According to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention, a control method of an air conditioner is provided.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the air conditioner includes at least one indoor unit and at least one outdoor unit, each indoor unit includes at least two direct current fans and/or each outdoor unit includes at least two direct current fans, and the control method includes:
s102, acquiring the fault number of the direct current fans with faults in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit;
and S104, when the number of the faults is less than the total number of the direct current fans in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit, controlling the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the direct current fan with the faults to enter a maintenance waiting mode, and operating in the maintenance waiting mode.
The invention provides a control method of an air conditioner, the air conditioner comprises at least one indoor unit and at least one outdoor unit, each indoor unit comprises at least two direct current fans and/or each outdoor unit comprises at least two direct current fans, wherein, when the direct current fans are in failure, the number of the direct current fans with failure in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit is obtained, the number of the direct current fans with failure is compared with the total number of the direct current fans, if the number of the direct current fans with failure is less than the total number of the direct current fans, namely all the direct current fans are not in failure, the outdoor unit or the indoor unit corresponding to the direct current fan with failure is controlled to enter a maintenance waiting mode, and because the direct current fans without failure still exist, the indoor unit or the outdoor unit is controlled to operate in the maintenance waiting mode, during which the user can still use the air conditioner and can wait for maintenance during this period.
Further, the control method of the air conditioner further comprises the following steps: and judging whether the fault number of the direct current fan is smaller than the total number of the direct current fans.
As shown in fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
s202, acquiring the fault number of the direct current fans with faults in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit;
s204, when the number of the faults is smaller than the total number of the direct current fans in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit, controlling the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the direct current fan with the faults to enter a maintenance waiting mode, and operating in the maintenance waiting mode;
and S206, controlling the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the failed direct current fan to display the maintenance code information.
In this embodiment, when the dc fan fails, the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the failed dc fan is controlled to display the maintenance code information, so that the user can know that the air conditioner fails and maintain the air conditioner in time.
Preferably, when the direct current fan fails, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit simultaneously display the maintenance code information, and the maintenance code information can display the position of the direct current fan to be specifically maintained. For example, the direct current fan at a certain position of the indoor unit is displayed to wait for maintenance or the direct current fan at a certain position of the outdoor unit is displayed to wait for maintenance, thereby providing convenience for maintenance personnel.
As shown in fig. 3, there is shown a flowchart illustrating a control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, the control method including:
s302, acquiring the fault number of the direct current fans with faults in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit;
s304, when the number of the faults is less than the total number of the direct current fans in each indoor unit and/or each outdoor unit, controlling the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the direct current fan with the faults to enter a maintenance waiting mode, and operating in the maintenance waiting mode;
s306, controlling the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the failed direct current fan to display maintenance code information;
and S308, controlling the indoor unit and/or the outdoor unit corresponding to the failed direct current fan to operate for a preset time length in a maintenance waiting mode and then stopping operation.
In this embodiment, when the dc fan of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit fails, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit can still operate in the maintenance waiting mode, but the cooling and heating functions of the indoor unit or the outdoor unit are affected by the long-time operation in this mode, so the indoor unit or the outdoor unit is controlled to operate for a period of time in the maintenance waiting mode and then stop operating, so as to prolong the service life of the whole air conditioning system.
Further, when the direct current fan corresponding to the outdoor unit fails, the outdoor unit stops operating after a preset time period in the maintenance waiting mode, and the indoor unit can operate normally.

s406, controlling a compressor of an outdoor unit corresponding to the failed direct current fan to operate according to a preset frequency, wherein the preset frequency is smaller than the regulated rated frequency;
s408, controlling the outdoor unit corresponding to the failed direct current fan to display maintenance code information;
and S410, controlling the outdoor unit corresponding to the failed direct current fan to operate for a preset time length in a maintenance waiting mode and then stopping operation.
In this embodiment, when the number of the direct current fans in each outdoor unit that have a fault is less than the total number of the direct current fans in each outdoor unit, the outdoor unit corresponding to the direct current fan that has the fault operates in the maintenance waiting mode, and at this time, because a direct current fan has a fault, the output frequency of the compressor needs to be controlled to adapt to the power of the direct current fan that has not a fault, further, the compressor of the outdoor unit corresponding to the direct current fan that has the fault is controlled to operate according to the preset frequency, and the preset frequency is less than the adjusted rated frequency.
In any of the above embodiments, preferably, the adjusted rated frequency is equal to the product of the rated frequency of the normal operation of the compressor and the ratio of the number of the direct current fans which are not in failure to the total number.
In this embodiment, the adjusted rated frequency needs to be controlled within a certain range, and further, the adjusted rated frequency of the compressor is equal to the product of the rated frequency of the normal operation of the compressor multiplied by the ratio of the number of the direct current fans without faults to the total number of the direct current fans. Specifically, when the total number of the direct current fans in the outdoor unit is N (N is more than or equal to 2), the number of the failed direct current fans is M, the rated frequency of the normal operation of the compressor is P, and the adjusted rated frequency is P' and is equal to P
