)锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)选取用作阳极板的铅基合金,并标定其液位线位置;
(2)对阳极板表面进行除污除油处理;
(3)在阳极板上划定喷涂区域,并对喷涂区域进行喷砂处理;
(4)选取喷涂材料;
(5)在喷砂区域进行喷涂处理。
步骤(1)中所述铅基合金为铅银二元合金或铅基多元合金;所述液位线位置为阳极板浸入电解液中的高度。
步骤(2)中所述除污除油处理具体是先用乙醇擦拭阳极板板面10分钟,之后用清水冲洗,再用丙酮擦拭板面15分钟,清水冲洗。
步骤(3)中所述喷涂区域为阳极板上端至液位线下5cm的区域范围;喷砂时由于铅基合金较软,应调节压力适中,喷嘴与阳极板面之间有一定的夹角,以避免强烈砂砾正对冲击阳极板表面。
步骤(4)中所述喷涂材料应具有耐硫酸溶液腐蚀、耐氟离子和氯离子腐蚀的性能,并且应与阳极板有相近的热膨胀系数,如选用陶瓷粉、金属合金粉或双相不锈钢;所述陶瓷粉包括氧化铝、氧化锆或氧化铝氧化锆混合粉;所述金属合金粉包括镍基合金粉、钴基合金粉、镍钴基合金粉、自熔性合金粉、镍铬-碳化铬复合粉、铅基合金粉、铜基合金粉、镍-铬-钨-钼系列、镍-铬-钼系列(MAT 21、VDM 59、Inconel 686、哈氏合金C-276、哈氏合金B-4等)中的任意一种。
当喷涂材料为陶瓷粉时,需在喷砂处理后的阳极板表面先喷涂一层粘结层,然后再采用热喷涂的方法在粘结层上喷涂形成陶瓷层;其中,粘结层的厚度为10-1000μm;陶瓷层的厚度为10-1000μm;当喷涂材料为金属合金粉时,直接在喷砂处理后的阳极板表面进行喷涂;其涂层厚度为10-1500μm。
所述喷涂的方法包括超音速火焰喷涂、大气等离子喷涂、冷喷、电弧喷涂、悬浮液喷涂中的任意一种。
喷涂处理时应保证阳极板充分的冷却,即阳极板背面的冷却温度应控制在230℃以下,确保喷涂到阳极板板面上喷涂材料的温度低于阳极板材料的熔点。
本发明的显著优点在于:
本发明选取能耐硫酸腐蚀、耐氟离子与氯离子腐蚀的材料作为喷涂材料,在阳极板特定区域内喷涂一层防护涂层,其涂层厚度较小,应力累积小,所以致密性好、结合强度高,能够有效阻止氟离子、氯离子和其他腐蚀介质向涂层内扩散,大大提高了阳极板的耐腐蚀性能,使阳极板的使用寿命延长2-3个月(未喷涂防护涂层的阳极板平均使用寿命为19个月),且不影响锌的电解效率。同时,该涂层原料成本较低,制备工艺简单,具有良好的应用效益。本发明工艺投资小、工艺流程简单、对设备无特殊要求、能耗低、无污染、应用前景广泛。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所述的内容更加便于理解,下面结合具体实施方式对本发明所述的技术方案做进一步的说明,但是本发明不仅限于此。
实施例一:
(1)选取用作阳极板的铅银二元合金(银含量为0.6%),并标定其液位线位置;
(2)先用乙醇仔细擦拭阳极板板面10分钟,之后用清水冲洗,再用丙酮擦拭板面15分钟,清水冲洗;
(3)划定阳极板上端至液位线下5cm的区域范围为喷涂区域,并对喷涂区域进行喷砂处理;喷砂时压力为0.3MPa-0.5MPa,喷嘴与阳极板面之间的夹角为15°-60°,以避免强烈砂砾正对冲击阳极板表面;
(4)选取NiCoCrAlY粉末作为粘结层材料,粒径为45~75μm的氧化锆粉末作为喷涂材料;将NiCoCrAlY粉末和氧化锆粉末分别置于烘箱中80℃烘干5小时;
(5)采用等离子喷涂方法在喷砂处理后的喷砂区域喷涂一层厚度为50μm的粘结层,然后再采用等离子喷涂方法在粘结层上喷涂厚度为100μm的氧化锆陶瓷层,具体喷涂参数见表1。

实施例二:
(1)选取用作阳极板的铅银二元合金(银含量为0.6%),并标定其液位线位置;
(2)先用乙醇仔细擦拭阳极板板面10分钟,之后用清水冲洗,再用丙酮擦拭板面15分钟,清水冲洗;
(3)划定阳极板上端至液位线下5cm的区域范围为喷涂区域,并对喷涂区域进行喷砂处理;喷砂时压力为0.3MPa-0.5MPa,喷嘴与阳极板面之间的夹角为15°-60°,以避免强烈砂砾正对冲击阳极板表面;
(4)选取Hastelloy C-276粉末作为喷涂材料,将粉末置于烘箱中80℃烘干5小时;
(5)采用等离子喷涂方法在喷砂处理后的喷砂区域喷涂一层厚度为150μm的HastelloyC-276涂层,具体喷涂参数见表2。

上述工艺制备的涂层结合良好,表面致密,可以有效的阻挡酸性环境下氟离子与氯离子等物质对裸露在空气中的阳极板的腐蚀。但从电化学角度分析,在喷涂区域与液位线之间还存在都一个浸入酸性电解液中的局部区域,其形成了一个微弱的原电池,其中以哈氏合金为例:镍、钴、钼标准电极电位分别为-0.241、-0.267、-0.2,都小于氢的标准电极电位,从热力学角度显然会发生如下反应:

计算该反应的吉布斯自由能;根据△G=-n E F;E=-0.2-(-0.126)=-0.074 (铅的标准电极电位为-0.126),当取n=2时,F=96485.3385C/mol,则△G=14279.83=14.3KJ/mol>0,即从吉布斯自由能的角度该反应不会自发发生。所以说,在喷涂区域与液位线之间的这一区域虽然形成了一个微弱的原电池,但其并不会对涂层造成腐蚀,即本发明方法是可靠的,能实现阳极板良好的耐硫酸溶液腐蚀。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)选取用作阳极板的铅基合金,并标定其液位线位置;
(2)对阳极板表面进行除污除油处理;
(3)在阳极板上划定喷涂区域,并对喷涂区域进行喷砂处理;
(4)选取喷涂材料;
(5)在喷砂区域进行喷涂处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述铅基合金为铅银二元合金或铅基多元合金。
3.根据权利要求1所述电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述除污除油处理具体是先用乙醇擦拭阳极板板面10分钟,之后用清水冲洗,再用丙酮擦拭板面15分钟,清水冲洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述喷涂区域为阳极板上端至液位线下5cm的区域范围。
5.根据权利要求1所述电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述喷涂材料为陶瓷粉、金属合金粉或双相不锈钢;
所述陶瓷粉包括氧化铝、氧化锆或氧化铝氧化锆混合粉;所述金属合金粉包括镍基合金粉、钴基合金粉、镍钴基合金粉、自熔性合金粉、镍铬-碳化铬复合粉、铅基合金粉、铜基合金粉、镍-铬-钼系列、镍-铬-钨-钼系列中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:当喷涂材料为陶瓷粉时,需在喷砂处理后的阳极板表面先喷涂一层粘结层,然后再采用热喷涂的方法在粘结层上喷涂形成陶瓷层;其中,粘结层的厚度为10-1000μm;陶瓷层的厚度为10-1000μm;
当喷涂材料为金属合金粉时,直接在喷砂处理后的阳极板表面进行喷涂;其涂层厚度为10-1500μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述电解锌阳极板表面防腐涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述喷涂的方法包括超音速火焰喷涂、大气等离子喷涂、冷喷、电弧喷涂、悬浮液喷涂中的任意一种。
