Abstract
本发明提供一种表面耐电解液性和油墨印刷特性优异的电池用包装材料。电池用包装材料包括至少依次具有保护层、基材层、阻隔层和热熔接性树脂层的叠层体,在利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射从上述保护层的最外表面侧进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。

技术领域
本发明涉及电池用包装材料、电池和电池用包装材料的制造方法。
背景技术
以往开发了各种类型的电池,而在所有电池中,为了封装电极、电解质等电池元件,包装材料成为不可或缺的部件。以往作为电池用包装大多使用金属制包装材料,但是近年来随着电动汽车、混合动力电动汽车、个人电脑、照相机、便携电话等的高性能化,对电池要求各式各样的形状并且要求薄型化和轻质化。然而,在以往大多使用的金属制电池用包装材料的情况下,有难以应对形状的多样化且轻质化上也有限度的缺点。
于是,作为容易加工成各式各样的形状且能够实现薄型化和轻质化的电池用包装材料,提出了依次叠层基材层/粘接层/阻隔层/热熔接性树脂层而成的膜状电池用包装材料(例如参照专利文献1)。这样的膜状电池用包装材料形成为能够通过使热熔接性树脂层彼此相对并将周缘部利用热封进行热熔接,从而封装电池元件。
在使用如上所述的电池用包装材料制造电池时,电解液有时会附着在位于电池用包装材料的最外层表面的基材层。当电解液附着在基材层时,基材层有时会发生变色,因此有时在基材层上设置具有耐电解液性等的保护层。
另外,以对电池用包装材料赋予识别性等为目的,广泛采用通过在电池用包装材料的基材层侧表面印刷油墨而形成条形码、花纹、文字等并在印刷侧的基材层上叠层粘接剂、金属箔的方法来对电池用包装材料进行印字的方法(一般称为背面印刷)。然而,在基材层与阻隔层之间存在这种印刷面时,基材层与阻隔层的密合性下降,在层间容易发生脱层。特别是,由于应用电池用包装材料的电池要求高安全性,因此在电池用包装材料中需要回避通过这种背面印刷进行印字的方法。因此,以往在电池用包装材料形成条形码等印字的情况下,一般采用将形成有印字的贴纸粘贴在基材层侧表面的方法。
然而,如果将形成有印字的贴纸粘贴在基材层侧表面,则电池用包装材料的厚度和重量增大。因此,从近年来对电池用包装材料的进一步的薄型化和轻质化的倾向出发,研究直接通过油墨印刷来在电池用包装材料的基材层侧的表面进行印字的方法。
作为直接通过油墨印刷来在电池用包装材料的基材层侧的表面进行印字的方法,已知有例如移印(pad printing)(又称为TAMPO印刷)等。移印是如下印刷方法。首先,使油墨流入蚀刻有要印字的图案的平板的凹部。接下来,从该凹部的上方按压硅垫,使油墨转移到硅垫。接下来,使转移到硅垫表面的油墨转印至印刷对象物体,由此在印刷对象物体形成印字。这种移印使用具有弹性的硅垫等来将油墨转印至印刷对象物体,因此也容易在成型后的电池用包装材料的表面上进行印刷,具有能够在使用电池用包装材料封装电池元件之后对电池进行印字的优点。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
如上所述,如果电解液附着在基材层,则基材层有时发生变色,因此有时在基材层上形成有具有耐电解液性等的保护层。作为这样的保护层,已知例如具有异氰酸酯基的固化剂等、使用固化剂来固化的保护层(例如,国际公开WO2013/069698号公报)。然而,本发明的发明人进行研究的结果,得知在设有使用具有异氰酸酯基的固化剂来固化的保护层时,如果异氰酸酯基的反应不充分(大量残留未反应的异氰酸酯),则不表现耐电解液性,而另一方面,如果异氰酸酯基的反应过度进行(不留下未反应的异氰酸酯),则耐电解液性虽然提高,但是,要在这样的保护层表面印刷油墨的情况下,油墨在保护层的表面被排斥而油墨难以定着,从而有时出现未形成油墨的缺漏部分。得知特别是存在利用移印进行印刷时的印刷适应性不充分的倾向。
在这样的状况下,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种表面的耐电解液性和油墨的印刷特性优异的电池用包装材料。此外,本发明的目的还在于提供该电池用包装材料的制造方法和使用该电池用包装材料的电池。
用于解决技术问题的技术方案
本发明的发明人为了解决上述技术问题进行了深入研究。其结果发现,通过包括至少依次具有保护层、基材层、阻隔层和热熔接性树脂层的叠层体,在利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射从上述保护层的最外表面侧进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系,由此,能够成为不仅耐电解液性优异且油墨印刷特性也优异的电池用包装材料。本发明基于这些见解进一步通过反复研究而完成。

项2.如项1所述的电池用包装材料,其中,上述保护层包含具有异氰酸酯基的化合物。

发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供表面的耐电解液性和油墨印刷特性优异的电池用包装材料。并且,根据本发明,还能够提供使用该电池用包装材料的电池和该电池用包装材料的制造方法。

具体实施方式
本发明的电池用包装材料的特征在于,包括至少依次具有保护层、基材层、阻隔层和热熔接性树脂层的叠层体,在利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射从保护层的最外表面侧进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。以下,对本发明的电池用包装材料、该电池用包装材料的制造方法、使用该电池用包装材料的电池进行详述。
此外,本说明书中关于数值范围以“~”表示的数值范围是指“以上”、“以下”的意思。例如2~15mm这样的表述是指2mm以上15mm以下的意思。
1.电池用包装材料的叠层结构
如图1所示,本发明的电池用包装材料包括至少依次具有保护层6、基材层1、阻隔层3和热熔接性树脂层4的叠层体。在本发明的电池用包装材料中,保护层6成为最外层,热熔接性树脂层4成为最内层。即,在组装电池时,通过将位于电池元件周缘的热熔接性树脂层4彼此热熔接来密封电池元件,由此封装电池元件。
如图1所示,本发明的电池用包装材料中,在基材层1与阻隔层3之间,为了提高它们的粘接性,可以根据需要设有粘接层2。另外,如图2所示,在阻隔层3与热熔接性树脂层4之间,为了提高它们的粘接性,可以根据需要设有粘接层5。
作为本发明的电池用包装材料的总厚度,没有特别限制,优选列举50~200μm左右,更优选列举60~160μm左右。
2.形成电池用包装材料的各层的组成
[保护层6]
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,以耐电解液性和油墨印刷特性的提高等为目的,设有保护层6。保护层6是在组装电池时位于最外层(与热熔接性树脂层相反一侧)的层。
在本发明中,在利用傅里叶变换红外线(FT-IR)分光分析法的衰减全反射(ATR;Attenuated Total Reflection)从保护层的最外表面侧进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与红外线的波数2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。本发明的吸光度的最大值是通过傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射测得的吸光度的最大值,是设为累计次数32次、波数分辨率4cm-1测得的值。
此外,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值表示主要来自C-H伸缩振动的吸光度的最大值。另外,在红外线的波数2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值表示主要来自N=C=O伸缩振动的吸光度的最大值。傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射的具体测定条件如下所述。此外,“2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围”包括2800cm-1和3000cm-1,“2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围”包括2200cm-1和2300cm-1。

利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射测得的、在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的由C-H伸缩振动导致的吸收,主要起因于形成保护层6的树脂(与固化剂反应的主剂)。另外,在红外线的波数2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的由N=C=O伸缩振动导致的吸收,主要起因于具有异氰酸酯基的化合物(固化剂)。即,保护层6优选包含具有异氰酸酯基的化合物(例如,用作固化剂的具有异氰酸酯基的化合物的一部分不与主剂反应而残留)。另外,保护层6优选包含聚氨酯树脂,该聚氨酯树脂由选自在侧链具有带羟基的基团的聚酯多元醇和丙烯酸多元醇中的至少1种多元醇(主剂)与具有异氰酸酯基的化合物形成。例如,本发明的电池用包装材料中,通过使固化剂的未反应异氰酸酯基以规定量残留,从而不仅由保护层6提高耐电解液性,而且油墨容易固定在保护层6的表面,从而更进一步提高油墨的印刷特性。
从使本发明电池用包装材料的耐电解液性和油墨印刷特性更进一步提高的观点考虑,优选吸光度的最大值A与吸光度的最大值B满足0.10≤B/A≤0.70的关系。另外,从提高耐电解液性和油墨印刷特性、并且还提高耐磨耗性的观点考虑,特别优选吸光度的最大值A与吸光度的最大值B满足0.10≤B/A≤0.60的关系。
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,作为形成保护层6的树脂(与固化剂反应的主剂),可以列举后述具有与带异氰酸酯基的化合物(固化剂)反应的官能团(例如羟基、氨基等)的树脂,例如可以列举聚酯多元醇、丙烯酸多元醇等多元醇化合物等。
作为聚酯多元醇,例如可以列举通过使1种以上二元酸与1种以上具有3个以上羟基的化合物反应而得到的聚酯多元醇。具有3个以上羟基的化合物的羟基中,未反应的部位成为聚酯多元醇的侧链羟基。
作为二元酸,例如可以列举琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸、癸二酸、巴西基酸等脂肪族系二元酸;间苯二甲酸、对苯二甲酸、萘二羧酸等芳香族系二元酸等。
作为具有3个以上羟基的化合物,例如可以列举己三醇、三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇等。
另外,聚酯多元醇可以使用使上述二元酸和具有3个以上羟基的化合物以及根据需要使二醇反应而得到的化合物。作为二醇,例如可以列举乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、新戊二醇、甲基戊二醇、己二醇、庚二醇、辛二醇、壬二醇、癸二醇、十二烷二醇等脂肪族系二醇;环己二醇、氢化苯二甲醇等脂环式系二醇;苯二甲醇等芳香族系二醇等。
作为丙烯酸多元醇,例如可以列举至少将含羟基的丙烯酸单体和(甲基)丙烯酸共聚而得到的、以来自(甲基)丙烯酸的重复单元为主成分的共聚物。
作为含羟基的丙烯酸单体,可以列举(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸-2-羟基丙酯等。作为与含羟基的丙烯酸单体和(甲基)丙烯酸共聚的成分,可以列举(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯系单体(作为烷基,可以列举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、2-乙基己基、环己基等。);(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺(作为烷基,可以列举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、2-乙基己基、环己基等。)、N-烷氧基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二烷氧基(甲基)丙烯酰胺(作为烷氧基,可以列举甲氧基、乙氧基、丁氧基、异丁氧基等。)、N-羟甲基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-苯基(甲基)丙烯酰胺等含酰胺基单体;(甲基)丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、烯丙基缩水甘油基醚等含缩水甘油基单体;(甲基)丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、(甲基)丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷等含硅烷的单体;(甲基)丙烯酰氧基丙基异氰酸酯等含异氰酸酯基单体。
多元醇化合物能够根据所要求的功能和性能来使用,可以单独使用1种,也可以并用2种以上。通过使用这些多元醇化合物(主剂)和具有异氰酸酯基的化合物(固化剂),能够得到由聚氨酯树脂形成的保护层6。
作为多元醇化合物,从电解液耐性更加优异考虑,优选丙烯酸多元醇。
在本发明中,保护层6所含的树脂既可以是能够与异氰酸酯基反应的所有官能团与具有异氰酸酯基的化合物(固化剂)反应了的树脂,也可以包含与该固化剂未反应的物质(例如,多元醇化合物的羟基至少残留一部分的物质等)。
作为具有异氰酸酯基的固化剂,没有特别限制,能够使用公知的异氰酸酯化合物。作为异氰酸酯化合物的具体例,可以列举六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、三甲基六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(TMDI)等脂肪族二异氰酸酯类;异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)等脂环族二异氰酸酯类;苯二甲基二异氰酸酯(XDI)等芳香族脂肪族二异氰酸酯类;甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)等芳香族二异氰酸酯类;二聚酸二异氰酸酯(DDI)、氢化TDI(HTDI)、氢化XDI(H6XDI)、氢化MDI(H12MDI)等氢化二异氰酸酯类;这些二异氰酸酯化合物的2聚体、3聚体以及高分子量聚异氰酸酯类;与三羟甲基丙烷等多元醇或水或者低分子量聚酯树脂的加合物等。固化剂既可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为形成保护层6的方法,没有特别限制,例如可以列举在基材层1的一个表面上涂布包含主剂和具有异氰酸酯基的固化剂的树脂组合物,并通过加热或光照射等使固化剂的一部分固化的方法。
作为保护层6的厚度,没有特别限制,从使耐电解液性和油墨印刷特性更进一步提高的观点考虑,优选列举0.5~10μm左右,更优选列举1~5μm左右。
保护层6中也可以包含添加剂。作为添加剂,例如可以列举粒径为0.5nm~5μm左右的微粒。关于添加剂的材质没有特别限制,例如可以列举金属、金属氧化物、无机物、有机物等。另外,关于添加剂的形状也没有特别限制,例如可以列举球状、纤维状、板状、不定形、中空体状等。作为添加剂,具体而言,可以列举滑石、二氧化硅、石墨、高岭土、蒙脱土、蒙脱石、合成云母、水滑石、硅胶、沸石、氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化锌、氧化镁、氧化铝、氧化钕、氧化锑、氧化钛、氧化铈、硫酸钙、硫酸钡、碳酸钙、硅酸钙、碳酸锂、苯甲酸钙、草酸钙、硬脂酸镁、氧化铝、炭黑、碳纳米管类、高熔点尼龙、交联丙烯酸、交联苯乙烯、交联聚乙烯、苯胍胺、金、铝、铜、镍等。这些添加剂既可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合使用2种以上。这些添加剂中,从分散稳定性、成本等观点考虑,优选列举二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化钛。另外,对于添加剂,也可以在表面实施绝缘处理、高分散性处理等各种表面处理。
作为保护层6中的添加剂的含量,没有特别限制,优选列举5~30质量%左右,更优选列举10~20质量%左右。
另外,在将电池固定在塑料制等的保护盒的工序中,实施使用粘胶带固定电池用包装材料和保护盒的工序。通过向保护层6添加添加剂(例如二氧化硅颗粒等填充物)并对保护层6的表面赋予凹凸,由此,有粘胶带与保护层6的粘接面积增加从而能够使电池用包装材料与保护盒的固定更加牢固的优点。
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,能够在保护层6的表面的至少一部分合适地印刷油墨。即,在本发明中,在保护层6表面印刷有油墨的电池用包装材料中,印刷在保护层6的表面的油墨(油墨的固化物、干燥物等)露出。所印刷的油墨,能够通过例如条形码、花纹、文字等的印字而形成信息载持部。也可以在保护层6的表面的至少一部分具有由油墨构成的信息载持部。作为印刷所使用的油墨,没有特别限制,能够使用公知的油墨,例如能够使用通过照射紫外线等而固化的光固性油墨或用于喷墨打印机等的喷墨油墨等。油墨中通常包含具有羟基、氨基等与异氰酸酯基反应的官能团的成分。
[基材层1]
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,基材层1是位于保护层6与阻隔层3之间的层。
对于形成基材层1的原材料,以具备绝缘性为限度没有特别限制。作为形成基材层1的原材料,例如可以列举聚酯、聚酰胺、环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂、含氟树脂、聚氨酯、硅树脂、酚醛树脂、聚醚酰亚胺、聚酰亚胺和它们的混合物、共聚物等。
作为聚酯,具体而言,可以列举聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、以亚乙基对苯二甲酸酯为重复单元的主体的共聚聚酯、异亚丁基对苯二甲酸酯为重复单元的主体的共聚聚酯等。另外,作为以亚乙基对苯二甲酸酯为重复单元的主体的共聚聚酯,具体而言,可以列举以亚乙基对苯二甲酸酯为重复单元的主体并与亚乙基间苯二甲酸酯聚合的共聚物聚酯(以下,省略为聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/间苯二甲酸酯))、聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/间苯二甲酸酯)、聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/己二酸酯)、聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/磺基间苯二甲酸钠)、聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/间苯二甲酸钠)、聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/苯基-二羧酸酯)、聚亚乙基(对苯二甲酸酯/癸二羧酸酯)等。另外,作为以亚丁基对苯二甲酸酯为重复单元的主体的共聚聚酯,具体而言,可以列举以亚丁基对苯二甲酸酯为重复单元的主体并与亚丁基间苯二甲酸酯聚合的共聚物聚酯(以下,省略为聚亚丁基(对苯二甲酸酯/间苯二甲酸酯))、聚亚丁基(对苯二甲酸酯/己二酸酯)、聚亚丁基(对苯二甲酸酯/癸二酸酯)、聚亚丁基(对苯二甲酸酯/癸二羧酸酯)、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯等。这些聚酯既可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合使用2种以上。聚酯具有耐电解液性优异、对于电解液的附着不容易产生白化等的优点,可以适合用作基材层1的形成原材料。
另外,作为聚酰胺,具体而言,可以列举尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙610、尼龙12、尼龙46、尼龙6与尼龙66的共聚物等脂肪族系聚酰胺;包含来自对苯二甲酸和/或间苯二甲酸的构成单元的尼龙6I、尼龙6T、尼龙6IT、尼龙6I6T(I表示间苯二甲酸,T表示对苯二甲酸)等六亚甲基二胺-间苯二甲酸-对苯二甲酸共聚聚酰胺、聚己二酰间苯二甲胺(MXD6)等含有芳香族的聚酰胺;聚氨基甲基环己基己二酰胺(PACM6)等脂环系聚酰胺;以及使内酰胺成分、4,4′-二苯基甲烷-二异氰酸酯等异氰酸酯成分共聚而成的聚酰胺、作为共聚聚酰胺与聚酯、聚亚烷基醚二醇的共聚物的聚酯酰胺共聚物、聚醚酯酰胺共聚物;它们的共聚物等。这些聚酰胺既可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合使用2种以上。拉伸聚酰胺膜的拉伸性优异,能够防止由成型时基材层1的树脂破裂导致的白化发生,适合用作基材层1的形成原材料。
基材层1既可以由经单轴或双轴拉伸的树脂膜形成,或者也可以由未拉伸树脂膜形成。其中,经单轴或双轴拉伸的树脂膜、特别是经双轴拉伸的树脂膜通过取向结晶化而使耐热性提高,因此适合用作基材层1。另外,基材层1也可以通过将上述原材料涂敷在阻隔层3上来形成。
这些之中,作为形成基材层1的树脂膜,优选列举尼龙、聚酯,进一步优选双轴拉伸尼龙、双轴拉伸聚酯,特别优选双轴拉伸尼龙。
作为基材层1的厚度,例如可以列举5~50μm左右,优选列举15~30μm左右。
[粘接层2]
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,粘接层2是为了将基材层1与阻隔层3粘接而根据需要设置的层。
粘接层2由能够将基材层1和阻隔层3粘接的粘接剂形成。用于形成粘接层2的粘接剂既可以是双液固化型粘接剂,或者也可以是单液固化型粘接剂。进而,对用于形成粘接层2的粘接剂的粘接机理也没有特别限制,可以为化学反应型、溶剂挥发型、热熔融型、热压型等的任意种。
作为能够用于形成粘接层2的粘接剂的树脂成分,具体而言,可以列举聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯、聚间苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚碳酸酯、共聚聚酯等聚酯系树脂;聚醚系粘接剂;聚氨酯系粘接剂;环氧系树脂;酚醛系树脂;尼龙6、尼龙66、尼龙12、共聚聚酰胺等聚酰胺系树脂;聚烯烃、酸改性聚烯烃、金属改性聚烯烃等聚烯烃系树脂;聚乙酸乙烯酯系树脂;纤维素系粘接剂;(甲基)丙烯酸系树脂;聚酰亚胺系树脂;尿素树脂、三聚氰胺树脂等氨基树脂;氯丁二烯橡胶、丁腈橡胶、苯乙烯-丁二烯橡胶等橡胶;有机硅系树脂;氟化乙烯丙烯共聚物等。这些粘接剂成分既可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合使用2种以上。对2种以上粘接剂成分的组合方式没有特别限制,例如,作为其粘接剂成分,可以列举聚酰胺与酸改性聚烯烃的混合树脂、聚酰胺与金属改性聚烯烃的混合树脂、聚酰胺与聚酯、聚酯与酸改性聚烯烃的混合树脂、聚酯与金属改性聚烯烃的混合树脂等。这些之中,从延展性、高湿度条件下的耐久性和黄变抑制作用、热封时的热劣化抑制作用等优异、且抑制基材层1与阻隔层3之间的层压强度的下降而有效抑制脱层发生的观点考虑,优选列举聚氨酯系双液固化型粘接剂;聚酰胺、聚酯或它们与改性聚烯烃的掺混树脂。
另外,粘接层2也可以以不同粘接剂成分多层化。在将粘接层2以不同粘接剂成分多层化的情况下,从提高基材层1与阻隔层3的层压强度的观点考虑,优选将配置于基材层1侧的粘接剂成分选择为与基材层1的粘接性优异的树脂,将配置于阻隔层3侧的粘接剂成分选择为与阻隔层3的粘接性优异的粘接剂成分。在粘接层2以不同粘接剂成分多层化的情况下,具体而言,作为配置于阻隔层3侧的粘接剂成分,优选列举酸改性聚烯烃、金属改性聚烯烃、聚酯与酸改性聚烯烃的混合树脂、包含共聚聚酯的树脂等。
关于粘接层2的厚度,例如可以列举2~50μm左右,优选列举3~25μm左右。
[阻隔层3]
在电池用包装材料中,阻隔层3是除了提高电池用包装材料的强度以外、还具有防止水蒸气、氧、光等侵入电池内部的功能的层。作为构成阻隔层3的金属,具体而言,可以列举铝、不锈钢、钛等,优选列举铝。阻隔层3例如能够由金属箔或金属蒸镀膜、无机氧化物蒸镀膜、含碳的无机氧化物蒸镀膜、设有这些蒸镀膜的膜等形成,优选由金属箔形成,进一步优选由铝合金箔形成。制造电池用包装材料时,从防止在阻隔层3产生褶皱或针孔的观点考虑,阻隔层更优选由例如经退火处理的铝(JIS H4160:1994A8021H-O、JIS H4160:1994A8079H-O、JIS H4000:2014A8021P-O、JIS H4000:2014A8079P-O)等软质铝合金箔形成。
关于阻隔层3的厚度,例如可以列举10~200μm左右,优选列举20~100μm左右。
另外,为了粘接的稳定化、防止溶解和腐蚀等,优选在阻隔层3的至少一个面、优选在至少热熔接性树脂层4侧的面、进一步优选在两个面进行化学法表面处理。这里,化学法表面处理是指在阻隔层3的表面形成耐酸性覆膜的处理。化学法表面处理例如可以列举:使用硝酸铬、氟化铬、硫酸铬、乙酸铬、草酸铬、磷酸二氢铬、乙酰乙酸铬、氯化铬、硫酸铬钾等铬化合物的铬酸盐处理;使用磷酸钠、磷酸钾、磷酸铵、多磷酸等磷酸化合物的磷酸处理;使用包括下述通式(1)~(4)所示重复单元的氨基化酚聚合物的铬酸盐处理等。此外,在该氨基化酚聚合物中,下述通式(1)~(4)所示重复单元可以单独包含1种,也可以任意组合2种以上。
在通式(1)~(4)中,X表示氢原子、羟基、烷基、羟基烷基、烯丙基或苄基。另外,R1和R2相同或不同,表示羟基、烷基或羟基烷基。在通式(1)~(4)中,作为X、R1、R2所示的烷基,例如可以列举甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基等碳原子数1~4的直链或支链状烷基。另外,作为X、R1、R2所示的羟基烷基,例如可以列举羟基甲基、1-羟基乙基、2-羟基乙基、1-羟基丙基、2-羟基丙基、3-羟基丙基、1-羟基丁基、2-羟基丁基、3-羟基丁基、4-羟基丁基等取代有1个羟基的碳原子数1~4的直链或支链状烷基。在通式(1)~(4)中,X优选为氢原子、羟基和羟基烷基中的任一种。包括通式(1)~(4)所示重复单元的氨基化酚聚合物的数均分子量例如可以列举500~100万左右,优选列举1000~2万左右。
另外,作为对阻隔层3赋予耐蚀性的化学法表面处理方法,可以列举涂敷在磷酸中分散氧化铝、氧化钛、氧化铈、氧化锡等金属氧化物或硫酸钡的微粒而成的物质,并在约150℃以上进行烘烤处理,由此在阻隔层3的表面形成耐蚀处理层的方法。另外,也可以在耐蚀处理层上形成用交联剂使阳离子性聚合物交联而成的树脂层。这里,作为阳离子性聚合物,例如可以列举聚乙烯亚胺、由聚乙烯亚胺和具有羧酸的聚合物形成的离子高分子配位化合物、在丙烯酸主骨架接枝伯胺而成的伯胺接枝丙烯酸树脂、聚烯丙基胺或其衍生物、氨基苯酚等。这些阳离子性聚合物既可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合使用2种以上。另外,作为交联剂,例如可以列举具有选自异氰酸酯基、缩水甘油基、羧基和噁唑啉基中的至少1种官能团的化合物、硅烷偶联剂等。这些交联剂既可以单独使用1种,或者也可以组合使用2种以上。
这些化学法表面处理既可以单独进行1种化学法表面处理,也可以组合2种以上化学法表面处理进行。此外,这些化学法表面处理既可以单独使用1种化合物,或者也可以组合使用2种以上化合物来进行。这些之中,优选列举铬酸处理,进一步优选组合铬化合物、磷酸化合物和氨基化酚聚合物的化学法表面处理。铬化合物中优选铬酸化合物。
关于在化学法表面处理中形成于阻隔层3的表面的耐酸性覆膜的量,没有特别限制,例如在组合铬酸化合物、磷酸化合物和氨基化酚聚合物来进行铬酸盐处理的情况下,希望以如下比例含有:在阻隔层3的表面每1m2,铬酸化合物以铬换算计为0.5~50mg左右、优选为1.0~40mg左右;磷化合物以磷换算计为0.5~50mg左右、优选为1.0~40mg左右;以及氨基化酚聚合物为1~200mg左右、优选为5.0~150mg左右。
化学法表面处理可以通过如下进行:利用棒涂法、辊涂法、凹版涂敷法、浸渍法等将包含用于形成耐酸性覆膜的化合物的溶液涂布在阻隔层3的表面后,以阻隔层3的温度成为70~200℃左右的方式进行加热。另外,在阻隔层3实施化学法表面处理之前,也可以预先对阻隔层3进行利用碱浸渍法、电解清洗法、酸清洗法、电解酸清洗法等的脱脂处理。通过这样进行脱脂处理,能够进一步高效地进行阻隔层3表面的化学法表面处理。
[热熔接性树脂层4]
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,热熔接性树脂层4相当于最内层,是组装电池时热熔接性树脂层彼此热熔接来密封电池元件的层。
对于用于热熔接性树脂层4的树脂成分,只要能够热熔接即可,没有特别限制,例如可以列举聚烯烃、环状聚烯烃、羧酸改性聚烯烃、羧酸改性环状聚烯烃。
作为上述聚烯烃,具体而言,可以列举低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、线状低密度聚乙烯等聚乙烯;均聚丙烯、聚丙烯的嵌段共聚物(例如,丙烯与乙烯的嵌段共聚物)、聚丙烯的无规共聚物(例如,丙烯与乙烯的无规共聚物)等聚丙烯;乙烯-丁稀-丙烯的三元共聚物等。这些聚烯烃中优选列举聚乙烯和聚丙烯。
上述环状聚烯烃为烯烃与环状单体的共聚物,作为成为上述环状聚烯烃的构成单体的烯烃,例如可以列举乙烯、丙烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、丁二烯、异戊二烯等。另外,作为成为上述环状聚烯烃的构成单体的环状单体,例如可以列举降冰片烯等环状烯烃;具体而言,环戊二烯、二环戊二烯、环己二烯、降冰片二烯等环状二烯等。这些聚烯烃中,优选列举环状烯烃、进一步优选列举降冰片烯。另外,作为构成单体还可以列举苯乙烯。
上述羧酸改性聚烯烃为通过将上述聚烯烃用羧酸进行嵌段聚合或接枝聚合来改性的聚合物。作为用于改性的羧酸,例如可以列举马来酸、丙烯酸、衣康酸、巴豆酸、马来酸酐、衣康酸酐等。
上述羧酸改性环状聚烯烃是通过用α,β-不饱和羧酸或其酸酐代替构成环状聚烯烃的单体的一部分而进行共聚得到的共聚物,或者将α,β-不饱和羧酸或其酸酐对环状聚烯烃进行嵌段聚合或接枝聚合得到的共聚物。关于被羧酸改性的环状聚烯烃与上述同样。另外,作为用于改性的羧酸,与在上述羧酸改性聚烯烃的改性中使用的羧酸同样。
这些树脂成分中,优选列举羧酸改性聚烯烃;进一步优选列举羧酸改性聚丙烯。
热熔接性树脂层4既可以由1种树脂成分单独形成,或者也可以由组合2种以上树脂成分的掺混聚合物形成。此外,热熔接性树脂层4可以仅由1层而成,也可以通过相同或不同的树脂成分以2层以上形成。
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,热熔接性树脂层4也可以包含滑剂。作为滑剂没有特别限制,优选列举酰胺系滑剂。作为酰胺系滑剂,只要具有酰胺基就没有特别限制,优选为脂肪酰胺和芳香族双酰胺可以列举。滑剂既可以单独使用1种,也可以组合使用2种以上。
作为脂肪酰胺,例如,可以列举饱和脂肪酰胺、不饱和脂肪酰胺、取代酰胺、羟甲基酰胺、饱和脂肪酸双酰胺、不饱和脂肪酸双酰胺等。作为饱和脂肪酰胺的具体例,可以列举月桂酰胺、棕榈酰胺、硬脂酰胺、山萮酰胺、羟基硬脂酰胺等。作为不饱和脂肪酰胺的具体例,可以列举油酰胺、芥酰胺等。作为取代酰胺的具体例,可以列举N-油烯基棕榈酰胺、N-硬脂基硬脂酰胺、N-硬脂基油酰胺、N-油烯基硬脂酰胺、N-硬脂基芥酰胺等。另外,作为羟甲基酰胺的具体例,可以列举羟甲基硬脂酰胺等。作为饱和脂肪酸双酰胺的具体例,可以列举亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、亚乙基双癸酰胺、亚乙基双月桂酰胺、亚乙基双硬脂酰胺、亚乙基双羟基硬脂酰胺、亚乙基双山萮酰胺、六亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、六亚甲基双山萮酰胺、六亚甲基羟基硬脂酰胺、N,N′-二硬脂基己二酰胺、N,N′-二硬脂基癸二酰胺等。作为不饱和脂肪酸双酰胺的具体例,可以列举亚乙基双油酰胺、亚乙基双芥酰胺、六亚甲基双油酰胺、N,N′-二油烯基己二酰胺、N,N′-二油烯基癸二酰胺等。作为脂肪酸酯酰胺的具体例,可以列举硬脂酰胺乙基硬脂酸酯等。另外,作为芳香族系双酰胺的具体例,可以列举间苯二甲基双硬脂酰胺、间苯二甲基双羟基硬脂酰胺、N,N′-二硬脂基间苯二甲酰胺等。
在热熔接性树脂层4包含滑剂的情况下,其含量适当选择即可,优选列举700~1200ppm左右,更优选列举800~1100ppm左右。此外,在本发明中,热熔接性树脂层4中滑剂的含量为存在于热熔接性树脂层4内部的滑剂和存在于热熔接性树脂层4表面的滑剂的合计量。
另外,作为热熔接性树脂层4的厚度,能够适当选择,可以列举10~100μm左右,优选列举15~50μm左右。
[粘接层5]
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,粘接层5是为了将阻隔层3与热熔接性树脂层4牢固粘接而在它们之间根据需要设置的层。
粘接层5由能够将阻隔层3与热熔接性树脂层4粘接的粘接剂形成。对用于形成粘接层5的粘接剂,其粘接机理、粘接剂成分的种类等与上述粘接层2的情况同样。作为用于粘接层5的粘接剂成分,优选列举聚烯烃系树脂,进一步优选列举羧酸改性聚烯烃,特别优选列举羧酸改性聚丙烯。
关于粘接层5的厚度,例如可以列举2~50μm左右,优选列举15~30μm左右。
3.电池用包装材料的制造方法
对本发明的电池用包装材料的制造方法,只要能够得到叠层规定组成的各层的叠层体,就没有特别限制。即,本发明的电池用包装材料可以例示如下方法,该方法包括:至少叠层保护层、基材层、阻隔层和热熔接性树脂层而得到叠层体的叠层工序;和使保护层固化的固化工序,在固化工序中,使保护层固化,使得在从保护层的最外表面侧利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在红外线的波数2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。具体而言,例如能够通过以下来制造。
首先,形成至少依次叠层有基材层1、阻隔层3的叠层体(以下有时也表述为“叠层体A”)。叠层体A的形成例如能够通过如下干式层压法进行:在基材层1上或在根据需要表面经化学法表面处理的阻隔层3,利用凹版涂敷法、辊涂法等涂布方法涂布用于形成粘接层2的粘接剂并使其干燥之后,叠层该阻隔层3或基材层1并使粘接层2固化。
接下来,在叠层体A的阻隔层3上叠层热熔接性树脂层4。在阻隔层3上直接叠层热熔接性树脂层4时,在叠层体A的阻隔层3上利用凹版涂敷法、辊涂法等方法涂布构成热熔接性树脂层4的树脂成分即可。另外,在阻隔层3和热熔接性树脂层4之间设置粘接层5的情况下,例如可以列举:(1)在叠层体A的阻隔层3上,通过共挤出叠层粘接层5和热熔接性树脂层4的方法(共挤出层压法);(2)单独形成叠层粘接层5和热熔接性树脂层4而成的叠层体,将其通过热层压法叠层在叠层体A的阻隔层3上的方法;(3)在叠层体A的阻隔层3上,通过挤出法或以溶液涂敷的高温干燥进而烘烤的方法等来叠层用于形成粘接层5的粘接剂,在该粘接层5上通过热层压法叠层预先制膜成片状的热熔接性树脂层4的方法;(4)在叠层体A的阻隔层3和预先制膜成片状的热熔接性树脂层4之间,一边流入熔融的粘接层5,一边经由粘接层5将叠层体A和热熔接性树脂层4贴合的方法(夹层层压法)等。接下来,在基材层1的表面涂布形成保护层6的树脂组合物,使固化剂的异氰酸酯基的一部分反应来固化保护层。作为使固化剂的异氰酸酯基的一部分反应的方法,可以列举加热、光照射等。例如,如果是加热,能够通过进行30~90℃左右的温度、24~120小时左右的环境下的陈化工序,调节为:在利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。此外,在基材层1的表面形成保护层6的工序可以在叠层基材层1和阻隔层3之前进行。例如,可以在基材层1的表面形成保护层6之后,在基材层1的与保护层6相反侧的表面形成阻隔层3。另外,也可以在叠层基材层1和阻隔层3之后、且在叠层热熔接性树脂层4之前,在基材层1的表面形成保护层6。
在本发明的电池用包装材料中,对于构成叠层体的各层,也可以根据需要,为了使制膜性、叠层化加工、最终制品2次加工(包装化、压花成型)适应性等提高或稳定化,而实施电晕放电处理、喷砂处理、氧化处理、臭氧处理等表面活性化处理。
进而,在本发明的电池用包装材料中,在成型电池用包装材料的(为了形成用于封入电池元件的空间的成型)前后、成型后收纳电池元件的前后中的任意时刻,均可以在保护层6的表面印刷油墨。作为印刷方法没有特别限制,在成型后对电池用包装材料进行印刷时优选移印。通过本发明的制造方法得到的电池用包装材料,由于在从保护层6的最外表面侧利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75这样的特定关系,因此,即使利用油墨容易被排斥的移印,也能够适合进行油墨印刷。由此,能够适合地在保护层6的表面的至少一部分形成例如条形码、花纹、文字等印字。作为印刷所使用的油墨如上所述。
4.电池用包装材料的用途
本发明的电池用包装材料用于制作用于密封并收纳正极、负极、电解质等电池元件的包装体。即,能够在由本发明的电池用包装材料形成的包装体中收纳电池元件。
具体而言,利用由本发明的电池用包装材料形成的包装体,将至少具备正极、负极和电解质的电池元件在使与上述正极和负极的各自连接的金属端子向外侧突出的状态下,以在电池元件的周缘能够形成凸缘部(热熔接性树脂层彼此接触的区域)的方式包覆,将上述凸缘部的热熔接性树脂层彼此热封而进行密封,由此,可以提供使用电池用包装材料的电池。此外,在使用本发明的电池用包装材料收纳电池元件的情况下,以本发明的电池用包装材料的热熔接性树脂部分成为内侧(与电池元件相接的面)的方式使用。
本发明的电池中使用上述本发明的电池用包装材料,因此,例如对于成型电池用包装材料并封装电池元件之后的电池的表面,也能够适合印刷油墨,能够在电池的表面的至少一部分通过例如条形码、花纹、文字等印字适合地形成信息载持部。
本发明的电池用包装材料可以用于一次电池、二次电池中的任意种,优选二次电池。关于应用本发明的电池用包装材料的二次电池的种类没有特别限制,例如可以列举锂离子电池、锂离子聚合物电池、铅畜电池、镍-氢畜电池、镍-镉畜电池、镍-铁畜电池、镍-锌畜电池、氧化银-锌畜电池、金属空气电池、多价阳离子电池、电容器(condenser)、电容器(capacitor)等。这些二次电池中,作为本发明的电池用包装材料的适合的应用对象,可以列举锂离子电池和锂离子聚合物电池。
实施例
以下例示实施例和比较例,详细地说明本发明。但本发明并不限定于实施例。
实施例1-3和比较例1、2
<电池用包装材料的制造>
在由拉伸尼龙膜(厚度25μm)形成的基材层1上,通过干式层压法叠层由对两表面实施了化学法表面处理的铝箔(厚度40μm)形成的阻隔层3。具体而言,在铝箔的一个面涂布双液型聚氨酯粘接剂(多元醇化合物和芳香族异氰酸酯系化合物),在阻隔层3上形成粘接层2(厚度4μm)。接下来,将阻隔层3上的粘接层2与基材层1加压加热贴合之后,实施陈化处理,由此制备基材层1/粘接层2/阻隔层3的叠层体。此外,用作阻隔层3的铝箔的化学法表面处理,通过将包含酚树脂、氟化铬化合物和磷酸的处理液以铬的涂布量为10mg/m2(干燥重量)的方式利用辊涂法涂布在铝箔的两个面,并在覆膜温度为180℃以上的条件下烘烤,由此进行。
接下来,在上述叠层体的阻隔层3侧将形成热熔接性树脂层4的酸改性聚丙烯树脂(厚度23μm)和聚丙烯树脂(厚度23μm)以熔融状态(250℃)共挤出,由此在阻隔层3上叠层热熔接性树脂层4(厚度46μm)。接下来,在基材层1上,利用凹版涂敷法涂布形成保护层6的树脂组合物(包含羟值为7mgKOH/g、重均分子量15000的聚酯多元醇20质量%、作为具有异氰酸酯基的固化剂的芳香族二异氰酸酯固化剂的甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)15质量%、甲乙酮的溶剂65质量%的树脂组合物),在基材层1的表面形成保护层6(厚度3μm)。这样,得到包括依次叠层保护层6/基材层1/粘接层2/阻隔层3/热熔接性树脂层4的叠层膜的电池用包装材料。在实施例1-3和比较例1、2的电池用包装材料中,在叠层各层之后,分别在表1记载的条件下进行陈化。
实施例4-6和比较例3、4
在实施例4、5、6中,添加填充物(平均粒径1.0μm的二氧化硅颗粒),使其在形成保护层6的树脂组合物中的比例为10质量%,除此以外,分别与实施例1、2、3同样制作电池用包装材料。另外,在比较例3、4中,添加填充物(平均粒径1.0μm的二氧化硅颗粒),使其在形成保护层6的树脂组合物中的比例为10质量%,除此以外,分别与比较例1、2同样制作电池用包装材料。在实施例4、5、6和比较例3、4的电池用包装材料中,在叠层各层之后,分别在表1记载的条件下进行陈化。
[保护层的B/A的测定]
使用Thermo Scientific公司制的Nicolet380,从上述所得到的电池用包装材料的保护层的最外表面侧测定傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射。从所得到的测定结果,基于在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在红外线的波数2200cm-1至2300cm-1范围检出的吸光度的最大值B,计算B/A的值。结果示于表1。此外,本发明中的吸光度的最大值为利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射测得的吸光度的最大值,是设为累计次数32次、波数分辨率4cm-1测得的值。傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射的具体测定条件如下所述。

吸光度的最大值A:将波数2750~3100cm-1之间用直线连接得到基线,基线至波数2800~3000cm-1的范围中的吸光度的最大值为止的强度
吸光度的最大值B:将波数2000~2500cm-1之间用直线连接得到基线,基线至波数2200~2300cm-1的范围中的吸光度的最大值为止的强度
[耐电解液性的评价]
从上述所得到的电池用包装材料,切取宽度100mm长度100mm的大小的试验片。接下来,在保护层的表面滴落电解液(包括1M的LiPF6与亚乙基碳酸酯、碳酸二乙酯和碳酸二甲酯(容量比1︰1︰1)的混合液),在24℃、相对湿度50%的环境下放置6小时之后,用乙醇擦拭电解液,观察表面的变化。此时,将没有任何变化的情况记为A,将变色的情况记为C。结果示于表1。
[油墨的印刷特性的评价]
在上述所得到的电池用包装材料的保护层的表面实施移印,评价油墨的印刷特性。移印机使用MISHIMA株式会社制SPACE PAD 6GX。另外,油墨使用Navitas株式会社制的UV油墨PJU-A黑色。对印刷在保护层的表面的油墨,利用AS-1制的Handy UV lamp SUV-4通过紫外线波长:254nm从10cm的距离照射UV30秒,来使其固化。印刷面的面积设为100mm2。通过光学显微镜观察固化后的印刷面,按照以下基准评价油墨的印刷特性。此外,油墨的印刷在温度24℃、相对湿度50%的环境下进行。结果示于表1。
A:印刷的缺漏少于印刷花纹整体的5%
C:印刷的缺漏多于印刷花纹整体的10%
[耐磨耗性的评价]
按照JIS P 8136规定的方法,对上述所得到的电池用包装材料的保护层,以30行程(stroke)的条件进行耐磨耗性试验,目视确认有无划痕。将在试验后的保护层没有划痕的情况记为A,将有划痕的情况记为C进行评价。结果示于表1。
[胶带密合性的评价]
如图3、4所示,将上述所得到的各电池用包装材料10以宽度15mm、长度175mm的尺寸切出,在保护层的表面粘贴宽度5mm、长度125mm的双面粘胶带20(TesaSE公司制tesa(注册商标)70415)。从其上方重叠以宽度15mm、长度300mm切出的电池用包装材料的保护层10的表面,使用JIS-Z0237:2009粘胶带·粘合片试验方法(粘着テープ·粘着シート試験方法)的10.2.4中记载的压接装置进行电池用包装材料和粘胶带的压接。此外,在温度24℃、相对湿度50%的环境下,压接装置的滚子质量为2kg,以10mm/sec的速度往返2次。用滚子压接并在温度24℃、相对湿度50%RH下保存1小时后,将以宽度15mm、长度300mm切出的电池用包装材料在双面粘胶带的端部对折180°,将上述电池用包装材料在拉拽试验机的上下固定,以180°的剥离角、50mm/min的速度在温度24℃、相对湿度50%的环境下进行拉拽试验,评价胶带的密合性。此外,所得到的剥离强度以除去测定的最初的25mm和最后的20mm之后的平均值计算,通过以下所示基准评价胶带密合性。结果示于表1。
A:剥离强度为5N/5mm以上
B:剥离强度为3N/5mm以上且小于5N/5mm
C:剥离强度小于3N/5mm

如由表1所示结果可明确得知,在B/A值设为0.10~0.70的范围的实施例1~6的电池用包装材料中,不仅耐电解液性优异,油墨的印刷特性也优异。进而可知,在B/A值设为0.10~0.50的范围的实施例1、2、5、6的电池用包装材料中,不仅耐电解液性和油墨的印刷特性优异,耐磨耗性也优异。此外可知,在形成保护层6的树脂组合物中添加有填充物的实施例4、5、6的电池用包装材料中,胶带密合性也优异。

Claims (10)
1.一种电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
包括至少依次具有保护层、基材层、阻隔层和热熔接性树脂层的叠层体,
在利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射从所述保护层的最外表面侧进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述保护层包含具有异氰酸酯基的化合物。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述保护层包含聚氨酯树脂,该聚氨酯树脂由选自在侧链具有带羟基的基团的聚酯多元醇和丙烯酸多元醇中的至少1种多元醇与具有异氰酸酯基的化合物形成。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
在所述保护层的表面的至少一部分印刷油墨来使用。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
在所述保护层的表面的至少一部分具有由油墨构成的信息载持部。
6.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
在所述基材层与所述阻隔层之间具有粘接层。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
在所述阻隔层与所述热熔接性树脂层之间具有粘接层。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的电池用包装材料,其特征在于:
所述阻隔层为铝箔。
9.一种电池,其特征在于:
在由权利要求1~8中任一项所述的电池用包装材料形成的包装体中收纳有至少具有正极、负极和电解质的电池元件。
10.一种电池用包装材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括:
至少叠层保护层、基材层、阻隔层和热熔接性树脂层来得到叠层体的叠层工序;和
使所述保护层固化的固化工序,
在所述固化工序中,使所述保护层固化,使得在利用傅里叶变换红外线分光分析法的衰减全反射从所述保护层的最外表面侧进行测定的情况下,在红外线的波数2800cm-1至3000cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值A与在红外线的波数2200cm-1至2300cm-1的范围检出的吸光度的最大值B满足0.05≤B/A≤0.75的关系。
