Method and structure for forming shoe body in composite layer type
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for forming a shoe body in a composite layer type three-dimensional way and a structure thereof.
Background
The shoes are common wearing articles in the general public life, and the surfaces and the insides of the shoes are made of cloth, so that when a wearer wears the shoes made of the cloth, the feet of the wearer feel more comfortable compared with the common shoes.
The forming method of the shoe made of the cloth comprises the following steps: (1) sewing a tubular long cloth cover 10 with a woven cloth mixed with TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) material, wherein one end of the long cloth cover 10 is provided with an opening, and the other end is provided with a bottom end; (2) the long cloth cover 10 takes the position close to the center as a branching line, the long cloth cover 10 is divided into an inner layer and an outer layer, the inner layer is folded and inserted into the outer layer, and the bottom end faces the opening; (3) placing the long cloth cover 10 after being folded back on a plane, and pressing and fixing the pre-formed shoe decoration 13 on the outer layer by using a mould A; (4) a shoe tree is inserted into the inner lining, so that the long cloth cover 10 is propped up to form a shoe shape; (5) heating the long cloth cover 10 inserted into the shoe tree, when the temperature reaches 60-120 ℃, curing and forming the TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) material in the long cloth cover 10, and after the TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) material in the long cloth cover 10 is cooled, fixing and forming the long cloth cover 10 into the shape of the shoe tree to form a shoe upper; (6) a sole is combined and fixed with the bottom of the vamp to form the shoe.
It should be noted that, in the step (3), as shown in fig. 1, since the long cloth cover 10 is formed on a plane, the range of printing on the long cloth cover 10 is limited, and the three-dimensional shoe upper is divided into a shoe side surface 11 and a shoe top surface 12, the state of printing the shoe top surface 12 on the mold a is shown in fig. 1, and as shown in fig. 1, the shoe side surface 11 is deformed by pressing, so that the shoe decoration 13 cannot be printed on the shoe side surface 11 while the mold a prints the shoe top surface 12, and after the shoe decoration 13 on the shoe top surface 12 is printed, the shoe side surface 11 is respectively pressed flat and the shoe decoration 13 is printed on the shoe side surface 11.
However, this method of printing the shoe decorations 13 cannot print all the shoe decorations 13 at one time, which makes the steps of printing the shoe decorations 13 complicated, and further, because the shoe decorations 13 that have been completely formed and cooled are directly printed on the shoe uppers, it is difficult to reliably attach the shoe decorations 13 to the shoe uppers, and the shoe decorations 13 are easily dropped.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method and a structure for forming a shoe body in a composite layer type three-dimensional mode, so that the shoe body can simultaneously stamp the top surface and the side surface of the shoe body during the step of stamping shoe decorations, the processing time is shortened, and the aim of rapid production is fulfilled.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a method for forming a shoe body in a composite layer type and a structure thereof, comprising:
a sewing step, namely knitting a mesh into a long cloth sleeve, wherein one end of the long cloth sleeve is an opening, the other end of the long cloth sleeve is a bottom end, a connecting ring part is arranged between the opening and the bottom end of the long cloth sleeve, an inner layer is arranged between the connecting ring part and the bottom end, and an outer layer is arranged between the connecting ring part and the opening;
a prototype step, namely reversely folding the inner layer, inserting the inner layer into the outer layer from the connecting ring part to enable the inner layer to be overlapped with the outer layer, and forming the connecting ring part into a shoe opening;
a bottom placing step, placing a middle bottom between the inner layer and the outer layer;
sewing: sewing the opening to enable the insole to be accommodated between the inner layer and the outer layer without falling out;
step of putting on last: placing a shoe tree into the space in the shoe, wherein the shoe tree supports the inner layer to enable the inner layer to be attached to the outer layer, and the inner layer and the outer layer are supported to be in the shape of the shoe tree;
an embossing step: taking a sole mold and a shoe decoration mold, wherein the sole mold is provided with a sole mold cavity and a first attaching surface, the sole mold cavity is used for filling the sole, the first attaching surface is used for attaching the sole surface, the shoe decoration mold is provided with a shoe decoration mold cavity and a second attaching surface, the shoe decoration mold is used for filling the shoe decoration, the second attaching surface is used for attaching the shoe top surface and the shoe side surface, a shoe sole in a semi-cured state is filled in the sole mold cavity, a shoe decoration in a semi-cured state is filled in the shoe decoration mold cavity, the shoe decoration mold and the sole mold are pressed on the outer layer, so that the first attaching surface and the second attaching surface are attached to the outer layer after the shoe last is put in, and the semi-cured shoe decoration and the semi-cured sole are attached to the outer layer; and
a heating step: heating the long cloth cover, curing and completely forming the shoe decoration in the shoe decoration mould and the sole in the sole mould, and after cooling, fixing the inner layer and the outer layer to present the shape of the shoe tree.
In a preferred embodiment, the scrim comprises hot melt adhesive yarns, hot melt adhesive filaments, TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) yarns, or PU (POLYURETHANE) particles.
In a preferred embodiment, the material of the shoe decoration and the sole is RPU (rigid POLYURETHANE), CPU (thermosetting POLYURETHANE elastomer) or PU (POLYURETHANE).
In a preferred embodiment, the temperature of the shoe decoration and the sole in the semi-cured state is between 30 and 80 degrees.
In a preferred embodiment, the sole mold and the shoe decoration mold are made of PU (Polyurethane), TPU (THERMOPLASTIC Polyurethane elastomer) or silicone.
Therefore, the method and the structure for forming the shoe body in a composite layer type three-dimensional mode can simultaneously form the shoe decoration and the sole of the shoe top surface, the shoe side surface and the sole surface during the impressing step, and can also separately form the shoe decoration and the sole according to requirements, so that the steps of forming the shoe decoration and the sole are shortened and simplified, the time for integrally manufacturing the shoe is greatly shortened, and the aim of quickly producing the shoe is fulfilled; in addition, according to the method and the structure for forming the shoe body in the composite layer type three-dimensional mode, after the shoe decoration and the sole are stamped, when the heating step is carried out, the shoe decoration and the sole are in a molten state, so that the shoe decoration can be combined with the vamp more reliably, and the condition that a plurality of shoe decorations and the sole fall off is further reduced.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a method for forming a shoe body in a composite layer type three-dimensional way and a structure thereof, comprising the following steps:
a shoe upper 20 having a top surface 21, a side surface 22 connected to the top surface 21, and a bottom surface 23 connected to the side surface 22 and opposite to the top surface 21, wherein the top surface 21, the side surface 22 and the bottom surface 23 enclose a three-dimensional shoe shape.
A sole 30, which is heated and combined with the sole surface 23 by a sole mold 31, the sole mold 31 has a sole cavity 311 and a first attaching surface 312, the sole cavity 311 is used for accommodating the sole 30, and the first attaching surface 312 can be tightly attached to the sole surface 23.
A shoe decoration 40, wherein the shoe decoration 40 is thermally combined with the shoe top surface 21 or the shoe side surface 22 or the shoe top surface 21 and the shoe side surface 22 by a shoe decoration mold 41, the shoe decoration mold 41 has a shoe decoration mold cavity 411 and a second adhesive surface 412, the shoe decoration mold cavity 411 is used for accommodating the shoe decoration 40, and the second adhesive surface 412 can be tightly adhered to the shoe top surface 21 and the shoe side surface 22.
Referring to fig. 2 to 9, in this embodiment, the method for forming a composite layered stereo shoe body provided by the present invention includes:
referring to fig. 2, a sewing step 1: weaving a mesh cloth of hot melt adhesive yarn, hot melt adhesive filament, TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) yarn or PU (POLYURETHANE) particle into a long cloth cover 50, wherein one end of the long cloth cover 50 is an opening 51, the other end is a bottom end 52, a connecting ring part 53 is arranged between the opening 51 and the bottom end 52 of the long cloth cover 50, an inner layer 54 is arranged between the connecting ring part 53 and the bottom end 52, and an outer layer 55 is arranged between the connecting ring part 53 and the opening 51.
Referring to fig. 3, a prototype step 2: the inner layer 54 is folded back and the outer layer 55 is inserted from the connecting ring portion 53, so that the inner layer 54 overlaps the outer layer 55, the bottom end 52 of the inner layer 54 is close to the opening 51, the connecting ring portion 53 is formed into a shoe opening 56, and the inner layer 54 surrounds a shoe space 57.
Referring to fig. 4, a bottom placing step 3: a midsole 60 is disposed between the inner layer 54 and the outer layer 55.
Referring to fig. 5, a sewing step 4: the opening 51 is sewn such that the midsole 60 is received between the inner layer 54 and the outer layer 55 without falling out.
Referring to fig. 6, a last insertion step 5: a last 70 is placed into the shoe interior space 57, the last 70 supporting the inner layer 54, and the inner layer 54 and the outer layer 55 are supported into the shape of the last 70.
Referring to fig. 7, an imprinting step 6: taking the sole mold 31 and the plurality of the shoe decoration molds 41, in this embodiment, three of the shoe decoration molds 41 are taken, the sole mold cavity 311 is filled with the sole 30 in a semi-cured state, each of the shoe decoration mold cavities 411 is filled with the shoe decoration 40 in a semi-cured state, the materials of the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 are RPU (RIGID POLYURETHANE), CPU (thermosetting POLYURETHANE elastomer) or PU (POLYURETHANE), at this time, the three shoe decoration molds 41 are respectively stamped on the top surface 21 and the side surface 22, each of the second attaching surfaces 412 is tightly attached to the lasted top surface 21 and the lasted side surface 22, so that the semi-cured shoe decoration 40 is attached to the top surface 21 and the lasted side surface 22, and the sole mold 31 is stamped on the sole surface 23, so that the first attaching surface 312 is tightly attached to the lasted surface 23, the half-cured sole 30 is pressed on the sole surface 23, in this embodiment, the material of the sole mold 31 and the three shoe decoration molds 41 is PU (Polyurethane), TPU (THERMOPLASTIC Polyurethane elastomer) or silica gel, and the sole mold 31 and the shoe decoration molds 41 may be soft molds or hard molds.
Referring to fig. 8, a heating step 7: heating the shoe body, wherein the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 in a semi-cured state are in a molten state when heated to 30-80 ℃, so that the temperature of hot melt adhesive yarn, hot melt adhesive filament, TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) yarn or PU (POLYURETHANE) particle contained in the shoe body woven fabric is raised, when the temperature of the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 in the sole mold 31 in the shoe decoration mold 41 reaches 60-120 ℃, the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 are cured and completely formed, when the shoe body is cooled, the hot melt adhesive yarn, hot melt adhesive filament, TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) yarn or PU (POLYURETHANE) particle contained in the shoe body woven fabric is hardened, so that the inner layer 54 and the outer layer 55 are fixedly in the shape of the shoe 70, and the shoe decoration 40 in the shoe decoration mold 41 and the shoe last 31 in the mold are cooled, the shoe top pattern 21 or the shoe top pattern on the shoe top surface 22 is formed, while the sole 30 at the bottom surface 23 becomes an outsole or heel.
Referring to fig. 9, after the shoe body is cooled, since the hot melt adhesive yarn, the hot melt adhesive filament, the TPU (THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE elastomer) yarn or the PU (POLYURETHANE) fine particle of the outer layer 55 and the inner layer 54 are cooled and solidified, the outer layer 55 and the inner layer 54 do not collapse and maintain the shape of the shoe tree 70 when it is inserted after the shoe tree 70 is extracted.
Since the shoe body is formed with the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 in the same step, and the shoe top 21 and the shoe side 22 can be formed with a plurality of shoe decorations 40 at the same time in the embossing step 6, and the sole 30 can be formed on the sole 23 at the same time, not only can a plurality of shoe decorations 40 be formed in the same step, but also the sole 30 can be formed with a plurality of shoe decorations 40 in the same step, and the sole 30 and the shoe decorations 40 can be formed separately as required, so that the step of printing a plurality of shoe decorations 40 and the step of connecting the sole 30 are simplified.
It should be noted that, since the shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 are half-done before being stamped, the shoe decorations 40 are stamped on the shoe top 21 and the shoe side 22, and the sole 30 is stamped on the sole 23, when the heating step is performed, the shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 reach a temperature of 30-80 ℃, a part of the shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 in a molten state will penetrate into the cloth of the upper 20, and after the shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 penetrate into the cloth of the upper 20 after the cooling and fixing, the shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 are also cooled and fixed, compared with the conventional method of directly stamping the formed shoe decorations on the upper, the invention can enable the shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 to be more reliably combined with the upper 20.
Referring to fig. 10, the shoe decoration 40 of the present invention can also be formed as shown in fig. 10, and since the forming manner is different from the conventional one, the shoe decoration 40 can be integrated to be connected from the shoe top 21 to the shoe side 22, so that the changeable shape and style of the shoe decoration 40 are more abundant than the conventional one.
Therefore, in the method for forming the composite layer type three-dimensional shoe body, the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 of the shoe top surface 21, the shoe side surface 22 and the sole surface 23 can be formed simultaneously in the embossing step 6, and the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 can be formed separately according to requirements, so that the steps for forming the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 are shortened and simplified, the time for integrally manufacturing the shoe is greatly shortened, and the aim of quickly producing the shoe is fulfilled; in addition, in the method for forming a shoe body in a composite layer type three-dimensional manner according to the present invention, after the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 are embossed, when a heating step is performed, the shoe decoration 40 and the sole 30 are in a molten state, so that the shoe decoration 40 can be more reliably bonded to the shoe top surface 21 and the shoe side surface 22, and the sole 30 can be more reliably bonded to the sole surface 23, thereby reducing the possibility that a plurality of shoe decorations 40 and the sole 30 fall off.
