Abstract
The invention relates to a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition and application thereof in washing and caring products, wherein the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, 0.1-5 parts of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, 1-10 parts of scutellaria baicalensis extracting solution and 0.05-0.5 part of citronella oil. The components of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition are matched according to a specific proportion, and various rich functional components are mutually blended and cooperated, so that the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition has the effects of inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms, balancing flora on the surface of skin, isolating and removing harmful substances on the skin and enhancing nutrition to skin cells. Moreover, the components of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition are all natural plant components, are green and environment-friendly, have no toxic or side effect, are mild and have no stimulation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of washing and caring products, in particular to a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition and application thereof in washing and caring products.
Background
Along with the improvement of consumption consciousness of people, consumers pay more and more attention to the safety of products when selecting cleaning products for washing and caring, natural skin care is pursued, and the washing and caring product containing various medicinal plant extracts can meet the requirements of people on nature, green and health. However, most of the washing and caring products in the market are mainly clean, lack of real antibacterial effect, or are added with prohibited components, have strong irritation, and damage the skin to cause secondary damage.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, there is a need to provide a natural compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition capable of effectively resisting bacteria and an application thereof in washing and caring products.

In one embodiment, the method of decocting comprises: adding 250-350 ml of water into every 15g of radix scutellariae root bark, decocting for 30-60 min until the residual liquid is 80-120 ml.
In one embodiment, the melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder is prepared by the following method:
selecting fresh branch with diameter of not more than 0.5cm of melaleuca alternifolia single branch and leaf thereon, sun drying, pulverizing, and sieving.
In one embodiment, the screen is a 60-180 mesh screen.
The invention also provides application of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition in preparation of washing and nursing products.
The invention also provides a washing and caring product, which comprises a washing and caring substrate, a solvent and the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition of any one of the embodiments.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the washing and caring product, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition in the solvent, and then adding the washing and protecting substrate.
In one embodiment, the solvent is propylene glycol and/or butylene glycol.
The raw materials of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition are introduced as follows:
the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil is also called Australia tea tree essential oil, is a pure natural plant extract, and is a medium-efficient bactericide. The melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil has antibacterial, acarid removing, pore astringing, skin penetration promoting, and other effective components absorbing effects. The main chemical components of the melaleuca alternifolia oil comprise 4-terpineol and 1, 8-cineole, the antibacterial activity of the essential oil is enhanced along with the increase of the concentration of the 4-terpineol under a certain condition, the irritation of the 1, 8-cineole and the essential oil is related, and the lower the concentration of the 1, 8-cineole is, the less the irritation is.
The melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder contains volatile oil, terpineol, alkene and other components, and the granular powder can play a role of massaging in the washing and protecting process besides containing more than 1% of leaf oil, can remove dry and aged cuticle on the surface of skin, remove dirt and sebum blocking pores, regulate sebum metabolism and improve the skin environment.
The Scutellariae radix extract contains baicalin, baicalein, flavonoids, amino acids, saccharides, etc., and has antibacterial, antiinflammatory, antiallergic, antioxidant, free radical scavenging and skin regulating effects. The Scutellariae radix extract has effects in clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispelling blood stasis, stopping bleeding, promoting urination, and relieving swelling; can inhibit elastase secretion, eliminate free radicals, thereby increasing skin metabolism, skin elasticity and wrinkle resistance, and has antiaging effect; can promote the secretion of ceramide, improve sebum and soften and moisten skin; has effects in inhibiting dermatitis, enhancing skin resistance, and resisting inflammation; can neutralize released histamine, and has effect in preventing allergy.
The citronella oil contains citronellal, geraniol, citronellol and other components, can be used for cleaning oily skin, and has the effects of sterilizing and diminishing inflammation, relaxing muscles and tendons, activating collaterals, relieving pain and softening skin. The lemongrass oil has strong sweet smell of Japanese pepper, refreshes the brain, eliminates brain fatigue, and can blend the smell of the leaf oil of the melaleuca alternifolia so that the component smell is harmonious and more comfortable.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the components of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition are matched according to a specific proportion, and various rich functional components are mutually blended and cooperated, so that the effect of killing pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like is obviously better than that of the single use of the components.
The compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition has the effects of inhibiting pathogenic microorganisms, balancing flora on the surface of the skin, isolating and removing harmful substances outside the skin and enhancing the nutrition of skin cells. The selected components are all natural plant components, are green and environment-friendly, have no toxic or side effect, and are mild and non-irritant.
Test results show that the skin cream containing the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition has an obvious treatment effect on acne, the skin cream containing only a single medicine component has no cure effect or low cure rate on acne, and the skin cream containing the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition can obviously improve the cure rate of acne in a short time.

Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder used in each of the following examples and comparative examples was prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
selecting fresh branches with diameter of less than 0.5cm of melaleuca alternifolia single branch and leaves thereon, cleaning with clear water, sun drying, cutting to about 2cm of each section, pulverizing with a pulverizer, and sieving with 60-180 mesh sieve for 3 times.
The melaleuca alternifolia oil used in each of the following examples and comparative examples was prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
selecting fresh leaves of melaleuca alternifolia, heating, distilling and extracting by a water distillation device, condensing, separating oil from water to obtain crude oil, filtering harmful substances by a refining device, and retaining most of effective components in Australian tea trees.
The scutellaria baicalensis extracting solution adopted in the following examples and comparative examples is prepared by a method comprising the following steps of:
weighing radix scutellariae root bark, adding 250 ml-350 ml of water into each 15g of radix scutellariae root bark, decocting for 30 min-60 min until the residual liquid is 80 ml-120 ml, filtering by a 50-mesh filter screen to obtain radix scutellariae extracting solution, sealing and storing in a refrigerator at 4 ℃.
The following examples and comparative examples employ the same commercially available product as the citronella oil.
Example 1
Weighing 1g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, 5g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, 10g of scutellaria baicalensis extract and 0.05g of citronella oil, and dissolving with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Example 2
Weighing 10g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, 0.1g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, 1g of scutellaria baicalensis extracting solution and 0.5g of citronella oil, and dissolving with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Example 3
Weighing 5g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, 3g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, 8g of scutellaria baicalensis extracting solution and 0.05g of citronella oil, and dissolving with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Example 4
Weighing 8g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, 0.5g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, 3g of scutellaria baicalensis extract and 0.3g of citronella oil, and dissolving with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Example 5
Weighing 5g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, 2.5g of melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, 5g of scutellaria baicalensis extracting solution and 0.25g of citronella oil, and dissolving with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Comparative example 1
Weighing and dissolving the melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Comparative example 2
Weighing and dissolving the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition mixed solution with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Comparative example 3
Weighing Scutellariae radix extract, and dissolving with propylene glycol solvent to obtain 10 wt% compound Chinese medicinal antibacterial composition mixed solution.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Comparative example 4
Weighing and dissolving the citronella oil with a propylene glycol solvent to obtain a mixed solution of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition with the concentration of 10 wt%.
Adding the above mixed solution into washing and caring matrix (water, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, hydrolyzed collagen and lipid), stirring, and making into skin cream.
Quantitative sterilization test of suspension
Taking the colonies of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and candida albicans cultured for 18-24 hours, and preparing bacterial suspension meeting experimental requirements by adopting a direct bacterial suspension preparation method.
Adding 1ml of test bacterial suspension and 4ml of the mixed solution of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial compositions prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4 into a sterile test tube, uniformly mixing, and keeping the temperature to (20 +/-1 ℃) for 5min and 10 min. Adding 0.5ml sample solution into 4.5ml neutralizer (2% Tween-80 + 0.5% lecithin + 1% glycine +0.03mol/L PBS) tube, mixing, and neutralizing for 10 min. Respectively sucking 1.0ml of sample liquid, measuring the number of viable bacteria by a viable bacteria culture counting method, and calculating the killing rate. If the number of colonies growing on the plate is large, serial 10-fold dilution can be performed, and viable bacteria culture counting can be performed. Meanwhile, the diluent is used for replacing the mixed liquid of the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition prepared in the examples 1-5 and the comparative examples 1-4, and a parallel test is carried out to be used as a positive control. The results are as follows:

As can be seen from the data in the table, compared with the individual use of each component, the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition provided in examples 1 to 5 has a more obvious killing effect on pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like through the mutual synergy of the melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, the scutellaria baicalensis extract and the lemongrass oil in a specific ratio, wherein the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition provided in example 5 acts for 10min, and the sterilization rate is equal to or greater than 99.9%.
Determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC value) of Staphylococcus aureus
The test method comprises the following steps: the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) was measured by microdilution, and the mixed solutions of the antibacterial compositions of the herbal compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were diluted 8 times by using EP tubes, and the concentrations of the tubes were 50%, 25%, 12.5%, 6.25%, 3.13%, 1.56%, 0.78%, 0.39%, 0.20%, and 0.10% in this order, and the diluted solutions were added to a 96-well plate at 50. mu.l per well. Diluting Staphylococcus aureus liquid (10)6cfu/ml) was added to 50 ul/well of the mixed solution of the compound antibacterial composition prepared in the previous examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 4, covered, and cultured at 35 ℃ for 24 hours. as can be seen from the data in the table, compared with the individual use of each component, the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition provided in examples 1 to 5 has the effect of significantly reducing the minimum inhibitory concentration of staphylococcus aureus by the mutual synergy of the melaleuca alternifolia leaf powder, the melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, the scutellaria baicalensis extract and the lemongrass oil in a specific ratio.
Juvenile facial acne treatment test
Test objects: teenagers between 14 and 20 years old with facial acne. Each test group was 25 cases.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test is carried out for 14 days, and 3-5 g of the skin cream prepared by the blank of the examples 1-5 and the blank of the comparative examples 1-4 are respectively taken in the morning and evening and applied to the position of the face with acne.

As can be seen from the data in the table, compared with comparative examples 1 to 4, the skin cream provided in examples 1 to 5 has relatively obvious effect of eliminating acne, wherein the skin cream provided in example 5 has the best effect, which indicates that the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition with the preferred component content has better effect. In the test process of the product, no toxic or side effect is found, one allergic reaction occurs, only 3 cases of patients with local skin ulceration have slight stabbing pain feeling in the first two days of use, and the skin ulceration disappears after the third day.

9. A washing and caring product, characterized by comprising a washing and caring substrate, a solvent and the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition of any one of claims 1-7.
10. A method of making a cleaning article according to claim 9, comprising the steps of:
mixing the compound traditional Chinese medicine antibacterial composition in the solvent, and then adding the washing and protecting substrate.
