本发明公开了一种抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂及含有该添加剂的节能型液压油,以二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐、磷酸钼、二硫氨基甲酸钼盐、硼氮化合物、硼酸盐、有机钼、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、350N石蜡基础油、聚α烯烃PAO8和多元醇酯为原料,严格控制各组分的比重,硼酸盐具有抗磨性能好,可延长机械使用寿命一倍以上,承载能力强,可防止烧结事故,摩擦系数低,硼酸盐剂调制的油在常温下摩擦系数可小到0.05‑0.06之间,改变了传统的大多数在润滑油中是油溶性的液体抗磨剂,固体抗磨剂如石墨、二硫化钼、聚四氟乙烯等,只有其颗粒小并稳定地分散于润滑油基础油中才能够应用,具有很好的抗磨减摩的作用。

本发明涉及抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂及含有该添加剂的节能型液压油。
背景技术
液压系统的能耗损失主要体现在以下几个方面:节流损失、溢流损失、内泄漏、局部压力损失、沿程损失、流体被压缩及膨胀损失、机械摩擦损失等,目前市场上的液压油都是从单一方面解决液压系统能耗问题。没有从整个液压系统的角度来分析解决。例如用矿物油调和的液压油,它对液压系统的密封圈是以收缩为主,而全合成液压油对密封圈又主要是以溶胀为主;抗磨剂是以液体为主,液体抗磨剂在发挥作用过程中是和摩擦副表面金属发生化学反应生成新的金属化合物来起到抗磨减摩作用的,也就是说金属摩擦副在工作过程中是不断消耗的;其次用矿物油生产的液压油在使用过程中的沿程损失远大于合成油;同时矿物油随着温度的变化黏度变化远大于合成油,这样的后果就是温度低时黏度大,泵送、运动阻力大,能耗高,温度高时黏度又变小,导致节流、內泄大,润滑油油膜变薄,难以使两个摩擦副隔开,并减少摩擦,现缺少一种抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂及含有该添加剂的节能型液压油来综合解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂及含有该添加剂的节能型液压油。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂,其原料按重量份如下:二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐5-7份,磷酸钼2-4份,二硫氨基甲酸钼盐2-3份,硼氮化合物3-5份,硼酸盐10-12份,有机钼5-6份,亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯7-10份,聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺5-7份。
一种节能型液压油,包括权利要求1中的所述抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂4-6份,350N石蜡基础油12-15份,聚α烯烃PAO815-20份,多元醇酯3-7份,并按照如下步骤进行制备:
S1:二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐、磷酸钼、二硫氨基甲酸钼盐、硼氮化合物、硼酸盐、有机钼、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、350N石蜡基础油、聚α烯烃PAO8和多元醇酯按比例称量备用;
S2:对步骤S1中获得的二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐、磷酸钼、二硫氨基甲酸钼盐、硼氮化合物、硼酸盐、有机钼、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、350N石蜡基础油、聚α烯烃PAO8和多元醇酯进行预混合处理,并收集备用;
S3将步骤S2预混合处理后的物料依次添加到调和罐搅拌设备中进行混合,控制混合温度在50-70摄氏度之间,控制混合时间在2h-3h之间,控制搅拌设备的转速为1100-1300转/分钟,搅拌结束之后,将物料收集备用;
S4:将步骤S3中获得的混合物料放入现有润滑油基础油中进行搅拌,将混合物以5%的重量比加入至现有润滑油基础油中,再进行均匀的搅拌,搅拌结束后,将物料收集备用;
S5:将步骤S4中获得的混合物料进行承载及抗磨对比测试,试验设备为MMW-1P型立式万能摩擦磨损试验机,所用钢球直径12.7mm,符合GB/T308-2002标准的Ⅱ级轴承钢球,材料为GCrl5,硬度HRC为64-66,试验条件:上球转速为1450r/min;油温为室温;时间为10s;由下而上对钢球施加负荷,通过该试验方法测定最大无卡咬负荷(Pb值)来评价油品的承载及抗磨能力,将物料收集备用;
S6:将步骤S4中获得的混合物料进行抗磨减摩对比测试,试验条件:上球转数为1200r/min;油温为75℃±2℃;时间为60min;负荷为392N,通过该试验测定磨斑直径、摩擦系数来评价油品的抗磨减摩性能;
S7:读数,用读数显微镜测量底球的磨斑直径,以三个底球磨斑直径的算术平均值来表征抗磨性能,磨斑直径越小,抗磨性能越好,以摩擦系数的变化来评价减摩能力,摩擦系数越小,减摩性能越好,Pb值越大,油品承载及抗磨性能越好。
优选的,所述步骤S3中,将混合物温度控制在65摄氏度,均匀搅拌3个小时,得到所需用的抗磨减摩抗氧添加剂组合物。

S1:二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐、磷酸钼、二硫氨基甲酸钼盐、硼氮化合物、硼酸盐、有机钼、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、350N石蜡基础油、聚α烯烃PAO8和多元醇酯按比例称量备用;
S2:对步骤S1中获得的二烷基硫代硫酸锌盐、磷酸钼、二硫氨基甲酸钼盐、硼氮化合物、硼酸盐、有机钼、亚甲基双二丁基二硫代氨基甲酸酯、聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺、350N石蜡基础油、聚α烯烃PAO8和多元醇酯进行预混合处理,并收集备用;

6.根据权利要求2所述的一种节能型液压油,其特征在于:所述350N石蜡基础油、聚α烯烃PAO8和多元醇酯为基础油的一种。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种节能型液压油,其特征在于:所述有机钼分解出MOS2和某些磷化物,硫化物,氮化物等分散在油溶剂中,吸附并沉积在摩擦面上,MOS2形成膜覆盖在抗磨损层上,从而达到减摩,抗磨,润滑的作用。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种节能型液压油,其特征在于:所述硼酸盐具有抗磨性能好,可延长机械使用寿命一倍以上,承载能力强,可防止烧结事故,摩擦系数低,可调制节能润滑油,硼酸盐剂调制的油在常温下摩擦系数可小到0.05-0.06之间。
