Technical Field
The invention relates to level measurement, in particular to a measuring device and a method for measuring levelness of a piston running part by using horizontal laser rays.
Background
At present, piston level measuring devices (particularly gas cabinet type piston level measuring devices) are of various types, and generally, the piston level measuring devices are of various types such as a communicating pipe for measuring liquid pressure difference, a multipoint laser distance meter for measuring distance, a piston oil groove type liquid depth indirect measurement and the like.
The communicating pipe is small in liquid pressure difference measurement and not easy to measure accurately; the distance can be measured accurately by multipoint laser, but the cost is high; the depth measurement of the oil tank type liquid on the piston generally adopts a drop-in type liquid level meter or a radar to measure the position, the piston inclination is indirect feedback, and the measurement result is not directly perceived, lagged and accurate enough.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a levelness measuring device and method for piston walking parts, which have the advantages of accurate detection, low cost and capability of directly displaying.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a levelness measuring device and method for piston walking parts, which has the following specific technical scheme:
a levelness measuring device for a piston-like running gear for detecting the tilting state of the running gear in motion, comprising:
the transmitting device is arranged on the central point of the piston to be detected and used for transmitting horizontal laser rays to the piston to be detected;
the scale is vertically arranged on the piston to be measured and used for receiving the laser ray and recording the light ray offset;
the photosensitive device is arranged on the piston to be measured, is positioned on the same plane with the piston to be measured so as to receive horizontal laser rays emitted by the emitting device, is arranged close to the scale, and is used for converting the light ray offset measured by the scale into a remotely transmittable electric signal; and
and the control device is electrically connected with the photosensitive device, the photosensitive device transmits an electric signal of the light ray offset to the control device, and the horizontal offset of the piston is calculated through the control device so as to measure the levelness of the piston.
Further, the scale is disposed at a position where the zero graduation line of the scale is flush with the horizontal laser ray.
Furthermore, the photosensitive devices are arranged in a plurality of numbers, are respectively arranged around the center of the piston to be detected and are distributed in a central symmetry manner.
A levelness measuring method for piston type walking parts comprises the following steps:
placing the emitting device on a plane parallel to the piston to be detected, and enabling the emitting device to emit horizontal laser rays to the piston to be detected at a certain distance from the piston to be detected;
recording the light ray offset by the ruler which moves synchronously with the piston to be measured through the change of the irradiation position of the horizontal laser ray;
the photosensitive device on the piston to be tested converts the light ray offset into an electric signal capable of being remotely transmitted and transmits the electric signal to the control device;
the control device receives the electric signal of the photosensitive device and calculates the horizontal offset of the piston according to the light offset in the electric signal.
Further, still include: the zero scale line of the scale is placed at a position flush with the horizontal laser beam and the data of the light beam offset is directly recorded.
Further, still include: the multiple photosensitive devices are distributed around the center of the piston to be detected in a centrosymmetric mode, receive each horizontal laser ray emitted by the emitting device and convert the horizontal laser rays into signals.
The levelness measuring device and the levelness measuring method for the piston type walking part have the advantages that:
1) the emission device emits a plurality of horizontal laser rays to the scale on the piston to be measured and the photosensitive device, the photosensitive device converts the light ray offset into electric signal information capable of being remotely transmitted and transmits the electric signal information to the control device, and the control device displays, calculates and outputs the information of the horizontal offset of the piston to be measured so as to measure the levelness of the piston;
2) and can irradiate the upper scale of the piston to be measured through horizontal laser rays, measure the variable quantity of the light irradiation point of the piston on the inclined scale, and visually measure whether the levelness of the piston has deviation.

Detailed Description
For better understanding of the objects, structure and function of the present invention, a piston-type traveling unit levelness measuring apparatus and method according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, which illustrate a device for measuring levelness of a running gear according to the present invention, for detecting an inclined state of a moving running part, the device comprises an emitting device 1, a scale, a photosensitive device 2 and a control device 3, wherein the emitting device 1 is arranged at a central point of a piston to be measured, and is used for emitting a horizontal laser ray to the piston to be measured; the scale is vertically arranged on the piston to be measured and used for receiving laser rays, once the piston to be measured deviates, the light irradiation position changes, and the scale can record the irradiated light deviation amount in the vertical direction; the photosensitive device 2 is arranged on the piston to be measured, is arranged close to the scale and is used for converting the light ray offset measured by the scale into an electric signal capable of being remotely transmitted; the control device is electrically connected with the photosensitive device 2, the photosensitive device 2 transmits an electric signal of light offset to the control device, and the horizontal offset of the piston is calculated through the control device so as to measure the levelness of the piston.
Further, the scale is preferably arranged at a position where a zero graduation line of the scale is flush with the horizontal laser ray, and is used for measuring the horizontal inclination amount Δ h of the to-be-measured piston, and the data of the light ray offset amount (namely, Δ h in the drawing) can be directly read on site through the graduation of the scale.
Further, the photosensitive devices 2 are preferably provided in plurality, and are respectively arranged around the center of the piston to be measured and distributed in central symmetry.
Further, the transmitting device 1 can transmit at least three horizontal laser beams for measuring horizontal inclination, so that a plurality of pistons to be measured can be measured simultaneously, and the pistons to be measured are also provided with the photosensitive devices 2 which have the same quantity with the light transmitted by the transmitting device and are used for respectively receiving each horizontal laser beam transmitted by the transmitting device.
The invention correspondingly discloses a levelness measuring method of a piston type walking part, which comprises the following steps:

step three: the photosensitive device 2 on the piston to be measured converts the light ray offset into an electric signal capable of being remotely transmitted and transmits the electric signal to the control device 4;
step four: the control device 3 receives the electric signal of the photosensitive device 2, and calculates the horizontal offset of the piston according to the light offset in the electric signal.
Specifically, the present invention places the zero scale line of the scale at a position flush with the horizontal laser beam and directly records the data of the light ray shift amount.
Furthermore, a plurality of photosensitive devices are respectively distributed around the center of the piston to be detected in a centrosymmetric manner, and are respectively used for receiving each horizontal laser ray emitted by the emitting device and converting the horizontal laser ray into a signal.
The invention relates to a levelness measuring device and a method for piston walking parts, which are characterized in that a plurality of horizontal laser rays are emitted to a scale on a piston to be measured and a photosensitive device through an emitting device, the photosensitive device converts the light ray offset into electric signal information capable of being remotely transmitted, and the electric signal information is transmitted to a control device; and can irradiate the upper scale of the piston to be measured through horizontal laser rays, measure the variable quantity of the light irradiation point of the piston on the inclined scale, and visually measure whether the levelness of the piston has deviation.
