Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated, but is not limited to, the following examples.
As shown in the figure: an orthopedic internal fixation steel needle (Liu's needle for short) comprises a needle body 1 and a locking hole 12, wherein one end of the needle body 1 is a needle point 11, the other end is a needle tail 13, the locking hole 12 is arranged in the middle of the needle body 1, the locking hole 12 is formed by rotating the needle tail 13 for 360 degrees along the central axis of the needle body 1, and the needle point 11 and the needle tail 13 are coaxial.
In tension band fixation, the steel wire 2 forming the tension band passes through the annular hole-shaped structure (the locking hole 12), the needle body 1 and the steel wire 2 form a special stabilizing system, when the needle body 1 has a retreating tendency, the steel wire 2 can provide enough holding force to prevent the needle body 1 from retreating, meanwhile, the steel wire 2 at the far end is further tightened, the steel wire at the tip of the steel needle is further prevented from slipping after retreating, the interlocking effect is achieved, and strong axial force generated in quadriceps femoris contraction can be resisted, fracture separation is prevented, and complete mechanical protection is achieved for knee joint flexion and extension.
The needle body 1 is made of a cylindrical material with a uniform diameter, provides the largest section moment of inertia in a cylindrical structure, obtains the strongest bending resistance, and is designed with a uniform cross-sectional area to eliminate stress concentration, so that the fixing device is more stable and strong, and is strong and firm in operation and post-operation, and breakage is avoided. The middle part is bent to form a locking hole, a needle tail (about 0.5cm-1 cm) with proper length is reserved in the operation to form a rotation preventing tail wing, and the rotation preventing effect is achieved after bone is driven in, so that the fixation principle of no micro-motion, pressurization and absolute stability of intra-articular fracture is achieved more completely. So that the patient can perform safe rehabilitation exercise more easily in early stage and the rehabilitation is quickened. Especially in the bone fracture of the old with osteoporosis and weak bone holding force, the problem of loosening of the troublesome internal fixing device can be solved. The anti-rotation empennage is round and smooth, soft tissue irritation can be reduced to the greatest extent, and the defect that the internal fixation extraction operation has to be performed due to the irritation of the internal fixation needle in the prior art is avoided.
In fracture surgery of simple steel needle fixation of non-tension band, often need the needle tail to expose, reserve suitable length after, cut in locking hole annular structure's suitable position, the needle tail forms the fin of preventing scraping promptly, reaches the form after conventional steel needle is bent, has saved the step of violent bending that often is difficult to realize, need not to carry out repeatedly bending, shaping the steel needle that leads to not hard up.
Illustration 2: the comparison of the steel needle (left) and the traditional steel needle (right).
The core operation operations such as resetting, fixing, bending and tension bands are the same as the traditional operation concept and method, and the operation difficulty and time are not increased. The only difference is that the conventional wire-tie is that the wire passes behind the steel needle and the inventive product passes through the intermediate annular locking hole.
In actual use, the wire 2 is threaded through the locking hole 12 of the needle body 1 for conventional 8-shaped tension strapping, as shown in fig. 3.
Needle body 1 material: medical human implant standard stainless steel (such as 304 stainless steel) steel needle or titanium alloy metal needle.
Manufacturing a needle body 1: and (5) manual production or batch production.
Needle body 1 diameter: conventional 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm and any other diameter necessary.
Aiming at the defects of the traditional steel needle, the invention designs a simple, convenient and low-cost steel needle (or titanium alloy needle, etc.) with special structure, which can completely have the advantages of the original classical operation, simultaneously avoid the defects of needle withdrawal, etc., provide stronger and reliable internal fixation mechanical requirements, can perform safe rehabilitation exercise at early stage, accelerate rehabilitation, and simultaneously reduce soft tissue irritation of the needle tail. In the fracture operation of pure steel needle fixation, the special design structure has the defects of convenient and fast manufacturing of the needle tail (scratch-proof tail wing), prevention of the reduction of holding force caused by repeated rotation of the steel needle, and the like. And the invention can be used in almost all fracture conditions where fixation with a tension band, steel needle can be used.
The invention solves the defects that the traditional steel needle operation is back needle, the internal fixation is invalid and the axial force can not be provided. The technical essential of solving this problem is that the annular hole-shaped locking hole is arranged at the proper position of the middle part of the steel needle, the interlocking function can be formed by the locking hole and the steel wire tension belt in the operation to achieve the above effect, and the axial protection force is provided, the needle tail is bent 180 degrees again, the redundant needle tail is sheared, and the formed anti-rotation tail wing has good anti-rotation function, can further provide the functions of avoiding micro-motion and provides better stability. In the process of fixing the fracture by a simple steel needle, the steel needle left outside the skin is sheared by a half ring area of the locking hole, and the scratch-proof tail fin is naturally formed, so that fracture and looseness of the steel needle caused by difficult bending and repeated bending of the conventional steel needle can be avoided. The steel needle adopts a cylindrical material with uniform diameter, provides the largest section moment of inertia by a cylindrical structure, obtains the strongest bending resistance, and has uniform cross section area to eliminate stress concentration, so that the fixing device is more stable and firm, and is firm and avoids breaking after operation and operation. After the needle is fixed, the needle point is sheared off, the sheared part is trimmed smoothly, the puncture is avoided, the instrument can be manually manufactured, and batch production can be realized, and the device has the advantages of simplicity, convenience, economy and the like.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are provided by way of example only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. Other variations or modifications of the above teachings will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes or modifications which come within the spirit of the invention are desired to be protected.
