Abstract
The invention provides a back bolt type stone curtain wall connecting piece, which comprises a curtain wall keel fixing supporting plate, a hanging piece and a back bolt; the curtain wall stone is fixed on the hanging piece through the back bolt, and the hanging piece is hung on the supporting plate through the end part; the bearing surface of the supporting plate is provided with a vertical column-shaped piece, the end part of the hanging piece is correspondingly provided with a notch which can be penetrated by the column-shaped piece, and the end part of the hanging piece is pushed to the bearing surface to enable the column-shaped piece to relatively enter the notch and be clamped into the bending tail end of the notch along the notch; the end of the pendant is also provided with a telescopic limiting piece for limiting the cylindrical piece in the tail end of the notch, so that fixation is realized. The technical scheme of the invention is convenient to replace, has low requirement on the width of the glue line of the stone, and is suitable for most engineering conditions; meanwhile, the force of the stone bearing the horizontal load does not depend on the width of the lap edge of the hanging piece completely, but also depends on the engagement of the bolt and the notch, and the elastic pin shaft after rebound further prevents the possibility that the bolt slides outwards, so that the safety is improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building curtain walls, in particular to a back bolt type stone curtain wall.
Background
The stone dry hanging method is also called as an empty hanging method, and is a novel construction process in the modern decoration of facing stone. The method uses metal hanging pieces to hang facing stone on wall surface or steel frame directly, and no grouting is needed. The principle is that main stress points are arranged on a main structure, and stone is fixed on a building through metal hanging pieces to form a stone curtain wall.
The prior dry hanging curtain wall connecting piece (metal hanging piece) mainly comprises a groove type connecting piece and a back bolt type connecting piece. The groove type connecting piece is required to be installed in a sequential order (generally from bottom to top), so that after a certain stone is damaged, the stone can be replaced after all parts above the certain stone are removed, and great manpower and material resources are required to be consumed. The back bolt type installation method changes the phenomenon to a certain extent after being introduced into China, and the purpose of replacing broken stone without affecting other stone plates can be achieved as long as the lap joint length of the stone hanging piece and the stone supporting plate is smaller than the stone glue line. However, in engineering, the overlap joint length of the stone pendant and the stone supporting plate is often larger, or the overlap joint length of the stone pendant and the stone supporting plate is required to be too small, so that the overlap joint length of the stone pendant and the stone supporting plate is larger than the width of the stone overlap joint, and under the condition, the traditional replacement method cannot be implemented. In addition, most of the existing back bolt type connecting pieces are fixed with hanging pieces of stone materials on the supporting pieces through screws. Obviously, this approach is cumbersome, both in installation and replacement.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the back bolt type connecting piece which is convenient to replace and has low requirement on the rubber joint of the stone during replacement, and meanwhile, the connecting piece has a simple structure and high safety.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
A back bolt type stone curtain wall connecting piece comprises a supporting plate, a hanging piece and a back bolt; the supporting plate is fixed with the curtain wall keel, curtain wall stones are fixed on the hanging pieces through back bolts, and the hanging pieces are hung on the supporting plate through the end parts; the end part of the hanging piece is correspondingly provided with a notch which can be penetrated by the columnar piece, and the columnar piece relatively enters the notch after being pushed to the bearing surface and is clamped into the bending tail end of the notch along the notch; the end of the pendant is also provided with a telescopic limiting piece for limiting the cylindrical piece to the tail end of the notch, so that the pendant is fixed on the supporting plate.
Further, the bearing surface is raised in a step shape; the end of the hanging piece is an L-shaped component formed by a flat plate and an overlapping eave, so that the end of the hanging piece is matched with the bearing surface.
Further, the open end of the notch is at the bottom edge of the overlapping eave and the notch extends vertically upward along the overlapping eave to the middle of the flat plate.

According to the technical scheme, the hanging piece is hung with the supporting plate and is fixed through the notch of the hanging piece and the clamping of the supporting plate bolt, so that the scheme that the hanging piece and the supporting plate are overlapped up and down and fastened through the screw in the past is broken through. When the hanging device is used, the opening end of the notch is aligned with the bolt, and then the hanging piece is pushed forwards and then pushed horizontally, so that the bolt is clamped in place in the notch, and meanwhile, the end part of the hanging piece is hung on the supporting plate bearing surface, so that the operation is simple. At this time, only the distance of the horizontal movement of the hanging piece is smaller than the width of the glue line and the width of the lapping eave is smaller than the width of the glue line, so that stone replacement is realized, the minimum length of the tail end of the notch in the technology can be the diameter of the bolt, the diameter of the bolt on the stone supporting plate is only larger than 5mm under normal conditions, the stone glue line is 6mm or more under most conditions, and thus stone replacement becomes easier to realize and is applicable to most engineering conditions. Meanwhile, in the technical scheme, the force of the stone bearing the horizontal load does not depend on the width of the overlapping eave of the hanging piece and the supporting plate completely, but also depends on the engagement of the bolt and the notch, and the elastic pin shaft after rebound further prevents the possibility of outward sliding of the bolt, so that the safety of the system can be ensured even if the width of the overlapping eave is small enough.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Reference is made to the accompanying drawings. The invention comprises a supporting plate 1, a hanging piece 2 and a back bolt 3. Wherein, layer board 1 is fixed with the curtain fossil fragments, and curtain stone material 4 is fixed on pendant 2 through back of the body bolt 3, and pendant 2 articulates on layer board 1 through the tip. The hanging piece 2 comprises a vertical plate 20 fixedly provided with a stone 4 and an L-shaped end part formed by a flat plate 21 and an overlapping eave 22, the vertical plate 20 is vertically connected to the edge of the flat plate 21 opposite to the overlapping eave 22, and the hanging piece 2 is of an integrated structure. The bearing surface 10 of the supporting plate 1 and the hanging piece 2 correspondingly contact is raised in a step shape, so that the hanging piece 2 can be hung on the supporting plate 1 through the end part, and the overlapping eave 22 can share the bearing load caused by the weight of the stone 4.
The bearing surface 10 of the supporting plate is provided with a vertical column-shaped piece 5, and the end part of the hanging piece 2 is correspondingly provided with a notch 6 through which the column-shaped piece 5 can pass. Specifically, the open end 60 of the notch 6 is at the bottom edge of the overlapping edge 22 and the notch 6 extends vertically upward along the overlapping edge 22 to the middle of the plate 21. The portion of the slot 6 at the plate 21 is L-shaped. The end of the pendant 2 is also provided with a telescopic limiting piece, and the movable end of the telescopic limiting piece points to the inlet of the notch end 61 and is perpendicular to the direction of the notch end 61. The telescopic limiter is preferably a telescopic locating pin 7. Therefore, when the stone 4 is damaged and needs to be replaced, the notch 6 is aligned with the cylindrical member, then the stone 4 and the hanging member 2 are horizontally pushed to the supporting plate bearing surface 10 from outside to inside, and the movable end of the telescopic positioning pin 7 is pressed before the cylindrical member 5 relatively enters the notch end 61, so that the stone can be horizontally moved further towards the bending direction of the notch end 61. Once the cylindrical member is clamped into the notch end 61, the movable end of the telescopic positioning pin 7 is restored under the action of the spring, so that the cylindrical member 5 is limited in the notch end 61, and the hanging member 2 and the supporting plate 1 are fixed.
From the above, in the present technical solution, the bearing of the stone 4 depends not only on the overlapping eave 22, but also on the limitation of the notch end 61 to the column 5 and the limitation of the telescopic positioning pin 7 to the column 5, so that even if the width H of the overlapping eave 22 is small to meet the requirement of the glue line L, the whole connecting piece can still ensure stable structure and high safety. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional screw fastening mode, the sliding-in type mounting mode is obviously simpler and more convenient, and the mounting efficiency is high.
In particular, in the present solution, the cylindrical member 5 is a bolt, and the length of the notch end 61 is the same as the diameter of the bolt. Therefore, the distance of the stone 4 moving horizontally and transversely is the diameter of the bolt. Typically, the diameter of the bolts is about 5mm, which is smaller than the width of the common glue line L, so that the replacement of the stone material 4 is achieved.
In particular, the notches at the portion of the overlapping eaves 22 are provided on both sides with chamfers 62 to facilitate the entry of the cylindrical members 5 into the notches 6.
The upper surface of the pendant flat plate 21 is also fixed with a mounting seat 8, a telescopic positioning pin 7 with a spring is fixed in the mounting seat 8, and a jacking screw 9 is also arranged on the mounting seat 8 with the movable end exposed; the jacking screw 9 penetrates through the mounting seat 8, and the head part of the jacking screw abuts against the upper surface of the movable end of the telescopic positioning pin 7.
The end of each hanger 2 is provided with two equidirectional notches 6, and the columnar pieces 5 are correspondingly two and have the same distance as the notches 6. The number of the telescopic positioning pins 7 can be only 1, and only one cylindrical member 5 is limited.
It should be noted that the foregoing describes embodiments of the present invention. A back bolt type stone curtain wall connecting piece comprises a supporting plate, a hanging piece and a back bolt; the support plate is fixed with the curtain wall keel, and curtain wall stones are fixed on the hanging pieces through the back bolts, and the curtain wall stone is characterized in that the hanging pieces are hung on the support plate through the end parts; the end part of the hanging piece is correspondingly provided with a notch which can enable the columnar piece to pass through, and the columnar piece relatively enters the notch after being pushed to the bearing surface and is clamped into the bending tail end of the notch along the notch; the end part of the pendant is also provided with a telescopic limiting piece which is used for limiting the cylindrical piece to the tail end of the notch, so that the pendant is fixed on the supporting plate;

3. A back-bolted stone curtain wall connector according to claim 2, wherein said notches on said overlapping edge portions are provided with chamfers on either side thereof.
4. The back-bolt stone curtain wall connector according to claim 1, wherein the columnar member is a bolt; the end length of the notch is the same as the bolt diameter.
5. The back-bolt stone curtain wall connector as claimed in claim 1, wherein the portion of the hanger for fixing the stone is a vertical plate; the vertical plate is vertically connected to the edge of the flat plate, which is opposite to the side where the overlapping eave is positioned; the pendant is of an integrated structure.
6. The back-bolt stone curtain wall connector according to claim 1, wherein each of said hanger ends is provided with two equidirectional notches.
